Sry for late reply, but Photoshop does take some time to load up.
MSPaint is known for being a bad simple computer graphics program, but actually, it is really good for saving screenshots, no quality loss whatsoever.

Old Paint (circa XP) was really bad. I don't know about "new" Paint since I don't use it too intensively.

Well, I guess.
Same thing goes to IE. the latest IE is decently fast, despite being known for slow.
I still wouldn't use it though. Malwares and viruses targets it.

One more alternative I like is Fraps. Just press a key and a screenshot is done, sitting in a predetermined folder path waiting to be shared.

I must respectfully disagree. The only reason I ever open Paint is to convert the BMP screenshots from PCSX2 to TIFF (so that Gimp can open them for me to convert to other formats). Unless you're specifically saving a lossless format (useless for uploading to the web, useful for opening with a proper image editor) then Paint is about as far from 'no quality loss whatsoever' as you can get.

It's not his fault necessarily--the image host he chose simply doesn't interact with IDW's resize filter.

Everybody have their own preference on image hosting site. Although I do admit imgur is pretty okay-ish.

Googling imgur implies that you already know of its existence, at which point you wouldn't Google it, you would simply use it.

Way to fail yet again.

Except you want people to load up a huge image for no reason? Then again, who actually goes on IDWF via Mobile? How hard is it to simply click, drag and dr-

Now that's a Game of Thrones crossover I'd watch the hell out of. Not sure if it'd have more or less surprise knifings, though. laugh.gif

My current wallpaper's a weird departure from the usual cyberpunk concept art and the like, but I'll be damned if it doesn't sum up AusGoons' recent Destiny shenanigans. biggrin.gif

You don't know what you're talking about while speaking like you know what you're talking about. I do believe I have a John Cleese clip which describes this phenomenon...

First off, IDW's resize filter does not discriminate against file types. It's capable of resizing anything as long as certain data is exposed to it via the host site. It appears that this particular host isn't interacting properly with the filter, and I've already submitted a bug report to Pear to see if it's on our end or the host's. If it's on our end, then you should be thanking Rudy for exposing a bug in our resize filter. If it's on the host's end, then yes, it's time to change hosts.

The 'huge image' is the same for anyone who posts a wallpaper in this thread. The reason you're singling this out is because the resize filter isn't functioning. If it were, you wouldn't have even made that statement because you wouldn't have thought it was huge (even though it's, in fact, loading the exact same image either way).

And finally, I use IDW on mobile. I don't sit in front of my computer all day long, I got shit to do. Problem?

I'm guessing you're too poor to afford an actual computer?

What if you use IDW on mobile because you're too poor to operate your computer? Those pump bills stack up like oreos! derp.gif derp.gif

tsuki sits home all day, of course he would assume people can't afford computers if they're on mobile.
