All these requests and nothing fulfilled.

I don't like cell shading, can't animate. I'd do almost anything else.

i don't Cell Shade i vector haven't got the time to do sigs lately due to school issues

Extremely easy request here! sorry I can't do this by myself(and believe me, I would), but I don't have animation program. It is very easy if you have animation program, though.
