Hey im thinkin of starting a red s13 with card name ISUCK. So basically i jus need a lil help on wat courses its good on and its shift points.

s13 is a very underrated car ... im currently tuning one myself coz of its great potential, both in ta and battle

its start is very gd and will beat most other five gear cars (6,6.5,7) ... and ta wise its very strong on usui (3rd) and akina (4th or 5th). It also fairs well on akagi, happo and tsuchi. Quite a stable car all in all ... and will attract alot of fishermen

Thnx for the advice cause im not that great on akina with my sil80 so u say this will b a strong car on that lvl? tsuchi will b a great fish battle and for noober ppl usui will b strong for them.

So i shud go well with the shifting cause its exactly the same as my sil80. so ur basically saying that its a strong under rated car?

and akagi and tsuchi are very similar to fd ... maybe just a tad slower but very stable

Interesting thing is that the S13 is faster on IR than my R34 on Tsuchisaka OB (S13 is number 11, R34 is number 12.... )

usui...and akina wet rules, i like it on shomaru too...shift points i beleive around 6.4-6.5-7

shift to 2nd gear should be around 6 .. or ull be losing out on the first gear

ok so first at 6 then second 6.25 - 6.5. then for thrd. So my best to worst courses are Usui, Akina, Akagi, Tsuchi, then shomaru. thats cool im actually good at all those courses but it will take abit of time to get used to.!

i like the s13 on shomaru...handles very well

Battle Wise... I'd be Guessing Usui / Akina is what you'd want to learn.

U might want to learn Happo dry as well with the S13. i have a teammate here that does a 2:22:xxx both ways with it.

Incidentally, we have this habit of calling him "Iketani-sempai", because he's the only person we know of that uses the S13 as his main car...

are you guys talking about the 180sx? or the s13? cuz it seems like you're talking about the 180sx, even though the 180sx is technically an s13 --

everyone's talking about the s13 since you know it's an s13 thread and the 180sx and s13 are definitely not the same thing.

for making too many threads that are like "Pick my Car" ones. I'm a really indecisive person. A few days ago I wanted to start a Celica, but my mind's changed a lot and today I started a DC2. Trashed that and started an FC. Now I'm considering starting an S14Q just because no one here has it. Mind you, I'll keep the FC, but I'm more interested instarting a Q's because not even any of my friends have had the car before. I'm looking for a relatively low ranked car that can still possibly be good. While I know any car can be good on all courses, I've narrowed it down to Nissan because I've already got tried a car from all the other makes. So I just want to know... all S14 Q's drivers...

1. Best tuning options? Parts?
2. What are the tendencies of the car? Dritfy, understeer? Wet? etc

Once again forgive me for my slew of threads that are for making my decision.

Yeah... that's true.

I've FT'd my EvoIV a while ago and I just FT'd my 86. I was looking for something ranked relatively low (based on the stickied rankings here) and I chose an FC. It seems like a very good car to learn from, but I started to shop around more for other statistically low-ranked cars. Mind you, I like the FC, but I was also looking for a car that no one has, or at least a car that I've never seen around here, which is a Q's.

So should I work on my FC more before even going to a Q's? What do you guys suggest?
