You don't really need to brake that much on that course, but you need to brake really early to avoid the oversteer+accel penalty. This post has been edited by icedagger on Jan 21 2009, 01:41 AM |

Had 3 maxed out cars and a few random colored auras. I took a big break from ID, and now I got myself back in with ES. The mechanics for v4/ES are so much different then V3, that I'm left feeling like a noob at this game. For basic turns, is it still break a little before a turn, shift down turn, gas, shift back up? I've played around and saw that tapping the gas pretty much initalizes a drift. My question is, what do you usually have to do for most turns? Do you have to break at all? Tap the gas, hug the wall? I'd like to get competitive again, but I figured I talk to the current pros of the game to see how this game works now. Thanks for any advice/tips! |
