here in san antonio, texas we pwn everybody that races IDAS4 im not just talking me im talking about 8 REALLY good racers. so.... if your from san antonio give some love in this post or better yet if you would like to know the names of the people that race just ask.

ok..... this is an up date on my thread...... sounds like dallas has taken some of our times.... but we have gotten them back. uh..... what else was i going to say -scratches head- oh.... im going to be holding an initial d arcade stage meet up on november 15. i will have my famous red bag on me ill either be hovering around gametown/cyberzone or ill probly be freestyleing on the ddr machine located near the windows

From the look of things, it would be rather pointless holding some sort of meet because as you said, San Antonio is the only place in the vicinity that has ID4. No use bragging to yourself about being the biggest fish in your "fish bowl".

If you really want to find competition, the best way would be to compete on the time attack rankings with people around the world.

well.... considering that most of the times there are ppl who play the id4 but they are ppl who dont have the card for it. but the ppl who have the card hardly ever come and play the game

ok..... im currenty thinking about traveling up to austin to see what kind of drivers are up there but then again im still wondering IF san antonio is still pwn city cuz i had made this thread when san antonio was the only city in texas that had initial d. then when dallas got their machines i was think oh thats cool now we have comp but im not to sure if they will stack up to us considering that we have had initial d longer then they have had it. now austin and houston have initial d. now my thoughts are "ok...... if austin and houston have ID4 is this thread dead or do i need to make a new thread"

that maybe but that really dosent answer the question. is this thread dead. or should i make a new one. and the only reason y i made the thread is cuz i wanted people from the CST time zone or other states around texas to come and race us but considering that dallas,houston,austin, and san antonio have ID4 machines where would the battle action be? and also ALOT of our racers are starting to move to other games. but yet i still wonder what ever happend to the tulsa night kids. i know they came down to san antonio to race me/san antonio id4 racers but i couldnt attend due to an anime convention and i have yet to hear from them again.

And there's no need to start a new "San Antonio is pwn city" thread. It's quite clear that there aren't any players in your area active on this forum (otherwise they would have posted by now), so starting a new thread isn't going to get any more replies. There's no sense beating a dead horse. If anybody on this forum wanted to drop by San Antonio they would have done so by now.

If you really want to test your skill, I suggest you go challenge somebody on the forums to an IR TA battle. Or buy extreme stage so you can battle online.

true.... and when i disappered to an anime convention they left me a cmt on youtube that i didnt even know about. i guess cuz i never got to check it considering that i never check my dam youtube for messages. and i dont pwn any more.... i gave up pwning like a long time ago.... initial d isnt fun any more.. im not saying it cuz im getting beat or anything like that. its just that when people i knew would play i would play against them and so forth and so forth. but now that our initial d sits there its kinda like i want to play but then again there is nobody that is willing to play. and my local arcade has put up signs to at least draw in people for initial d and it didnt work.

I know the team because I used to live in Tulsa. I live in Dallas now and would love to play you guys in SA. Unfortunately there isn't a machine in Dallas any more. But I hear Grapevine's GameWorks is getting an ID4 machine by the end of the year. As soon as we get it, I will be playing all the time. So come to Dallas some time soon.

i would like to go to dallas anyday.... the only problem is that i currently dont have the money. and when i made this post I LIKED ID. and if i remember corectly they came down and they got their ass handed.. well.... from what i heard and ive started playing again. ive lost touch with my 86 but whats really weird is that i have an fd3s and i feel better with it.... idk y but i just do. and i think there has been acouple of people that came down to san antonio from dallas. his card name is 70001 he knows me (my card name is the same as my name here). but i nolonger play during the weekday i only play on saturday. and some of the guys in SA are starting to die out. idk how to put die out. but some guy do look for racers. and give me some time to try and get back into my 86t b4 you come down or whatever cuz alot of the times i come into here and check messages.

Hey, I go to Gameworks for their ID3, though I don't recall seeing an ID4. Is it possible we might have raced? When do you normally go? Are there teams in the area?

Sorry man ID3 died off around here a looong time ago. We never did have any teams, though most of the vets knew each other. I'm Jason, driver of the pink Sil80 you might've seen before.

Have you tried Maximum Tune 3? That game still gets quite a bit of play around here especially at GameWorks. If you go on a Thursday night ($10 Thursdays FTW!) you'll probably find some people playing. Again we don't have any teams but most of the vets know each other, and they're all pretty chill.

I haven't heard anything about ID4 coming to GameWorks, mannn I hope that's true. I did hear about Sega Rally 3 possibly making it over there, now that would be pretty sweet too.
