My Double Aces + Rising Stars Group: Advanced Members Posts: 2,587 Member No.: 5,284 Joined: Jan 28th 2005 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia | Regarding the faster times you see on battle videos.... It is because of boost. If you notice the trailing cars..yes, they do over-rev at the same normal maximum points. However the trailing car is actually traveling faster than that speed. Think of it like WMMT3's boost. On top of that, when the leading car is blocking, he is actually being pushed by the trailing car. (Think Bunta in ID3's Bunta Challenge). That's how they achieve impossible to attain CPs. If you notice in the battle videos, 95% of the time the trailing car is directly behind the leader, and is also running at almost-TA-ish speeds....so the leader keeps getting pushed to madder CPs / end times. And yes, these boost properties are in the International versions as well. Of course, for these properties to stand out, it has to be a close race...and the trailing car has to be running on fast speeds as well.... ohh thanks for the advice.. well that was a sucky run i had to say. my usual exit at first hairpin at 5 consecs is around 135+- yeah i did notice that my lines were messy.. the only thing that prevents me from getting 2.59 is RHOD and 3 lane.. i only exit RHOD at 145 max. and 3 lane 159 max T.T anyways... here's another video of me akina uhd 3'07'566 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T8bI3jcX7rA i could have done better though.. btw. not my best run | ||

Shmuck Group: Members Posts: 4 Member No.: 30,754 Joined: Oct 1st 2008 Location: Update Profile | guys i want na see some 1.5 TA...something keeps bothering me...for so much i played 1.5...braking is most important in 1.5...without slowing ur speed down in a corner like akina 1st corner u sure gotta hit da wall...i see some ppl in 1.5 can avoid that by just stepping on the gas with a bit of brake or something like that...and i cant really understand how they do it. like my tsukuba 2.53.xxx with normal skills like brake be4 entering corner and slowly accel back after drifting...i wish some pro teaching can help me out...on TA or in VS mode. my car RX-7 FD 7-7-7-7-7 (international version 1.5 IDAS) This post has been edited by Joshima_01 on Oct 8 2008, 03:41 AM |

Do people still want videos from the international version? There are japan videos out there anyway with unbelievable TA times in youtube. I kinda felt the spark to make some 1.5 videos but Im lacking a little more motivation. |
