Hello IDW,

Recently a lot of folks have seen 30 or more days pass since their last warning, and are asking the mod team to reduce their warn levels publicly. That is, creating threads or bombing unaffiliated threads with requests to reduce their warn levels. This activity needs to stop immediately.

The mod team has access to the warn roster, which shows who has passed the 30 day period. We do not need reminders of this fact, as I check it every few days to see if we're overdue on reviewing potential warn decreases.

If you feel you've been overlooked, send a PM to a moderator and we'll sort it out. Keep it out of the public forum.

I have updated the forum guidelines to accomodate this provision. This also gives justification to mods that are dealing with a "mods plz lower my warn" thread or post.

The whole Tsyta situation is (unfortunately) what brought this action forward.
