It's the 3rd menu down on the right

select the middle folder

scroll down to SEGA (should be folder 61)

The cars are free, Didn't realize you had to pay for the character parts.

the dlc is on the japanese psn. you have to have a japanese account. to me its not worth it.

But creating a Japanese PSN account is free and really easy...why shouldn't worth it?

Or you could search "イニシャル" ("initial" in Katakana)
