| Just took a look at the soundfile album on amazon and from what i can gather it seems Igoda - Code: D isn't on it or it may be named as something else. Really want that song ha ha ha might have to try and cancel out the other noises from the scene and make a temporary recording. |

If your talking about the race with takumi in first stage he doesnt say he removed the turbo just re tuned the car to run less hp (think it was episode 24) as the amount he had previously was excessive for the course. So yes he still had his turbo  now back onto sound file topic |

It should work, but that depends on which download you took. Mega only works on certain web browsers. All the split files, just right click and save as. |

The problem isn't VLC's fault--you'll notice that Foobar2000 also does not play the file. The problem is that you encoded it with some non-compliant HE standard. Reencoding it to something decent (xrecode II ftw!) solves that issue. This is from a DVD so I assume the original stream was AC3. Personally I'd use xrecode II to downmix the channels (if necessary) then go to MP3... but eh. You found out the hard way that how you did it is wrong. Also why the hell aren't you using mediafire or hell at least sendspace? It's a 2.4MB file... there's no reason to use these payware websites of absolute garbage. Jeez.  |

I have encoded it with the Nero AAC codec, classic preset, there's no reason for VLC or Foobar to not play it, whatever... And I didn't rip it to upload on this forum, I did it for my personal use, that's why it is an AAC file, because I like it.

In this day and age, why should I have to wait 30 seconds to download 2.4 MB? Sendspace and Mediafire are both instant and support multiple simultaneous connections, allowing my 36/6 connection to grab it in a second. There is no reason to use payware sites unless: A.) You have a file that's larger than 300 MB and you don't feel like splitting it B.) You are an asshole who thinks he can make some chump change off of this nonsense. So since it's obviously not A... And something's up with your Nero AAC settings--I did an encode with Nero as well and mine played perfectly in VLC and Foobar2000. Great that you like AAC so much, but really man? By all means take your peddling elsewhere if you can't accept valid criticism of your encodes and upload choicees. Empty threat as far as I'm concerned, kiddo. |

| Sorry... but I have a thing about installing things specifically to download something. It's a habit I picked up way the hell back in the days of 56k. I do not install 'plugins' or 'accelerators' or any other nonsense that some download site wants me to just to get something. Security trumps convenience. I simply refuse. If people are willing to, that's great, but I'm not going to. The one time I used Mega I ended up opening a random Chrome session to grab the file but that turned me pretty sour to the experience. It's certainly better than payware sites... but I'll stick to my alternatives for now. |

Hey guys, I was listening to the Wangan Midnight soundtrack and noticed some of the songs seemed to ring a bell. Like, for example:
Around the 1:00 mark
Around the 0:25 mark It's not surprising that they sound the same, considering Atsushi Umebori is the composer for both soundtracks, but I just thought it was funny, as many members are saying that the sound files sound like a "Wangan Midnight soundtrack". |

That's not exactly what I meant. I know the song has a name but people expect you to know the name of a song that has never seen the light of day? You'd need somebody from Avex to tell us the name. The chance of that happening are slim to none. |

WAV+CUE is still up. You can get that and use the CUE file to split the WAV file to several MP3s. You can use CUETools (quick google to download). I'm not the one that uploaded the separate MP3s. I will warn Perry about it. |
