So I just noticed that it wasn't overly obvious how to use the strikethrough function and was wondering if there are other formatting features that can be used in posts that are not part of the Code Buttons?

This board uses bbcode.

Thanks Tesso! I ended up searching online how to do Invision stuff and in the end figured it out by playing with tags...

Yeah, bbcode is, to me, a much simpler way to edit text than some other boards I've been to. The xbox.com forum still uses HTML and doesn't even have the decency to automatically insert line breaks when using the Enter key. <BR><BR><BR>...

I only used the buttons for text editing in the first year of posting here on IDW, before I began just typing out the code out in my posts. It's second nature to me now.

I've never used the buttons on IDWF. Been typing them from day one... cool.gif

I think links are the only ones I use the buttons for. The rest is all handmade.
I do want to take this opportunity to see if Perry will spill the beans on how he's posted songs in the past!

For the most part I use intermittently use the spoiler, youtube and quote tags, although I find myself using the tags directly rather than by using buttons to get them set in my posts.
