Well,to tell you the truth,I don't think anyone will be willing to sell a lvl99 D6 card unless they are retiring OR they have a lot of them. If it's your first time playing,I don't really suggest you to get a lvl99 card as you won't be able to learn the basics.Play through LOTS with a new card will be better.You don't want to throw your face away by crashing on every corner while playing a lvl99 card right?
