Hey Sanae, haven't read your fic since it was only finished to around chapter 15.... then i left the forums.... I've got a lot of catching up to do. It's still as exciting as when I first read it almost two years ago lol.

Keep it up!

Thought I'd come back to see if there was updates, and I'm pleasantly surprised!
I'm rereading it from the start to refresh my memory, but thanks for writing this brilliant fanfic!

QUOTE (Dr1FT3R @ 17 minutes, 48 seconds ago)
I'm rereading it from the start to refresh my memory, but thanks for writing this brilliant fanfic!

What a coincidence! I'm re-reading it myself too because I'm seriously going to pick it up and start updating again so that I can hope to finish it before the end of the summer.

I'll take this chance to apologise for having left it for so long but I had other stuff going on and I didn't want to force myself to write just for the sake of finishing it.

Thanks in advance for your patience! happy.gif

^+1... most people have given up on fanfics and their busy authors, but I have faith that you will come through for us, Sanae.

You know what sucks about dropping a fic for over a year or so? Not being able to remember where you were..... >_<. With the holidays coming up, I might be able go through this again.

Thanks guys. I know it's a long story. If you manage to get to the end, I'd love to know what you guys think about it.

Also, if you fancy a shorter read, I've just started a new story, you guys can find it here.

Take care, Sanae.

A reader has asked me if I could get the entire story into a PDF file so that she could load it into her palm pc and re-read it on her way to work.
Since I thought that others might want to do the same, I've decided to upload it here too:

Dreaming of Akina - PDF

I hope some of you find this useful! happy.gif

This is to inform everyone who have downloaded the PDF that I've changed the file with a new one in a much more readable, e-book format.

You can get it here.

Mike, please feel free to share this one instead!

EDIT: If any of you is good with photoshop/graphics and wants to make something for me to use as a cover, maybe with a picture of a white 2000GT and/or the real Haruna as background I'll be forever grateful. happy.gif

Sanae, I had just re-read chapter 10 where Bunta first performs the 'ski drift'. Although there's a bit of an explanation, I still don't get it. What exactly is a ski drift (is just a normal drift but with the outside tyres airborne)?

BTW, excellent story!
