Ive Only Raced there Once, when i wanted to See what it was/like. I versed Klyte ( Or Whatever The Chick in the Black Rx7... I barely play LOTS just Time Trials and Battles ) and i found it pretty easy, I won. The Hood is a random Part. Try and Understand that. When you reach Basic Tune, and parts Get offered, if your Lucky, it will be offered, but it is Completely Random. |
