Your FIRST FUCKING MATCH should not involve Tyler Breeze reversing everything you throw at him into high damage suplexes and a ton of increasingly difficult pin attempts. The fucker kicked out of a piledriver followed by two stunners in a row. HAWDTIMETHITHWHENDAGAMEFUCKINREADTHYOURINPUTALLTHETIMEDADDEH HE GOT MO MOVETH THAN A BOWLAJELLO BRUDDAH! |

I'll work on the quests if I want to. |

There are hundreds of monsters you have to beat in each mission (up to 1000 and more) and some bosses. I'm totally addicted to this game right now. It also has a really nice soundtrack. Since there isn't an official cd set I had to rip it myself from the game. The tracks are even in lossless quality and were recorded straight from the hdmi stream, so the sound is completely clean. |

Shame it's like only 20 missions, which is short, but I suppose would be fun since there is endless options for t he modes (Story or a load of options, like limited resources, infinite resources, survival, etc etc) But I guess the Multiplayer is bugged or something for a few and crashes, so I might keep away from that or see if it does it to me as well. For a tower defense game, i'd give it a... 3 APX out of 5 APX |

It's a great mystery game if that's what you're into. It has a 90's aesthetic poured over it and a lot of great dialog. |

Heard that Dirt Rally is significantly more difficult, so I've been set on beating the AI on the hardest settings with no assists. Not doing too well, as can be expected, but I'm slowly getting there in 60's Finland Rally with the Mini. |

More NEGATIVE than a black hole Group: ADMINISTRATOR Posts: 19,345 Member No.: 12,263 Joined: Sep 12th 2005 Location: Update Profile | Fired up my Elder Scrolls Online account after many months of disuse. They were selling digital copies for $30 on XBL this week so I figured it was worth another shot. I heard that Zenimax had done some work to fix the game's many issues in the time since I last attempted to enjoy it. I wasn't impressed, but I had some fun. They have yet to fix the extremely glaring issue of enemies and quests dropping pathetic amounts of gold. A quest boss drops 27 gold? Seriously? I guess that's better than them dropping a max of 2 gold in 2014, but that's still really rough when something as simple as a basic mount costs 10K (and the good ones cost far more). A lot of benefits are stuck behind a paywall of $15/mo. You cannot buy any "pay to win" items like weapons or actual armor (only cosmetic costumes that override your avatar's getup), but it's hard to overlook the ability to purchase massive XP % upgrades. Can't afford that 10K pale horse? Why not spend $7 and get an exotic mount immediately? Don't like how all of the armor in the game looks? Just spend $10 and wear that Hand of Almalexia armor right now! A lot of the really cool shit in the game cannot be obtained without spending money. There is no other way. Enough about the real money scam. What about the game itself? Well... it's your basic MMO with a few benefits that come with the might and budget of a large company behind it. Every character is fully voiced. The world is vast. The plot does everything it can to fit into a history that was already written in the series' lore books while still retconning a few things. This is good. What's bad is that it's still a basic MMO. Quests are boring as fuck and rarely challenge the player outside of the bounds of "how much damage do you do and how much can you defend against?" They send you on grand adventures to stop vicious Daedric summoning rituals, only to end up in a small cave fighting three or four minor enemies and then removing a stone from a pillar to unceremoniously end the quest. No frills. No fireworks. No feeling of accomplishment. There's only a feeling of "that's it?". To really add to the punishment, the game seems to hate on players that want to play together. Many quests are locked out as "solo only" for some stupid reason. In group quests, players do not share the quest triggers. That is, they all have to go through the phases of the quest on their own in order to progress together. No solving puzzles together, because you only see the quest from your progress perspective. This can lead to bizarre scenarios where you fight and defeat a boss, only to have it respawn and attack again because other members of your group triggered the boss in their own instance of the quest when they're standing next to you. I know that there are dungeons (raids) for high level players that are specifically set up for large groups, but it's very hard to play the game together in every other circumstance. Like... what if I want to explore Tamriel with Cecilia? Great! Except it's not a truly shared experience because we're essentially playing our own instances of the game, just with group visibility, not shared play. This makes for a very confusing game. |

I was bored with playing Ranger so I switched to Air Raider for the mecha and vehicles. I finally dropped the super mech from a hellish mission, and now I can farm the same mission with very little effort since it has such huge armor value. On the other hand, been getting back into Mordheim: City of the Damned now that some of the mercenary and warband DLC is out. Tough-as-nails roguelike, ironman-only strategy RPG that plays like a bastard mix of Valkyria Chronicles and XCOM? Yes please. Holy shit have I missed these types of games, think the last game I played from them was... Dynasty Warriors 3-4? Whichever ones were on PS2. But holy crap is there a shit ton of characters, i'm sorta using most of them but might just stick to 5-6, the bonding ones are annoying, I have the 3 girls in a bond but I can't play that mission. oh and Ryu from ninja gaiden is in it. |

Just slog through until you unlock Kyuubi, then enjoy walking through Chaos difficulty with her S3.

A few key missions require having three characters set up with high affinity for each other, which can be a chore. Ginchiyo Tachibana, Xiaoqiao and Sun Shangxiang in the same mission isgrating on the ears. The only character with a more annoying voice is Sanzang Fashi. Whoever designed Tamamo's weapon set is an idiot. Her 4-star weapon only does sub-30 damage?! Worse yet, unlocking Orochi and Shin Orochi requires unlocking eeeeeeverybody else (except Hundun, I guess). I have Orochi's ultimate weapon already built, but I can't use it. |

Guess it's this Hundun. Kyubi is meh leveling her up but soon as she gets high enough it's crazy. Now I'm wondering if the mystic weapons are better than the created weapons or the other way? Also I love Lu Bu!!!! Need to play with the others, a few of the archer ones are pretty legit. |

Any time you get a scroll of enlightenment, smash large groups with her C3 and she'll level up super quick. A nine star lv 100 Kyubi can destroy anything on Chaos by herself. Mystic weapons are slightly less powerful than the X weapons, but are generally easier to obtain. I have Nagamasa with a Mystic Grandeur and he mows through officers. |
