Wet conditions are juz slower and skid more than dry conditions. So basically i step my brakes more longer a bit to avoid crashin. |

The Dozuki Master Group: Advanced Members Posts: 1,688 Member No.: 20,372 Joined: Sep 21st 2006 Location: Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines | i admit i'm not that fast in terms of times, but what i'm sure is that you'll have slower cornering speeds than in dry weather, because if you try to go faster than on dry, you'll most likely end up hitting the outside wall which will kill any chances of getting that red mark at the end of the run... and cars seem to initiate oversteer more quickly in the rain than in dry weather, so braking and turning earlier will be important... even during 1.2, i've always had more faith in my GC8 in the rain than with the s2000 and the rx-8... of the three FT cars i have, it's the only car which i can say i will take to any course whether dry or wet without fear... both the s2000 and the rx-8 seem to be very slidy in the rain even if the nasty oversteer didn't kick in... |
