I use two types, see which one is better for you. 5.5 > 5.9 > 6.2 or 6.3 > 6.5 or 5.5 > 5.5 > 6.5 > 6.5 |

However, I am still looking for the Ideal points for the MR2, its a base but Im getting close. Just try both of them and see which you like best. |

Miata Drifter and DGTrials Ambassador Group: Advanced Members Posts: 2,172 Member No.: 1,671 Joined: Apr 22nd 2004 Location: Atlanta, GA | Sorry for the double post but Bump Also I found good DC2 shiftpoints 6.5 > 7.2 > 7.8 > 8.0 ( last shift point on Stuchizaka would be around 127-129 km/h I also found a technique that works only on Iro with any cars exept the AE86 with racing engine and the Cappuccino Once you are done with a hairpin on iro, you come out in 3rd gear, once your speed is between 83-86 km/h. Upshift, if you do this correctly you will gain speed faster. Ive reached 104 km/h until the next hairpin. Each car has a different shiftpoint, so try 83, 84, 85 and 86. Until you see that pickup. Soon I will post my MR2 and R32 speeds. |
