Did Sega really end IC Card development for IDV4 in the US? Because I'm looking into buying just one blank card even though It seems like such a bad time to do it. Profile Name: FLYNN Profile Car: Honda S2000 (Monte Carlo Blue) Oh yeah, and I'm also aware that IC Cards for later versions will also work on version 4, but I'm having a hard time finding them online, and the Gameworks in my area doesn't stock them anymore.

Try finding the nearest round1 in your area and then start playing there.
