Yes, because a diehard rotary fanboy with a fish tank made out of rotor housings is going to commit the blasphemy of putting a non-rotary engine into an RX-7. laugh.gif

I'd rather swap an LSx into an RX-7 than a lot of engines. At least with the LSx engines you're only adding a hundred or so lbs to the car. It's a pretty light weight motor for the torque it puts out. Stock LS1 power is nothing to brag about though.

^ Also, rotary swaps into everything would be awesome.

I'm actually kind of disappointed you can't swap a rotary into the DMC-12. They do in real life, so...

Yeah, I know a dude that has a 20b in one. Pretty cool. Huge upgrade from that shitty V6.

I'll buy this over the weekend and see how I like it. I barely scratched FM3 since I was too busy just throwing cars on time trials instead of actually completing career races. tongue.gif

Got my copy in the mail yesterday, but only played around with it for about 30 minutes. Completed the first two series of races in the world tour, bought an S2000 and set it up to look exactly like mine (AP2 front/rear, Enkei RPF1) and I've been messing around with that. I'll probably have at it some more tonight.

Oh yea, and the Kinect thing for this game...really gimmicky and a total waste of time.

Most kinect features in games are worthless unless the game is specifically built for kinect from the ground up.

Also, using "beast" as an adjective went out of style right around when the same word became drug slang. It makes me think of ignorant youth when I read it that way.

Tuning in this game is so retarded.

Maxed out 20b = 660hp
Maxed out 13bREW = 640hp
Maxed out 13bMSP = 713hp

What the f**k is that shit? How does the MSP make more power than the REW? That just makes absolutely no sense. And by that logic, the 20bMSP should make way more power than both of those.

This game is fun but so stupid at the same time. Also, scenery looks like shit.

The scenery looks better than GT5's, in my opinion.

Hell.. GT5: Prologue's scenery looks better too. Besides the premium cars and a few courses, GT5 is just a mess graphics wise.

Depends on where you are in GT5. Some of the courses look absolutely magnificent while others look like flat, bland, PS2 carry-overs.

Yeah, I can pretty much agree with that. That's more or less how I feel about FM4 too. Some areas look really good, some just look like ports.

Forza 4 is proving to be more fun than GT5.

Too bad no Jetta MK5, so i had to make do with the Bora 4Motion (Jetta MK4 with 4WD)

As long as we're sharing... Please go check these out and rate them in my storefront, I'd appreciate it.

Though don't have anything of my A-class or B-class killers in there... But both are kinda sleeper anyway. Both of which might end up in the storefront soon...

B-class is by far the most rewarding class online vs A-class in F3. The driver matters so much more because the level of modification of the cars is much lower, save for a few of the Hondas I've seen that seem to be able to cover up anything (and win only because they started in front of me, despite my faster times).

I'm getting this today, but don't expect me to be competitive online. I'm quite leisurely in my driving. tongue.gif

Got my copy! Once the living room is cleaned up, I'll play it and generally not do anything towards finishing the career mode. biggrin.gif

It's all good. I pretty much just play enough to where I can buy whatever I want, and then don't go any further in career mode. So it's usually not that much considering I like all the old shitty Japanese cars.

^ Exactly the same with me. I'll sit around and toy with old cars for days before even attempting to complete a career race.

Looking at the car list... I'm still disappointed that they couldn't bring in some obvious desirables (and fix glaring errors). No TL Type S? No Z31 300ZX/Fairlady? No S7 TT?! They still haven't fixed the magical 1994 240SX hatchback that never existed?

SUPER glad the AW11 finally got added. That will be my main car, guaranteed, since it's quickly becoming more and more official that I will own another one IRL very soon. Perhaps they'll add the 222D as DLC sometime later.

We should get a group of guys together to just cruise one of these nights, like on Fuji or NBR.

Fujimi is more fun to me than NBR. :x

All I do is drift on the game anyway, I'm down.

I'm not much of a Fuji fan, but not pushing to 100% on the course is perfectly fine with me.

NBR is nice because there's room to test and compare on the straight, as well as plenty of corners, but I can understand that it's not that fun to drift on.

I loves me some Fujimi Kaido. Actually I went and did stupid upgrades to a DeLorean for the shit of it (leaving the gear ratios the same just to be stupid) and took it to the downhill for lulz. I crashed the shit out of it but by the time I was 3/4 done with the course I pretty much had the hang of it. I think I'm gonna go adjust the ratios some then try again, it's a heavy as hell car so keeping it on the road with that much power was basically just left-foot brake weight shifting. laugh.gif

Gotta do stuff with the Z too. Totally depressed that they changed the front airdam from Forza 3 though, totally depressed. Ah well, so instead I took the front and rear bumpers off so it looks like my car's sad WIP state in real life. awesome.gif
