hmm ... what do you mean by 5in 4 out? but i do see some improvement on the acceleration after doing that when needed.

(so far worked for my EG6 aka small butt but not on my S15) confirm this with me please.. XD |

I use it... helps after exiting a corner on my point of view... especially on consecutive ones like Myogi, Akina, Tsukuba... in my experience, works best at Iro... well erm.. u still have to PC in 1.5 for tsuku.. OB and IB.. PC to avoid the oversteer.. like tsukuba OB.. at the roller coasters.. u'll need to PC at the lock points back in 1.2 to avoid the oversteer and speed lost.. but i don't think you would need PC in other roads

ur post.... makes me speechless.... whats the timing ran by the guy who did that ? is it fast? if its not. i dun really see the point in trying to believe that choking of gear works. and when u got the oversteer problem, it has already been decided that ur timing wun be considered as fast in any case le. cos from that point onwards, the acceleration that you will have wouldnt be as fast as u have before the oversteering took place. somehow i find ur mentality to the game.... weird big car bang wall easier, choke gear recovered the acceleration... simply...weird if it is that effective as u say, i dun see any pros using it right ?

SooKooBah Fan ^.^ Group: Members Posts: 475 Member No.: 26,189 Joined: Aug 24th 2007 Location: SG-BP-CCK | I only choke gear after i bang wall... basically its for shits and giggles cos theres nothing better to do other than force quit ^^ and normally the speed drops so much that a gear drop is necessary.... but then again your timings would have been much faster if u braked earlier and didnt hit the walls or kena the penalty... For tsukuba OB u have to PC just before the first right turn of the S corners then PC again as you are about to exit the last right turn.... should be a 135 exit with a fted car unless if u can do it faster than please show us cos the japanese are already at 140 exits already ^^ gd luck |

The R34's chosen one Group: Advanced Members Posts: 804 Member No.: 27,787 Joined: Dec 13th 2007 Location: Makati, Philippines | @ iblizsatan I think I know what you're asking. You must have your IC card from v 1.2 It means that your time attack records at v 1.5 are separate from the v 1.2 records. They won't overlap. example: make a record in v 1.5 on a certain track play a v 1.2 ID4, if there are any and check your time on that track. you should see NOT your v 1.5 record time... the record time should be different |

yeahh i think it's a decent timing for DC2 and for normal standards.. good find!! =D @gunma.. ermm.. after making records in 1.5... your 1.2 records will be overlapped already what.. not mer?

Welcome back to the dark side, Kylie! Good to know this thread helped. Im taking a little breather from the game but I'll be active here in the forums if you need any help. And guys, if you have any questions and you cant find it in this thread or my techs and terms thread... there is an "Ask a question, get an answer" thread out there. Please post those questions there. Also remember that I havent updated any stuff in my tips threads for ver1.5. Might do that when I have the time. School's up and I'm getting back to work. Also my wife and my daughter are taking up almost all my time, I rarely have time to play but I'm not quitting. Just slowing down.

if you play 1.5 after from 1.2, records will be replaced. on the other hand, if you go back to play 1.2 after playing 1.5, the records will be replace too.
