same difference lol SHINI compiled this...you guys have been missing out on a lot...because he has not been posting here... ----- Mufflers ------ Initial D Muffler - Overall smooth acceleration for all gears. Not so fantastic pickup. But better speed recovery from crashes. Fujitsubo Muffler - Overall smooth acceleration for most gears. Provides slightly more power in acceleration. Slightly weaker recovery from crashes compared to the Initial D muffler. Creative Muffler - Massive acceleration in first 3 gears. Overall best acceleration provided. Weak in 4th and 5th gears, weak recovery from crashes over the two other mufflers. ----- Rims ----- Mitsubishi Rims - THE rims for all weather conditions. Rims suited for an all rounded EvoIII. But not so fantastic pickup. Enkei 5 Spoked Starfish Rims - Improved pickup, good for dry conditions. Not so good for wet weather. Enkei Multispoked Rims - Not Tested So Far. Will Update ASAP. Wantanabe Rims - Drifting rims. Great for long sweeping winding roads like Akagi and Akina. Dies on wet weather horribly, since its already so drifty on dry, wet is worse. Wantanabe Bronze Rims - Not Tested So Far. Will Update ASAP. ----- Spoilers ----- Default Spoiler - The default Mitsubishi EvoIII spoiler. Normal spoiler. No specialisations or advantages. Kansai Speed GT-Wing - GT-Wing for the EvoIII. Increases the stability of the drifty EvoIII. But kills pickup and a bothersome for low speed cornering. Kinda raises overall top speed. Creative Partial Carbon Fibre Spoiler - Improved from the original Mitsubishi Spoiler. Increases acceleration and reduces drag. Unfortunately, since there is no bonnet change for the EvoIII, the car will be weighted down on the front and weightless near the rear. Horrible for wet weather conditions, symptoms are that the car swings out and refuses to grip and turn back. ----- Mirrors ----- Mitsubishi Mirrors - Standard EvoIII side mirrors. Creative Aerodynamic Mirrors - Supposedly to increase acceleration. But not much significant advantage as far as I'm concerned. Slight under compared to normal Mitsubishi Mirrors. Credit goes to SHINI... got it from initial-d.com/forum Anyone else find it odd that the MFS doesn't go off when you shift? This post has been edited by xkhol on Nov 16 2004, 05:40 PM | ||||||||
