Errr, Chris Bangle never had a say in the Post E46 3-series design phase. It was given (thankfully) to Joji Nagashima who made the next best-looking 3 series.

Again, please research what you're saying. Nagashima was responsible for the Z3, E39 (M5) and the E90 M3.

Thank you, I'll post some more pictures tomorrow when it's day light. It's not anything special, but it is pretty clean Oh, It's a 325i, so it has the M56B25 engine(2.5 liter straight 6 I think?) It's not exactly fast but it does handle pretty good I agree with what you guys are saying about the post 2005ish BMWs, I don't know the specifics of who designed them or whatever but to me they're a bit ugly, overweight and the iDrive is such a nightmare to use!

Ehh, the Bangle BMWs were just... Horrible. Having said that, the E90 was the last true BMW by a long mile.

The E90 was nice, but to me the last true BMW was the E30 M3. After that BMW started to "Americanize" their cars which means, heavier, bigger and softer suspension. My favorite BMW was the 507. This post has been edited by Lupin_III on Mar 21 2013, 10:36 PM

Yes absolutely, although the Z8 was a lot closer to the 507 then the Z4. Image size reduced, original size: 800 x 533. Click here to view the image in its original dimension.
