| A bit more about music/sound： So I have no idea what the ferk a compressor is or does ～ nor am I interested in learning about it YET because .. well my interests lie in more practical aspects of sound design like ～ composition & singing. But I found a video by prolific DJ deadmau5 and subsequently a very cool engineer on YouTube named Multiplier about the difference between an expensive analogue compressor and a virtual compressor in music software. Both compressors are used to make a particular sound sound another way ～ or to enhance it .. generically speaking. The whole argument is that an expensive analogue compressor isn't really necessary when making EDM music ～ because the style of making it and way of listening to it lends itself better to a clinical less warm sound. So using a virtual compressor for most electronic sound fits the key into the hole perfectly. That's not why I'm interested in this following video however ～ cause I can barely tell a warm analogue compressor from a virtual clinical compressor in any sort of audio. I'm interested in what Multiplier elaborates on deadmau5's comment because it relates to my ears as a vocalist .. In a cold dark place without electricity or even instruments .. let's call this a foreseeably inescapable cave in the ground. In such a place you have nothing but your mind / body / and voice to create sound or music ～ and if you're creative enough the echoes or reverberation reflected from the walls. And say you have 5 years to finely tune your ear and most importantly voice & intuition for rhythm via your mind trickled down to the foot of your soles .. whereas a sound engineer would use this time to develop these so-called "golden ears" empirically within a studio ～ said person trapped in a cave would use this time to learn to recognize bad singing from good. I admire engineers for their craft and how they can discern good compressors from cheap software .. but to them who double as producers and vocalists ～ I have one diminutive strike against：Spend more time analyzing your own voice ☆ then create a unique style and don't worry so much about nanoscopic blemishes in your audio not even God if he was your listener .. could see. Cause I can spot bad singing from good ～ having spent 5 years in a real life equivalent of the aforementioned theoretical cave I thought I'd never escape. So too long ; didn't read .. I mainly just wanted to type an essay about something I cared sans using a single comma 'cause I think they look grammatically ugly on syntax. .. but perhaps more relevant .. how finely tuned sound engineering "golden ears" can translate outside of instruments and modulating devices ♩ into something so quantum chaotic and unpredictable as the human voice , oops I used a comma ～ previous semicolon notwithstanding at all

| You can tell good singing from bad singing because good singing sounds cool, pretty, or attuned to the mood a song is aiming for, whereas bad singing and average singing falls short of that mark. This is an oversimplification, but it's probably not too far off. I guess having a really clear voice can also be part of it for some types of singing. As in, being able to casually project your voice forwards and have it fill up a huge room with ease. Oh, and having good control over your volume and pitch is undoubtedly a must. If either your loudness or pitch is all over the place, it stops sounding professional. |

Personally I've experienced that if you're a good actor .. that'll overflow & also translate into singing or rapping or vocals. There's a Science to it .. but to me it's more akin to an Art ～ and it varies from person to person. One of my favorite singers Ryan Tedder touched on this subject recently：

His main point is universally applicable. I've found that there's really no sense in spending disproportionate amounts of money to get the absolute best, because under most real-world circumstances, the absolute best is indistinguishable from something much cheaper. This applies to wine (like what he said), sake (personal experience), audio equipment, computers, etc. In fact, with music, a sick beat recorded using the crappiest equipment will still beat out an uninspired beat recorded using the top of the line equipment. In addition, to actually get the benefit of using all the fancy equipment, you need to make sure everything is expensive and good equipment from the studio to your ears. If anything along the way is cheaped out, then automatically the music is degraded, and whatever benefit the expensive equipment provided is lost. |

His "Golden Ears" concept is interesting indeed, but might also be one of those things where you can tell certain characteristics, but those characteristics may not actually make things better or worse; they're just different. Like, vinyl has a particular buzz sound that is characteristic of vinyl, and people who know what to look for can tell when something is played on vinyl. But, it doesn't actually mean it's a better medium. |

| Back when I was studying Philosophy & Theology about a decade ago .. believe it or not ～ I found the idea of Legality vs. Morality and tangentially the concept of Niceness vs. Kindness extremely fascinating to talk about. I remember being told that someone Nice, is pleasant and amiable by definition, but could be doing detrimental or evil actions to you all with a smile on his face. While someone Kind, on the other hand, is someone that does beneficial and good actions to you, but doesn't necessarily have to be polite or likable and can even be rude. Being Nice is superficial .. while being Kind requires concrete action. But I think that archaic word tossed in religion "Saint" is very applicable when speaking about someone that exhibits both traits of being Nice and Kind simultaneously. Being a Saint doesn't mean heroic virtue in the face of insurmountable evil .. in my opinion a Saint is someone who, day in day out, succeeds being Nice while Kind at the same time. Somewhere in the Bible, St. Paul's letter to the Corinthians if I recall, there says that http://www.vatican.va/archive/ENG0839/__PZI.HTM#-4CR embodies all these things. The virtues of Kindness and Niceness specifically .. But how can you call someone a Love ?? Grammatically that sounds pretty nonsensical. I think that's why we call people Saints ～ to describe people that do kind things for others .. gently, quietly, humbly, unnoticed, with a smile on their face. ★ Just something I was pondering today ～  |

Legality vs Morality is much easier to differentiate than Niceness vs Kindness. I agree with your analysis of Niceness vs Kindness, as well as the possibility of someone doing both at the same time, just like someone doing something that is both legal and moral. You don't call someone a Love because love is an emotion, and people aren't emotions. But, I think when people do things out of love, for someone they love, it will definitely encompass kindness. Niceness would also be nice, but I think parents can give xiao a good ol' fashioned spanking out of love, and niceness would not be involved. I don't know what causes me to think this way, but I think xiao needs a spanking. Personally, I find that because of the Niceness vs Kindness argument, I gravitate towards liking many mean people who most people hate. I find that for many mean people (and probably most people, in general), they are actually very kind when you look at what they do separately than how they do it. On the other hand, there are many nice people who will never stop you from jumping off a cliff, and unfortunately, most people tend to like them more. There is an idiom in Chinese that goes something like "the truth is annoying to the ears" and another that goes something like "effective medicine is bitter to the taste". I respect the people who will dish out the raw, harsh truth, knowing that it will go unappreciated, but might help people. But, it's better to dish out the harsh truth in a way that is pleasant to hear (like stuffing vitamins into gummy bears). |

| I just realized yesterday while sippin' Starbucks ☆ I've been struggling with the same stuff Chester Bennington struggled with since I came back to the free in 2015, well it's been longer than that but more pronounced lately .. People ask me .. so why don't you just commit suicide; to which I always reply, cause I'm a pussy. I think drugs and music aren't suffice enough to save someone. Drugs just blank your head and when you wake up my insecurities are still there. Music's a better way to deal with problems, but when the song's over, my mind wanders off into that dark space Chester talked about. I just wish I could sing forever so I wouldn't have to look at myself in the mirror every morning. ♬Of course that's not possible, but sometimes just talking into thin air or cyberspace makes people feel better ～ I think just listening to someone, unimportant as they may be, is suffice to save a life. ☆ |

As much as xiao has indeed been making unsubstantiated claims, your way of responding to them can easily be misunderstood as being heavy-handed without some knowledge of your actual personality. Not calling you wrong for calling him out on it, or telling you to lay off it entirely, but I'm not all that surprised it ended up getting to this point. Now I don't like misinformation either (and boy is there ever a lot of it), but as I see hope for xiao yet with him being at least slightly more informed than the norm, I think it best we go a little easier on him for now. Just give him one more chance to shape up (even if that sounds futile to you), and then go do whatever if he doesn't. And yes xiao, that was passive aggressive af. I know you're better than that. Now let's get things back to normal (as normal as a place like this can be) before I go from mildly genki to ripping my hair out. I vastly prefer my IDW without drama. |

The problem with the bolded statement is two-fold. For one, I'm not so sure that 'slightly more informed than the norm' is the correct qualifier for the behavior in question. For another, having hope is nice and all and if this were one isolated incident then you're right, it's really heavy-handed for a first offense. That's not what this is. This is a continuous pattern of behavior which has been repeated over a long period of time. That's why if there is to be any hope of the behavior in question being corrected, it has to be pointed out and have its fault made crystal clear every single time it occurs. If it finally causes a change and we get Xiao sharing his opinions as opinions rather than objective fact, awesome! If it does nothing, well...then it just proves that the behavior was never going to change in the first place, and at the very least calling him out on it will prevent other members from misunderstanding his opinions as fact. As far as I'm concerned, 'one more chance' was many months ago. I would love to see a change, but I haven't even seen a willingness to change. Xiao, as a person I like you, and it's hard to find someone with hobbies that align well not to mention people who remain active on IDW in this day and age. However, I absolutely cannot stand that you spout off whatever's on your mind and try to pass it off as fact without any supporting evidence whatsoever. I don't think that's fair to the community at large, and that's why I'm so hard on you about it. A lot of times I let it slide either because I don't see it happen or because I'm not informed enough about the subject matter to notice or care, but when you dip into topics I actually know about, that's when I suddenly appear triggered and demand your evidence or flat-out point out why the information is false. Apologies for the hijack. This is supposed to be Xiao Thoughts after all. So on to your regularly-scheduled Xiao thought. |

You need to stop listening to whoever is telling you to commit suicide. I hope it's not your secret girlfriend. Drugs and music are temporary escapes, and rightly so. Until you are 50 years old, you can change yourself and your life. Sometimes, you may see it pay off instantly; other times, it may take a long time. But, since you got time, just make use of your inherent perfectionist tendencies to make things that you would enjoy. In this day and age when people can get rich off of just sitting around at home in front of a camera, you can do it too!
Now now, nomake-kun, I don't think xiao was talking about you in particular. Don't take it personally. I think, though, that as angry and triggered as you sound, you and xiao have some sort of compatible relationship going on. If xiao were normal, you wouldn't be posting hardly at all here on IDW. Most of what I see of your posts are you slapping xiao around, figuratively speaking. |

I personally don't mind Xiao the character. It's not my position to tell him to stop. Nobody here hates Xiao, not that I know of at least, he's a great addition to the community. That said, Xiao the character is hard to respond to; and that ends threads, which IDW doesn't need right now. UMU is the only person that consistently responds, and his responses tend to be the similar; they conclude or reiterate and affirm xiaos post. It's not UMU's fault, at least he's responding. The idea behind Xiao thoughts was to keep Xiao the character (mostly) in here and the real Xiao in other threads. I'm well aware he's capable of turning the character off. I also agree with N1, I'm not sure if that's Xiao the character speaking, but when you're going to make a statement on an internet forum, and someone finds it incorrect, you'll need to don the flame suit. Pun-unintended, forums have worked this way since forever. |

In my defense, I wasn't necessarily trying to defend anyone, nor give anyone an excuse. I really didn't see the famous MF Ghost post xiao made. Please see the attachment for what I saw. It's because the forum posts threads by stickies first. As for whether I was engaged in the unsavory behavior of stalking xiao... I'll remain mute on that point. But, since you have provided what seems to me to be undeniable proof, I have nothing left to say. However, in my defense, not that I'm getting defensive, mind you, I think of myself as being mostly impartial, but tending to give people the benefit of the doubt. You have no idea how much more anger I would have if I didn't do that. I told a girl that her skin looks so soft and that it must feel nice to hug. She called me creepy. I hadn't checked this topic or the MF Ghost one since I threw my hissyfit last week. And I wish I could delete my posts in this and the MF Ghost topics. So I apologize to all that had to see my jerky comments. Like I said I'm to Donz0rs ～ I'm sorry to you guys. So please delete my last post in the MF Ghost and this thread .. To be honest I don't see any point to this "Xiao Thoughts" topic. Like I told N1, Tess, and Meteor .. I'm just trying to be funny ～ but I realize my posts more than often come across like trash in the middle of a smart discussion. But I have no right to raise a single complaint against him. I have a lot of blessings and he's always been there for me when I don't have work, when I've gotten in trouble, or when I've gotten sick. I used to dress-up like a girl for fun & to make people laugh, but I wanna tell him that he gives me a real reason to wish I was born a girl .. he doesn't treat me like my sister, and he scorns me when I walk by past him like if I'm possessed by the devil. I have no right to bite the hand that feeds me .. but he gives me a real reason to hate religion, to hate looking @ myself in the mirror, and to wish I was actually born a girl. He's a great father .. I just wish he would focus on the things that make him a great dad, and stop using Catholicism as an excuse to act like a jerk. It's like he's fucking brainwashed ～ and it's been like that most of my life. He treated Umu with disdain when he came over, like he didn't even attempt to talk to him, and afterwards he told my mother that she raised a gay son, then she didn't speak to her & I for about a week. He always tells me .. "There's no atheists in foxholes" | I wanna tell him .. "Foxholes are what made me an atheist", I wanna tell him .. "You make me wish I should've been born a girl", I wanna tell him one day when I'm independent, I wanna tell him .. "Well there's no grumpy old-men on their death-beds". | I haven't outright had the conversation about my agnostic religious views with my Lutheran parents, but they know how I feel about religion and, specifically, your average individual that claims to be religious. I have nothing against religion as an idea, or even as a practice. Everyone needs something to hold onto, to have faith in, to get them through the day. For me, it's myself. For others, it can be Jesus, or the idea of heaven, or 72 virgins, or literally anything else that gets them from one day to the next with their head up, no matter how rough it gets. And you know what? That's awesome, and good for them, whatever it is, because finding whatever that is for you is generally key to a happier life. What I cannot stand though, are all the people who use their religion as justification for judgement, hate, or just generally shitty behavior. I was raised to take responsibility for myself, both in speech and in action. If I say or do something, that's on me. Not a member of the Holy Trinity, me. Religion shouldn't be an excuse, it should be a lifestyle. If you're going to be a Christian, you should follow the teachings of Christ. That doesn't mean you have to be perfect; he wasn't either. But he taught acceptance and forgiveness, regardless of sin. And that's something most people fall very, very short of. And that's why I do not wish to associate with religion. |

| Thanks for sharing that my friend .. I had a fight with my dad about that & that's what sparked my last post. He's a great father and I love him, but he doesn't build-up the aspects that make him a great dad, instead focuses all his time on pretending to be some grumpy old monk .. like those zombies in Resident Evil 4. That's why I say it's like he's f'ing brainwashed. I totally agree with you on religion and faith .. and personally I think that Christianity isn't about those superficial things like going to church or praying or reading the bible front to back or acting holy. I think it's about living the ideas, like you mentioned, being kindhearted and forgiving and spending time with people .. not a statue in a church or scolding people for doing things that go against dogma. You don't have to say you're a Christian or scold them for not adhering to church laws. If you're good to the people around you, that's the essence of Christianity and all religions in my opinion. Sure there's a lot of beauty in religion .. like vast shrines, and statues, and paintings, etc etc .. but if there's no love for the fellow human being next to you, then faith is hollow and it's just a bunch of meaningless gestures. I couldn't have put it better myself as to why I also don't associate myself with religion. I'd rather identify with being a human being than Catholic, Christian, gay, straight, male, female, trans, right, left, Hispanic, American, Asian, etc etc .. I'm a human being just like you .. is what I tell people. <3 |

| Totally agree. I spent my entire childhood, into adolescence, and briefly into my college years going to church every Sunday, every Christian holiday, and every Wednesday through Lent. And I don't regret it. I took a lot away from it, and I used everything I learned from the teachings of Christ to better myself in some way. Now, did it lead to faith? No. Critical thinking got in the way of that, for better or worse. But I'm happy with who I became over the course of that journey, because I let everything I learned impact me in what I feel was the right way. And that's why I disagree with people who say that religion is problematic. People are problematic, and those who are religious just warp their core flaws into religious parallels. I just don't want to lump myself in with them if I don't need to. |

| I feel very strongly about religion, and I agree with the majority of what xiao and spaz have been saying. I wouldn't consider myself religious, as religion was the very thing that made the Jews crucify Christ. It was also the thing that caused the crusades and the Spanish Inquisition, which killed more Christians than the Roman empire when it was persecuting Christians. On the other hand, everyone I know labels me as religious because of my proper behavior that they see. What they don't see is that I try to follow Christ's teachings, albeit with plenty of failures. Christ once said that the greatest commandment is to love your God, and the second one is to love your neighbor. I think this is the crux of what xiao believes in (tho he might do well to take some time to distinguish between what is love and what is lust). I believe that just based on this, a lot of religious people have totally missed the mark. Christ also said that not everyone who meets him and says that they did this or that in his name is going to be approved by him. Finally, Christ hates sin, but he loves sinners. He died for people, not just to pay their debt so that they can get into more debt, but he paid their debt so they can be free from the burden of debt. I think that it is important to discern that while Christ loves people and died for them, and so we who follow Christ's teachings should also not reject anyone, but should accept and love everyone, simultaneously this doesn't mean that all kinds of behavior is acceptable. It's one heck of a fine line to walk, and one that still has me confused sometimes as to what I should do. Maybe I should pray more about it. [ Post made via Mobile Device ] |

I wrote a short story cause I wanted to make sense ~ or at least unscramble my thoughts .. on some of the current events that've been on the news recently. The story is graphic in nature ~ so don't read if you're squeamish ~ however it's just words .. and it isn't intended to shock or offend ~ rather just to make the audience think. So without further ado ~ here's a small piece of fictional philosophy I wrote： --- --- --- .. what if you had the person you hated the most right in front of you. The man that raped and killed your two daughters, caught by the police, in front of a judge. He's asking for forgiveness, he'll never do it again, and tells you how his father raped him when he was younger, and did the same then killed his mother. You don't care, this man did something to you vile. He's a monster, no, you call him a demon, and ask the judge to give you 5 minutes with this demon alone in a locked room with you .. The judge glances at you, clenching your fist & grinding your teeth .. then at the man that raped and killed your two daughters .. trembling with repented tears & urinating himself on the court stand. The judge says, fine, you have 5 minutes with him. They uncuff the man and the policemen recede and give way to you. You grab the man by his scalp and drag him to a small jail cell behind the courtroom and turn off the lights .. you can still see his frail body shaking in the corner next to the metal toilet, and you see your reflection thru the dim light in the mirror above it. You start beating his face in .. and scream at him how you wanna trample his cranium under your heel & pop his head on the sidewalk like a red confetti filled balloon for what he did to you. You cave in his trigeminal nerves so far behind his skull and tell him how his punishment will be ~ Biblical. Then you stop and look at his bloodied face .. and all of a sudden see the face of Christ. You think for a second that your own eyes are deceiving you, so you keep elbowing - kneeing - and beating his face even harder. You look at him again, and see that his face has actually turned into the face of Jesus .. but you don't care, this man raped & killed your two beloved daughters, he he even f#cking impaled your cat on a stick and roasted her on the backyard. My little kitty .. you pant for a second. You want blood, so you grab his left eye-socket with your bare hand, and rip his left eyeball from his face .. take a deep breath & cool off a bit, but then start hoping you can smooth out his face with the bottom of your shoes. With unsubsiding rage in your eyes you look at him again, and now notice it's the face of your first daughter, bleeding and without a left eye .. and he/she says to you, I'm .. I'm sorry please .. You trip out for a second and keep telling yourself it's just an illusion .. why is the face of my little girl on this demon!!? F#ck it you don't care, you keep beating the snot out of her and eventually rip the other eyeball off her socket .. You look at him again, and now it's the face of your youngest daughter, bloodied - bruised - crying and can barely attempt to say, I'm sorr.. ARRGHHHH! this infuriates you even further, so you grab her by the neck and start choking her.. you yell at him, die you fucking demon! Beating her face in over and over.. until you rip his chest open with your bare hands and crack his rib-cage open and begin to dismantle his corpse from the inside out. You killed him, you stand up with a smile on your face and heavy breathing then look at him .. you notice that the face of Jesus, the face of your first daughter, and the face of your youngest daughter are now wiped, and as you attempt to discern his torn dead body on the floor, you see that it's your own body, and your own bloodied face, dead on the ground. Okay this is some freaky shit, you've had enough and scream for the judge.. JUDGE! I'M DONE!! ..but no one arrives. Then in the quiet small space, you slowly look up at the mirror, the one you first saw yourself when you dragged this demon into the room and.. You see in the mirror the most hideous looking monster you've ever seen, like something out of a really messed up cartoon, teeth protruding out of your mouth with blood, uglier than the ugliest white shark, hands like sharp jagged claws, feet like that of a goat, half of your skin melted off, your eye sockets black holes, and your scarlet body even uglier than paintings of Satan in the Sistine Chapel's Last Judgement wall .. You say, NO! what the hell !!? ... and then look around the pitch dark room and see nothing except your own dismembered body on the floor, pitch black, trapped forever, and no one is ever coming back for you. .. and you think to yourself, but I did what Christians practice! I hated the sinner not the sin .. but you can't even think straight, then looking up at the darkness you say to yourself .. or was it the other way around ? - END - |

But that defeats your purpose of your post. People who commit murder/violent acts do it based on planning, like you wanting to go for a walk or such. You plan stuff out, what shoes you should wear, etc. They pick a victim, they pick how they will do it and if they wish for a quick almost painless kill or to drag the experience on for their pleasure. Going into a blinded rage means you're basically just going on impulse, you don't care how it gets done, you just want it done. People are always going to have a sort of evil/darkness inside of them, it's just who lets it out and in what way do we call them 'fucking evil' But that's deeper thinking from all of us, and we're in xiao thoughts. lol

| ★ Out of all the branches of Judeo Christian belief .. the most alluring to me's always been theology about angels. From what I remember an angel means messenger in Greek or Hebrew. They exist in eternity outside of time with God. So when God creates an angel, since they're not subject to the fall of man, they have a choice to either serve God or not. Lucifer, the brightest angel - meant to reflect the light of God, was the first angel to say no and call himself God. As a result he turned into the first demon and was cast out of Heaven by Michael, the lowest ranking angel, who's name in Hebrew means something akin to "who is like unto God?" being the words he used to kick Lucifer out of Heaven. A legion of angels who followed Lucifer also turned into demons & resultingly fell from Heaven too. Demons are just angels who have been corrupted from their original purpose, and since without direct contact with God, their beauty withers and they resemble atrocious monsters .. much like how a bright red apple rots once it falls from it's source of life, a tree. Since God is creation itself, he can't bring himself to destroy anything he once created, so he gives demons full freedom to exist in their corrupted state. Hell is just the absence of God's love, or simply, the refusal to accept that love and reciprocate it. Love is a mystery. And by mystery I mean, it's something that everytime you come back to it, you can always draw something new from it. You can't explain love in a nutshell, it'd be like trying to put all of the ocean in a small sand hole some kid in the beach made. But theologically speaking, love is charity. Now back to angels. An angel is a messenger, a spirit, and there's many ranks among them, like guardian angels ~ the seven archangels ~ and angels assigned to specific things & countries, like the Angel of Portugal ~ etc etc. But essentially there's only three types of angels: Cherubims, Regular Angels, and Seraphims. Cherubims are the simplest form of angels, usually depicted in art as little babies with wings, or cupids shooting arrows causing people to fall in love. But a cherubim is just a small angel who's responsibility towards God and creation, is like the responsibility of a human child. Then Regular Angels or simply just Angels. They're the most widely and commonly depicted form in art. Characteristically they only have two wings, as opposed to cherubims which may have a myriad of little wings, and Seraphims who are angels with six wings. Regular angels have a responsibility towards God and creation, like the responsibility of an adult on Earth. Lastly Seraphims, the most sublime type of angel. They have six wings to denote their elevated mission：two on their feet, two on their sides, and two on their back like a regular angel. They're basically the special forces of God's air force. Their responsibility towards God and creation are akin to what any type of leader would have on Earth. Visually ~ all angels are translucent and invisible, like light or glass, with colorless wings. Some may look like a young man or woman, but they're sexless. Originally there were only those three types of angels .. cherubims, angels, and seraphims. But because of the fall of Lucifer, God created ranks among them ~ like a Heavenly military, comprised of those three types. haha ～ yeah there's an inherent 3 pixel margin inside a post box on IPB. Since the resize feature scales it down to 650 pixels for all screens .. I was trying to figure out a way to push the image resize all the way across the post box without breaking the page, so that the image stretches wide across the full post box leaving only the 3 pixel margin. | ★ I noticed the more I lifted weights, the more soar and SLOWER I got when dancing .. my moves were spot-on, if anything on-point! BUT ~ when dancing I was sluggish and slower than when I was just doing stretching & cardio .. I just realized, my goal to be a good dancer isn't Captain America, but Spider-man. Flexibility, agility, dexterity, controlled, precise, dynamic, and most importantly FAST movements ~ are more important than strength, clunky, and predictable movements. That's why kids are the best dancers, they don't put too much emphasis on strength training. Rather they focus all their energy on stretching & cardio. Different goals for folks, and lines of work .. I won't completely phase out strength training, but I'll tone it down and just channel all my energy into stretching, cardio, and dancing ~ like I used to ♪Wonho from Monsta X is a rare exception that muscles can be fast .. however his speed doesn't reach the heights that faster dancers like Ten from NCT, J-Hope from BTS, or choreographers like Tony Testa & Kyle Hanagami displayed when they were young and just doing cardio＋stretching with little to no strength training. Final note: Abs are always good ~ so I'll keep aiming for a 6/8 pack! Abdominals are the upper half of a human being's center of gravity, the lower being hips, so everybody needs good abs ~ whether your goal is Captain America or Spidey ~ ☆

All of those dreams stored in the fantasy crystals were actual memories of the past life the boy had lived. The imaginary French girl was in reality his girlfriend, those memories were real!
