And I'd say no to drag-racing as well. besides, James would probably get lost even on drag strip. |

Beginner circuit reverse. So it's anti-clockwise, like American ovals yet has that chicane on the backstraight. Motegi is a no-no, too large for the disparity in vehicles. EDIT: FR's on dirt is bloody tops! I say personally, Tahiti Maze. Due to it has the tarmac section as well. This post has been edited by MattSAF1 on Jul 30 2007, 11:04 AM |

After a few minutes of searching in that price range, I ultimately picked up a lovely Vivian Red Impreza WRX STi Version 1, for a mere 9,722. Results: Final Placing: 1st Lap 1: 2:13.381 Lap 2: 2:03.976 Total Time: 4:17.357 Still plenty of time to shave off, perhaps I could give it another go later. All right, I've been hearing things from the management, and guess what? There's a high chance we're heading to Laguna Seca- no not a race, but a bumper car frenzy. Managed to get a gist of the next challenge, we have to make the other cars in the track meet fly like shooting hotdogs. This post has been edited by outlaw-2 on Jul 30 2007, 02:46 PM |

Gotta love the legendary Corkscrew.. if we're going there that is. El Capitan was bit too easy race for me.. but if Suggestions can be made, I have a perfect track in my evil little mind.. And it's Hong Kong! |

Yeah, but Hong Kong does not have the ability to make cars go flying about like shooting hotdogs at each other.I've looked into some footage on how they are going to make the next challenge. Some were hilarious, while one was.. well... I didn't like what I was seeing, since the victim was the same RX-7 I was using. Creepy. Always Lurking... Group: Advanced Members Posts: 1,760 Member No.: 20,050 Joined: Sep 6th 2006 Location: Singapore | That will all be tabulated at the end of the challenges. Looks like Big Stig is still lost, not able to find a car that can fit in. And.. he's late, to the point the second challenge has arrived! As such, MattSAF will have a three days buffer chance to catch up before I declare him out of the competition. 2nd Challenge In this challenge, you are to go to Laguna Seca with your cars. Enter Track Meet mode and complete a lap, just to get the stopwatch going. From there, you are to make at least 5 cars, not including yours, flying into the air. That is right, make the other cars in the track fly into the air. The one with the fastest time wins this challenge. Post up pics, if possible as proof that you have done it. A hint to where it is possible to make the cars fly; the section before the corkscrew. Don't be surprised if you... well... find a heavier car than yours go flying into the air. Take the final time after the last, fifth flying car lands. Good luck. James May: You're kidding me, right? I wonder how the others are reacting right now. I'm going to make him dance until he changes this idiotic challenge into bit more reasonable direction.. |

James May: Don't look at me. Look at the Top Gear management. They seemed to be in the armoured Talon. If you want your MP-5 I'm holding it ever since the forgotten BMI challenge. This post has been edited by outlaw-2 on Aug 1 2007, 08:27 AM | ||

This better not be tracked by mods/admins That aside, this 2nd challenge is INSANE!!!! Not to mention how dangerous it is in our old cars I dont have airbags for heavens sake!!!! I'll give it a go, but I give no garrauntee that your body will be in the same condition it once was if my Evo becomes crippled Edit: For those who are confused with my airbags, I broke the sensor that activates them when fiddling with the Lancer one night This post has been edited by VTiRoj on Aug 1 2007, 08:47 AM |

So ehm, keep an eye on that mirror Is it legal to turn around and smash people head-on in this challenge? I dont see an actual way to make people fly from behind, your never carrying enough speed to make them fly |
