[Shale]

Anyone else gotten into it much?

I'm usually mostly into vector art, Photoshop painting and drawing (with letrasets too)...but these days I'm on an epic oil-and-canvas buzz...

I almost always paint on thick canvases designed to have no frame, mostly with oil paints and with few additives (sometimes use thin liquin but shiny patches = bad...sometimes use acrylics. With those, I go nuts Iridescent gold, thinners, thickeners, any and all texture-making madness.

And it's a mixture of landscapes, people and cars. I suck at abstract.

I'll try and take some pics of the few I've done

Anyone else into painting? What do you put it on, what do you use? Any particular brush preferences, any cool media you've found you'd like to share?
