Saw one of these for the other games in the series so I figured I'd start one.

I almost finished Spec 4 yesterday, still getting used to the car as it gets better and the courses are much different than I imagined so I'm still getting used to those too. derp.gif

About time we start this.

Having some time to clear anything i have to (missions) and if some ppl need help to clear i try to help them. ~

Tried AT tdy , AT in D8 is far more better than D7 in terms of accleration. (Y)
But the only thing about MT is , sometimes if u r too early at gearing up , the tachometer system stuck there instead of up.

Don't know how you play this game honestly. Even if I had a machine close to me, without the internet connection I would probably only have like a 50% urge to play it regularly. Now with internet on the other hand, I'd probably play like everyday like the V3 days.

just a heads-up for you, a car at full spec would feel really different as compared to a car EVEN when it's at spec 5 halfway through. that said, I wouldn't try to get used to the physics yet when the car hasn't been fully tuned. derp.gif

Got a few games in today for tuning, nothing major. Is there a final tune option for which motors you want? For example turbo, na, supercharged?

Yeah we've been discussing at the arcade how the car feels so much different going from spec to spec. Even now I'm 1 or 2 into Spec 5 and it handles nothing like I thought it would from watching videos.

Don't know about D8 but in previous games there's very little difference between them.

Also note you would need to be like, 7-8 upgrades into SPEC 5 to feel like the online video kind.

Sega just replaced regular character part spins with some exclusive character slot items temparately. Looking to try my luck tomorrow and see maybe if I can get a cowboy hat or something.

Last week I got beaten by an E2 guy with 100+. Maybe in a few days will start making my first EXP card if i have money. Still consider whether want to get D.net or not.

Still in the process of tuning my rotary babies. Only at Spec 2 for my FC. Quite slow but I'll get there slowly. Sorry if this has been asked before, but I wanna know how to choose the option to add character parts?

Other than that, its just FT-ing and completing the missions and back to online and TAs.

Sega Club Akihabara. Just created a JPN card for souvenirs sake since it's cheap to make a card here (half the price of the going rate in Malaysia in fact).

Even fought and lost to a guy in Singapore too.

When you play, you will slowly fill up a "MYCHARA Gauge", when you fill it up you will spin for a character parts

Got a few more upgrades left in S5 still. Got to battle another player with a card (which is kinda rare considering not many know how to navigate menus yet). He had an S2 FC against my S5 2D86, picked Iro and he wanted boost off laugh2.gif so I destroyed him by 300m. awesome.gif

Upgraded two cards from D7 today. Played some online matches and upgraded the cars a bit. Lost a few battles to players which I suspect we're using much higher tuned cars and a few close ones that were probably near me tuning wise.

I really like the fact that the Character Bar is back to Single Online Battle again.

Try to look out for roll cage in the interior of cars. Those are higher spec cars.
