I recommend Image Composite Editor for large fold outs that are too big to fit on a typical scanner.

I take 4 scans per side lining up each corner against the scanner but once all the scans are done I just use ICE and it merges them together into one large image. Just make sure all of the scans are straight and tight against the edge.

Note that this can also be used to scan vinyl covers too!

This is fucking MAGIC. Thank you so much for posting this.

Nice! I also have a Canon scanner (all-in-one) so welcome to the club, make sure to enjoy the perks involved with membership!

BTW what CDs are you thinking of scanning? Is it possible for us to take a gander at your collection in the sadly underused show your collection thread?

Does anyone know of a scanner large enough to scan whole LP/12" covers? I'd scan way more sleeves if I didn't have to turn two scans into eight.

Best bet is probably office depot or a local newspaper press - they'd probably let you do it for free as opposed to OCDepot ~ they've got way bigger industrial scanners than a wonky Xerox/HP office workhorse too! grin2.gif

Meh, I'd sooner take a bunch of smaller scans and have ICE stitch 'em for me than drive out somewhere with a bunch of covers to scan at a price.

Yeah, I know. They weren't mine though. I do have them on my hard drive. Can you dig the link? Is it still up?

EDIT

I just killed my links for SEB 170-176 by accident. *facepalm*

EDIT 2

Oh SEB 234 is already up >.<

EDIT

All my scans are up!

We still need scans for these as there are two versions of these SEB releases:

130 ~The Global Heat 2002 Request Rush~ (2CD+DVD) [2002]
140 - Anniversary Non-Stop Mix Request Countdown 2003 (3CD) [2003]

I have the other versions which are already scanned

130 ~The Global Heat 2002 Request Rush~ (3CD) [2002] §
140 - Anniversary Non-Stop Mix Request Countdown 2003 (2CD+DVD) [2003] §

I'll have a rescan of SEB 177 and new scans of SEB 178 and 179 up later today (hopefully).
I'll also up rips of 178 and 179. Hopefully either today or tomorrow.

xiao, I added your scans to the first post. HOWEVER, this is for EUROBEAT, not Hyper Techno.

Anyway, I also (finally) added SEB 177 (New scans), 178 and 179 to first post.

Retake your damn CDs. What have I told you, xiao? Don't edit EXCEPT for cropping or rotating! Is it so hard to have something like this?

Somebody used a Magic Wand Tool around and the center and deleted off what was around and in the center. That's unacceptable. Not adding SEB 237 to the first post because of that. Not WLTP I too... but I wasn't adding it anyway because...

The Eurobeat Scanning Project

There's an hair on "Disc 1.bmp" btw. lol
I'll transfer your original scans to my MEGA account and replace the scans... even there's an hair.

Also, if you did the same treatment to WLTP I and/or to WLTP 70, it would be appreciated if you took them again too.
