acutally, can anyone run more than 3:06 on akina with any untuned cars?
since i haven't seen anyone who can have good "times" with any untuned cars, i wonder if the key to be good is the matter of how much you have tuned ur car instead of how much techniques you've got, which is unlike ver3.

I've personally tried FT versions of both. The cappucino only hits the wall once, on the inside, making for smoother accel on the exit but it lacks the top speed that the MR2 generates so it becomes a line vs speed thing again. MR2 can take it back though.

how slow is a 3, 03.8xx with a 4 2 0 0 1-2 FD? had to use wall rape as i run it faster and avoid the invisble wall for the most part. im actually more comfortable with wall rape than without it. also how many opponets can be defeated in iro (diff-0) with a 3,04-3,04? i hope to cut it down to below 3 minutes if possible to make sure i can deal with them (atleast the 1st 2 ppl).

That time should take care of Seiji and Kyoichi without too many problems or lower the time to 3'02 - 3'03.

If I remember correctly (and I don't at all >.<), I had to force myself to go 3'00 - 3'02-ish to beat Kai and keep him from passing me on the jumps.

The only thing I'm sure of is you gotta exit at 82+ as much as you can.

@207: Yeah it does, block him when he starts scraping your rear and take as much of the inside of the first jump as you can and don't let him pull away if you get passed.

I think he still can cuz he managed to pass me on the first jump even when I almost hit the inside. He led for about 0.5-ish for 2 seconds then I managed to reclaim the lead with PC.

I'm guessing he just goes insanely fast towards the first jump, take it really fast, then exit slow. The following 4 jumps should be slower.

2'51''6xx on Tsukuba OB with a AE86T: 7-5-7-1-4.......I think it's the timing of the PC that I have an issue with.
