Although i haven't posted on idf for almost 2 years already, i still read the forum.

Lately i have been making "best car sound" videos on the youtube, and this one is the most recent one. I can't include all the awesome cars in each video (i have made a few), so if you don't find a car you like you can try to find it on my other videos. Suggestions are expected too.

I really appreciate every view, like and comment on the video, so as Intial D is pretty much car related, i thought you guys might enjoy this rolleyes.gif

Thank you.

Hi, nice to see you, your username seems very familiar to me. Although i have been surfing forums once in a while, i don't have follow InitialD news.

Any news on Stage 5? I was reading manga like 2 years ago, but stopped reading it and following any news to avoid spoilers and see Stage 5, then read manga and see what they didn't include in anime.

Not the greatest audio, probably could have gotten away with the open case on the trunk without hurting the mic.

I don't get it. The 4A-C? That was the first 4A-series engine and it was weak as hell.

If you're talking about TVIS, that was introduced in '82, but not on the 4A-C. It was on the 1G-GEU, which was only present on Japanese market cars. It didn't show up in the US until the 4A-GE appeared on the 1985 Corolla GT-S and MR2.

T-VIS is only effective for naturally aspirated muiltivalve engines. The 4A-C was 8-valve and was meant as a lowest-trim-level option, hence it wasn't deemed worthy of the then-revolutionary T-VIS part.

Nah I meant the underpowered pos that is the 4A-C. How my bro had his set-up before he sold it, sounded like a straight '50s hot rod.biggrin.gif

I was a bit worried about mentioning the obvious, thinking it would be too cliche, but yes, the sound of a 4A-GEU revving still makes my heart move... I really love it. I also love almost any rotary's sound. Honestly, I've really never been one for muscle cars' harshness. The Lancia 037 is also wonderful.

Even now I hear the Red Zone playing in the background.

Though tbh, as long as it doesn't sound like the coffee can exhaust Hondas driving around I don't mind.

New Charger and Challenger sounds beautiful with the right exhaust setup.
