| Hey guys, time for a new start. Post your day up, and talk about how it went! I originally got this idea back in 2003 from initialdarcade forums, so post up! However, there are going to be some new rules in this thread. This is your first warning. Anyone to break the rules will be warned. This thread is to talk about how your day. How it was interesting, how you got some new records, how you owned a guy who tried to fish you, how you almost got into a fight because of some jackass trying to steal your cellphone while you play. It is not meant to report your battles and times. Anyone that merely reports their day will be warned. Also, do not hold conversations in this thread. If you want to chat about something, do it through IM programs. Finally, if you went to play Initial D, but nothing interesting happened, do not post about it. No one wants to read "I went to play ID today. Did some LotS, and BC. Nothing interesting." Enjoy! |

| Guess I'll be the guinea pig. Lemme know if my post is within the guidelines or not. Tried my 34 somemore on Akina Uphill today. I dropped it to a 3'12"9xx from a 3'13"6xx. Only moved me up 1 spot in the model ranking though =_=. I had one run where I would've had a 12'4, but I messed up the final CP. Tried Usui some after that. Ran 4th for MR for the 34. 2'49"6. C121's were at least 1 km slow, and 2nd lap wide turn was a bit slow, but 1st lap wide turn was fast and tight. | well i posted this in the old thread but since its locked most ppl probally wont check it so heres my day [again] so uh u finally went 2day... waste of my time... my times got worse by like 5 seconds... i ran over a 3'10 at iro with every car i used... 86T, Spirit, MR2 [C tune] MR2 [N Tune], E4, 8V, Capp... ALL of them i got over 3'10 i took the 86 to akina.... i ran a 3'10 my last game i diddnt wanna leave dissopinted so i pulled out my rx8 and took it to tsuchi and improved my time 49'818~~> 49'810.... GRRRRRRRRRRRRR the rollers fuked me up... bah horriable day it makes me wanna quit now but im goin again probally 2morrow to c what i can do... if i wanna keep my N tune MR2... but im going RX8>MR2>86M as my cards selection |

| My day was terrible as well. I didn't improve any of my times. I was always on the verge of breaking 43 on Tsuchi but never actually did. My record is a mid 42 btw. I couldn't even touch my 3:04 on Akina either, I ran like.. 3:06s most of today. I gave up on initial d and went over to guitarfreaks and drummania, only two find two guys whoring the machine. I got pissed off and left. Halfway home I found out I lost 2 cards. I checked, good thing they were newly made cards. I lost a spirit and a fc. ARGH 4 dollars gone. |

| ok well today was a good day...got to seriously play initial d for once... so i improved my iro reverse by a bit, i inch ever closer to clinching the area record again...lol, but JJ will probably take it in like a few tries...haha...so i ran a 3'05'4xx...CP 1 can be lowered for sure, i hated when i saw that i ran a 45'5xx...and oh and we convinced a few noobs that the miata owns cuz i battled this guy and used this stock miata(5 gear) and my friend just kept making it sound like it was a god car, when it was just plain to the eye that i was superior to that noob...lol...so we might be seeing more miatas around...hahaha.... |

| Went to play today with the intention of playing RX-8 Sho IB... got to the arcade, looked at my wallet and notice my RX-8 card is not there. Whatever, its probably in my messy ass room or something, I think to myself. So I just play some other random shit, got 3'02'2 on Sho IB dry with a 500K 8V, 3'09'8 Akina UH wet with the same 8V, 3'04'2 Sho IB dry with a 70K DC2(this car is fast, suprised the hell out of me, the acceleration is amazing!), and also tried to get the MR2 and S14Q records but with no luck. The majority of these were just a few tries, the only thing that was more then 2-3 tries was the Akina UH wet Anyways, so I got home, and after looking for the last 2 hours, I can't find my RX-8 anywhere >_< Such BS, probably my most important card and I can't find it anywhere... I guess I'll have to inspect my Capp now =S |

| Today did not go as I initially intended. Every single one of my time attacks resulted in a force quit because of little mistakes I made. It's frustrating that you're so close to beating your PB or a record on the machine, then you mess up something that seems so easy because you've been doing it for so long, then a day like today shows up and it all goes down the drain. Maybe next time I'll be able to put something decent together. I suppose the only positives out of today is that my RHOD on Akina has improved dramatically. |

| Today I just got my Tsuchi ob on my 32 down to a low 44. It still sucks, but I just can't get used to the understeer on this car, I have to adjust like EVERYTHING. |

| Inspired by HNGRY, I've been doing Happo OBD without any techs. Before, I'd whore eraser on this course with most cars I have... but lately I haven't been using it on this course just as an experiment! Capp: 2'24"0xx (with techs) --> 2'22"780 - I LOVE how this car handles here! Maybe I shouldn't have been using eraser after all! I feel I can push this a high 21 without doing anything... but that's quite a goal. FC3S: 2'25"7 --> 2'24"4xx - I did this in two tries. It's my friend's old car which he gave to me. I don't like how this car has a weak 5th gear, but it turns rather well here. I actually felt the car understeer on the hairpins. Evo3: 2'28"7 --> 2'25"818 - Good gawd this car is crap here. It understeers and oversteers at the same time. Seriously! So hard... but I can push this to a mid 25 or even 24 without techs. Funniest moment with the Evo3 today... my friend was talking to me: "Use eraser. You'll understeer without it" "Nah... I won't understeer" *I say this as I exit the huge turn in CP2. Just before the right turn into the L-shaped turn before the snake pins... the car locks up, I turn too late, and completely own this wall*  |

| great day. Managed to defeat bunta twice on akagi and yesterday beat him on iro 8. So project 30 stars is almost near. hahahaha not to mention I leveled up to 28 battle level. Man I barely managed to pass bunta on the very last curve of akagi, slipped by him on the left side, with a time of 2'25. LOL'z I'm not even that good at all in akagi (my TA is a 2'27'2xx) but I managed to block him in the beggining until after the first turn. Twas' fun day. I think I can pull out another win on akagi, as I did race him for 11 star but I messed up at the end of the 2nd lap into the sharp right turn and the lead got real big. =\ anyway, a little off topic but does anyone play at simi valley,ca brunswick bowling place? It has a pretty good idv3 machine. That's my new stomping grounds since it's near my work. |

| For me last Thrusday, was an awsome battle day. I must of ran against several people to include some newbies and some pro's. Here's what happened. First Challange- Nissan 240SX against my FD, on Irohazaka down hill wet. The guy was trash. He would hit the walls back and fowarth like a ping pong ball being hit by paddles. I let him go ahead to see how good he was and realized what i wrote above. So in the end I would try to pass him but the person blocked me on a straight!!!  I hate people who block it ain't no technique. finally after being behind this slow newb the 3rd section came about and I owned him!!!Second Challange- Happo FD vs EK Civic. This was a tough challange. the player was actually pretty damn good. however where I lost to him was the up hill portion where the turns are sort of like IRO. however I managed to keep pace with him after that but he owned me. I lost the seat. Thrid Challange- Akina Downhill FD vs 86. This was another deadly battle. I saw my opponents time and it was a 2"99 on Akina DH. It was basically a suicide. lost the seat again. Fourth Challange- Akagi Uphill Wet- FD vs Cappuchino. This was an interesting race. the Capp managed to keep up with me on my course. my specalty is Akagi uphill wet. However I owned him in the last uphill portion which was section 4. Kept the seat. Last Challange- Tsuchi IB wet. FD vs 86. This had to be the fav of all races. It was the same opponent who raced me in Akina DH. around section 2 I think after the tunnel, he turned off his head lights to distract me right before the roller coaster turns. however I then did the same. both of us were in perfect form and cleared the rollers perfectly. it was a tight match but in the end the FD came through and won. any who that was my battle day. |

| Damn, this was a great Time Attack Day for me. I'm finally getting the hang of the RX-8. I think it's great progress for 2 weeks. I know there's definitely a lot of room for improvement. I know where I made most of my mistakes and I'm all set to try fixing them next time I drop by the arcade. SE3P Akina DH D 3'15 -> 3'11 - I've actually been able to run 3'11 on LotS Bunta already, but this is the first time I've actually time attacked Akina's DH since I first got my RX-8. I'm still struggling with the snake curves (ungassing a lot), but I should be able to run under 3'10 with a little more practice. I'm planning to see how far I can push it without using any techs first, then maybe stick a few erasers here and there. Anyway it's the only SE3P record on the Akina DH D board at the arcade atm.  SE3P Happo IB 2'36 -> 2'33 - I'm slowly getting there on Happo. I'm finally getting through CP1 at a decent speed without having my steering lock up on me. The other sections still need work, but at least I'm making progress. SE3P Sho IB 3'11 -> 3'08 - Last week I grabbed the record on the machine (just a 3'13, since I think there was a recent reset and not many people play there anymore), but apparently somebody took my record and ran a 3'10. I promptly knocked off 3 seconds off my personal best... I'm now running a theoretical time of around 3'06. If I can clean everything up even further I'm sure I can get under 3'04, and hopefully under 3'00 eventually. I dunno, but after 2 weeks all I can say is I love this car. It suits my driving style perfectly. I guess I have a new main car.  |

i lost my 8 continuos win today  those regular at the arcade place know that i sucks at akina downhill in the rx8, so one idiot purposely take me to akina with his altezza, i lose of cause, boost on, i am a guy that cannot beat takumi in the story mode at akina..let alone bunta  btw, icedagger, 3'11" on akina with rx8 is godly..at least for me after that i fish him to shomaru ib wet because i am getting angry that time and i didnt expect he got a head start in his altezza block me all the way to the finish line, his average speed is only 9xKMH..noob..i stuck on his ass all the way  2 continuous lose today  beat bunta 2 times at tsuchi, 1 time at iro, 1 time at shomaru |

| Ack. I created an Integra Type-R, only to be fished in the first battle. So it was a stock Integra against a FT Spirit R on Akagi. He ended up beating me, but the cool thing was around CP3, I started catching up. Then I started to beef it up, around 60K now. |

| Did a bunch of TA runs today but managed to get a couple battles in. This guy with a BUNCH of random cars that aren't even HT came in. He has an ER, 32, FD, MR2... and the list continues. Anyway, I was doing Happo no-tech runs in my 205 and he challenges me: FD3SI vs. ST205 Tsu IBD - win; he was muttering something to me about not using the car before or something, I didn't get what he said at all. XD R32 vs. ST205 Tsu IBD - win; it's the car he normally uses... this time he wasn't so far back. Quite a boring race... I treated it like a TA run.  Anyway... I'm still doing Happo OBD no-tech runs and this time used the 205: 2'26" --> 2'24"7xx; would be 11th in the world or so... not too shabby for not using anything, eh? Now... I pushed the Capp time, but by just a little: 2'22"780 --> 2'22"767 The main thing is... I got this on vid. So wait a bit and you guys will see your mod in action! |

| ^Coastal, how you get those happo times is crazy. I play V2 mostly and can't even hit that time. Nice job especially with no techniques. Man my arcade is pissin me off. The gas pedal just randomly dies now and it does it to my friend about 3 times each course. I told a guy that works there and plays so that I know that it will get fixed. Well started an 8-6 today pretty much for akina and because noone really wants to battle my GC8V. Got alot of battles today for 1$. I can't remember them all but here's what i remember. GC8V vs: FD USUI Wet CCW (This guy tried to fish me. Not much of a battle, just took startup and never saw him again.) FD USUI Dry CCW (Different guy. Same thing happened. Never saw him after the first hairpin.) Integra Akina Boost on (One of the best battles ever. It was against this kid that looked about 10 or 11. He was there with friends or his brother I dunno they were all young. He asked boost on or off I said whatever he wants his bro told him to turn it off. So He was behind me the whole time. I took the last hairpin fine. Of course boost is gonna screw me on this long straight. He comes up behind me going 180 while i'm going 168 . I block as best I can but he's going so fast and it's so wide he passes me. I figure that he'll do terrible on the last turn, which he did. I erased, turned hard and used him as a wall. I was then right next to him, pushed hard to the left and passed at the last second and won by 2m flat. It was great. Most exciting battle ever. Made me feel like Keisuke when he battle the Nakazato on myogi.)That's all i remember. I think I had about 6 battles for 1$. It was good. Also got my 8-6 to 107k with a few LOTS races. |

| started with my Ek9 Vs DC2 on happo ion, i won by a split second the very very last turn he tried to cut me off and i cut in to complete the turn, to say the least he ate wall i took gold lol next came this damn noob, with an FD and he took me to akina witha 80,000 ek well im in the mind set of no techs rite now and to say the least i lostbig deal i busted my FC on his FD and again akina, he miss shifted, and i tool lead, i won in the end, ... next came my homie Kenzo.... happo OB,, FC Vs FC man i died the finnal secxtion killed me lol so i took him to Akagi DHD and whoopped him that was the end f that i TA ed no tech akina with 86 but no improvements , tryin to learn to clipp the second turn gutter, if i do,, i can exit 138 clean probly well we'll see |

I played Akagi DH today and remembered how addicting it is. I also beat this guy in a hillarious match where we can only use 1rst and 2nd gear on Akina it was awesome |

| OMG today was funny. I had some business to take care of in Manila, so I went to the city. Sometime in the afternoon, I had some time to kill, so I dropped by the arcade at the mall. They had IDAS, and there were a few kids (maybe 12 or 13 or so) hanging around the machines. One of them was sitting in one of the cabs. I checked the time attack records on the other cab, and noticed that #1 for Sho OB was 3'13. So I bought a few tokens and prepared to TA it. I left accept challengers on, and proceeded with the TA. I didn't get 5 seconds into the TA before I got challenged. He had an Altezza, and the first thing I noticed was that he had 7 consecutive wins. I checked his TA records while he was selecting a map. I was a bit puzzled. His times sucked. He was running 3'20+ on Akina, and 3'30 on Shomaru OB. He takes me to Shomaru OB, and tells me me to turn off boost. He wins start up. (I'm using my RX8, and he has automatic transmission) After taking several curves I finally realized that my wheel was broken. It was responding just fine, but it wasn't locked properly or something. It wouldn't turn more than around 180 degrees to the right, and it would turn almost 360 going to the left. So I'd have to deal with extra understeer when turning right. I guess that's why he had 7 consecutive wins. Damn fisher. So I just did my best to keep up. I just concentrated on taking the turns cleanly (but slowly). It was tricky work, I was either erasing, braking, or ungassing almost every right turn on the course. I managed to keep a decent speed though (110+ for most of the course). As I figured from his TA records, he was a complete noob, He kept hitting the walls, and he was pretty slow. It was easy keeping up with him, and he ended up blocking me all the way through the first few parts of the course.. I was stifling a laugh when we got through the M-Section though. He messed up and understeered into the wall, so I managed to squeeze past him. Normally it wouldn't be so "entertaining" except that I couldn't turn my wheel all the way to the right, and the M-Section is a right turn in Sho OB. After the match I TA'd Shomaru and got a 3'11. Then I left. I figured there was no point in playing with a broken wheel, especially with fishers present. As I was leaving, I took a quick glance behind me and saw them turning the wheel all the way to the right (well, as far as it would go anyway) and scratching their heads. |

| awesome day today...because i take a big step toward the area record for iro reverse dry again...today i pulled a 3'05'04x...and im hoping to lower CP1 even more...and that run had a wall tap on the last hairpin...so its getting there...oh and i lowered ALL of my iro wet times by about half a second....w00t... |

| went to play initial d on my lunch break from work and defeated 8th star bunta on akina with my DC2 to give me 28 racer level stars w00t ! I do however wanna get to akina snow bunta with my DC2 as I have added that to my goal list. On the 8th star, damn was I blocking him the entire way, basically in the 3rd to last lap i was jes braking harder than normal and cutting the apex just so he won't past me and it was a biiiitcchhh stayin in front but I managed and got a time of 3'03 on akina dh vs bunta with my DC2 =D. One more for AKINA and one more for IRO!!! YAAYY! |

| had some random battles, and one more lvl up! MR2 vs evo 4 iro dhd This race for all intensive puposes was to get some steam off after the computer shops i went to ran out of the laptop i wanted. blasted him off the line and won rather easily. b/l up to 16! MR2 vs evo 4 iro dhd if i didn't say anything, it woulda been tsuchi IBW for me, so i was lucky to have a decent opponent rather than a fisher. again, got start, but reversed 2 turns before the jumps and handed him 100m adv. after the jumps it was abt 5 but again, reversed myself. lost and lvl down >:( MR2 vs evo 4.... well take a wild guess where that went? most interesting, because i tried to reverse him and failed, and he tried to reverse me and failed, so i managed to win by blasting him on the jumps, and win. b/l up YAY! |

| Today was a very happy day TA wise. I got to the arcade in the afternoon, and had to wait an hour or so before getting to play. Someone else was trying to retake the record I took the previous week. (3'08 on Sho IB from his 3'10). He managed a 3'09, but he was getting pretty close because the total difference time was red all through out CP1 to 3. Anyway, I sat down, did a few TAs on Tsuchi OB, and basically tried upping my exit speeds for the first few sections. After a few tries I managed to get my times from 2'48 to 2'46. . I took the rollers pretty well this time I think. Got through cleanly at 140+.Next I tackled Sho IB and OB. I focused on cleaning up my run and avoiding wall taps rather than trying to take the turns faster. I got both times down from 3'08 to 3'07. Next I TA'd Akagi DH D. I surprised myself on the first turn by getting a 128 clean exit, with plenty of room on the right. No techs except basic braking and downshifting. It kinda makes me wonder if TSTing that turn (like what was done in the 2'19 video) would really do much good. I got a 2'27 low (just missed the machine record by 0'00'004). On the second run I got a 131 exit on the first turn, but I tail tapped the wall X_X. I got through this run pretty fast, and managed to clinch a 2'26. I was a bit disappointed though. I understeered the last turn and scraped the wall badly. I crossed the line at 125km/h X_X. My CP3 difference time was -2 seconds from the 2'27 record, so if I had only cleared that last turn better I'm pretty sure I could've gotten a 2'25. X_X. I'll have to try for it next week. EDIT: I also TA'd Akina, and got a 3'10. Heh, it's the only RX-8 record on the machine's Akina DH D board. I think I can push it a lot farther though. |

CP1 was +.1, CP2 was +.1, CP3 was +.1 and CP4 was +.2, so a bit of room to improve, although it will be hard =_= Sho IB Wet R32 - http://ranking.segarosso.com/inidas3e/n2_rankview.php?skey=1&view=2&crs=30&car=8&area=68 This was real easy, especially after driving all those crappy cars here. This was done in 2 tries. I can do 3'02'mid without TOO much more effort. Sho IB Dry GDB - http://ranking.segarosso.com/inidas3e/n2_rankview.php?view=1&crs1=28&crs2=1&num_1=0&car=33 This was a pretty good run, pretty much my limit. I could push maybe .2 more, but I really need to figure out how to do a faster CP2. Akina UH Dry GDB - 3'10'9 2 tries, did this inbetween Sho IB runs. Pretty crappy >_< Iro DH Dry GDB - 3'02'6 Also did this between Sho runs, first try, and equally as crappy T_T |

| I lost it =_= No idea where it could possibly be >_< Might try with my Capp to get 57, but I gotta inspect it first. EDIT: I found it. My RX-8 and my GC8 were in a sock in my sock drawer. Dunno how they got in there, I only found them when I went to put the sock on XD |

| I just conquered Akagi with my MR2, then went on to Akina. While I was racing against Nakazato, some guy comes up behind me and tries to teach me how to play. I was thinking to myself Is this guy serious? . I mean it's not like I was doing really badly. Then when I beat Nakazato, he tells me,"You may have won, but your downfall is that you keep both hands on the steering wheel too much." I just kinda ingnored him until I was having a hard time with Kyouichi, then he said that he would race me. He was probably thinking that he would get an easy win off of me, so I was all like ok. Then I thought it would be my chance to show this guy up. He told me to choose any course, and I choose Irohazaka DH. Then the guy scoffs a bit as if I were a noob and I couldn't handle the course. I beat the guy by 300 meters. Still feeling a bit smug he challenges me again, unfortunately I lost on Tsuchisaka, but I got him back and utterly killed him on Akagi DH. After that session, I leveled up |

| today was prob the best day of my ID career. lol. I have an 86t and i challenge a guy to my home course akina. I know that i was fishing him but he stayed way too long in that cab and his points were up for grabs. 86t vs rx 7 (fc). I won by 300m. After him another 86t challenged me on akina. He was one of the few that has an AE86 trueno. From the the line i got infront. (staying in my own lane) On the first turn i cleared it perfectly and i think he tap the wall alittle. From then on i was gaining more and more. Wen it came to the hairpins i went from 120km all the way to 100km. He caught up there but i still maintained the lead. I beat him by like 100m. Then an DC2 challenged me to akina snow dh. I beat him by a 200m. My winning streak ended there when a evo took me to akagi and i lost by 50m. But i got my revenge by goin akina snow uh. I was trailing for 3/4 of the course then i turned off my lights and passed him couple hundred meters from the finish line. I beat by like 150m. Best day ever |

| Nice stuff today. I did a lot of Bunta and actually got quite a few of them. I battled twice and lost and won one. DC2 vs ST205 - Akagi DH dry - loss (I had no idea why I was doing so badly, but whatever =P) DC2 vs AE86T - Akina DH dry - win (Was really easy, his Trueno was undertuned quite a bit and was really n00bish in a way, ie. hitting the walls a lot) In the Bunta challenges, I actually got 2 Racer LVL stars afterward. |

| From 2 days ago... Never got a chance to update So when I first got to the arcade the regular n00bs were there... and some uber n00ber. He was driving an S2000 vs some girl that has never played thinking he was hot shit. The n00b kids were like you can kick his ass. I'm like... I know. So I got to race him... I covered my stars so he couldn't see them. He's like A MIATA!? Who the hell picks a Miata! NA6C vs AP1 Akagi DHD- Played around with him the entire race After CP3 I couldn't take it and passed him on the sharp right turn and that was it. 500M lead.He laughed at my aura and said I boosted off friends... I then added the remark "At least I don't fish little girls" SO anyway! Now that Bunta was done... I did Lots again for the 2nd time... RL UP. Just 1 more to go. THen I did some Buntas... 3 more on happo. Didn't really have any problems at all... New Buntas 10/10/10/10/10/13/10/10 WOOO 2 more battles NA6C vs MR2 Iro DHD Win... Had start up... did pretty well... he cought up at the jumps passed me on one jump then I passed him again on the next NA6C vs Rx-8 Akagi DHD Lose... Hate the Rx-8... Passed me from start up and the lead kept going... I almost cought up at the beginning but he blocked and that was it.. :-( |

| i m officially not a rx8 driver because i exchage car with a friend until the next inspection come, i will be driving a 1.5mil GC8V cannot handle the car yet..it behave strangely compare to the rx8, did some TA and get 3'12 sho ib dry, 2'34 akagi down dry, 3'12 iro down dry i am so used to the understeer rx8 that i turn the GC8V the same way as i turn the rx8..ended up always scrapping the inner wall of tsuchi  basically i feel the GC8V is totally underpower, weak 5th gear at shomaru, undriveable on shomaru wet, a bit unstable on tsuchi...it is easier to than rx8 on iro but it have no power |

| I played Techn0 and I beat him once on Irohazaka, but lost the next time. Had to be because I had a cut that just started bleeding on my finger and got around the steering wheel and Ducky went to the bathroom to get wet paper towels. He placed them right on my gears meter and stuff so I didn't know if I was over reving or what gear I was on and lost my lead alot til' I threw the paper on the floor. I'll race him again next time. |

| Yesterday: Went to a Boomers up north while I was out of town out of boredom and because other plans didn't fall through. I was with my bros and we were all just chillin there, some of them left to go to the casino after, and I left shortly after I was done. XD Anyway, got a few races with 2 of the locals there. I used a stock FD at around 50k. FD3SI vs CN9A Iro DHD - win; he was TAing it with his E4 so I decided to take him there. FD3SI vs. R32 Akagi DHW Boost ON - win; my bro wanted to race me... I can't say I didn't warn him. XD FD3SI vs. AE86M Happo IBD Boost OFF 1x, Boost ON 2x - win (3); - I raced this guy during my freshman year and he beat me cuz I was very rusty back then. Looks like it was the other way around this time. He kept trying to take me on Happo IBD but couldn't stay within 50m. After that... I took the Happo OBD record with this car. Even with all the mistakes I still took it with a 2'27". XD Will go later today... |

| Bought a Celica for Snow, gonna work on getting a 3'20'' yes it is possible I know it is. It is stock and I can run a 3'23'' so we shall see how this turns out. Got some battles in as well. First Battle Some random kid.: ST205 vs. CE9A Snow DH Boost ON = Win. He left it on I give him about 700m Head start and he goes dude you have to press the gas, and points to it and then he runs headon into the wall of the second hairpin. I hit the gass took off and passed him before the RHOD O.o Second set, A regular who I am friends with: ST205 vs. CN9A Snow DH Boost OFF =Win. He wanted to race and decided to pick Snow DH. He wanted some practice with me on my home course. I am top in my city on the course. But, yeah I think I won by like 900+ m ST205 vs. CN9A Usui CW Wet Boost OFF = Loss. I messed up bad on the first hairpin. Don't know why. Oh well. After that it was all downhill...Lost by about 1200+ I pulled over. Ejected card. CT9A vs. CN9A Tsuchi OB Dry Boost OFF = Loss. He got start up. After that I was within 50m the entire time. At the rollers I got to -4.3m and then I couldnt see and like walltapped and he pulled away...At the last 2 turns I caught up to him. He won my 2.1m >_< CT9A vs. CN9A Snow DH Boost OFF = Win. I hold the top time in my city with my Evo 7. So this one was easy. HE insisted on me going there. I was like okay. CT9A vs. CN9A Akina DH Boost OFF = Win. I forgot how this race happened cause I picked it but I dont remember losing twice againest him. and i know i picked snow both times. Oh well. But yeah Kind of tricky but fun. |

| Heh, I'm pretty sick of LotS atm. I'm on my second run of LOTS and really don't feel like finishing every battle. So I'm using it to help train a newbie friend. Last week I let him use my RX8. He just finished Myogi and is currently stuck on Mako and Saiyuki on Usui. He's actually helping me battle level up. We leave accept challengers on and whenever someone challenges, I drive. I got several wins the other day because of that. |

I overheard two ppl arguing about why they picked Iro UH dry for a battle. The guy moaned about it the whole race. DC2 vs NB8C - Akagi DH dry - win (This match was really annoying cause the guy thinks he's a hotshot just cause he has an aura. But beat him pretty easily) vs GC8 - Usui CCW dry - win (It was just a friendly battle between my friend and I, no real competition) vs FD3SV1 - Iro DH dry - win (The first guy's little bro, more cocky than he is) vs FD3SV1 - Usui CCW wet - lose (Eww, wet, I raped the two hairpin corners a lot) Pretty ok day I must say. |

| Spent like 4 dollars today, did 2 TA's on Tsuchi ob wet with the old 32, ended up with a 46. I think I can improve quite a bit, I messed up the turn before the tunnel. What's a good time on ob wet anyways? Like a 43? The other two TA's I tried to bring my pathetic 3:09 on Akina with the 32 up, but I failed. I just can't drive this course with this car, it just doesn't happen. LOlolololol. |

| So... I started an AE86L today as an experiment... DAMN, that car is horrible! I actually struggled against Kyoko in LotS today! But after that I didn't have a hard time doing anything else... meaning after I got a feel for the car I didn't have a hard time. I tried full course wall-teching with this car... it's fun! Sadly, I only ran around 3'12"... but the car isn't even BT. Also did a few Happo OBD runs with the E4 and Capp. I can drop my E4 time of 23 to a lower 23, potentially a 22. With the Capp, my friend wanted a little more footage for my upcoming no-tech vid so he did some recording while I ran the car without techs again... 2'22"767" --> 2'22"637 Faster than my vid! Gah... it was weird. CP1 was -.011, and even with my crap hairpins I cleared CP2 with -.223. CP3 was bad so I came out with +.197... so in the end it only minused .130. So I can easily 22"4 or lower... maybe I can hit 21 on this course without techs? |

| Jim and I did have in the works a Tokui meeting in Rochester for this afternoon/evening. All was well until I found out that the alternator blew on Ians Evo, so I was there alone pretty much. The shop was pretty much dead for the whole day except for a few kids and later some people my age decided to come in and take a look at the manga. The initial D cab was left alone pretty much until I decided to put my hands on it. All I did was TA and nothing else. It is rare that I find myself doing that because I usually see myself doing Bunta or LOTS to tune my cars, but I only brought the 8V. Nothing positive came out of the plethora of Time Attacks on Tsuchisaka Outbound. Once again, my problem of consistency arose and I found myself noobing it up on corners that are far too easy for me to mess up. I suppose it wasn't anxiety, but the excitement of knowing that I was breaking my time and if I just kept it all together, it would have ended well. I suppose next time I go and play, it will be better. |

Woo... no real TA time changes, but I got a few races in! It's been a while. All these battles were Boost ON with my ST205: vs. FC3S Akagi UHD - win! -> Battle level UP! - A race with an old player. He hasn't played in months and it showed. I led most of the way then he passed me at the V-turn. After that I passed at the turn after. It was a fairly close race... but I didn't have to block him at the end. vs. R32 Happo OBW - loss -> Battle level DOWN - As you can see... I got fished. I led most of the way but he passed at the very last section. I didn't even shake the guy's hand. vs. R32 Akina UHD - win - Battle level UP! - Fished him back. For an R32... he kept up pretty well, then again... it was boost on. Lost him in CP4. vs. R32 Akagi DHW - loss - Battle level DOWN - "This course is about the same for our car"; WHAT?! His car is FAR better than mine on this course! Still... I just bit the bullet. I led until the very last section. Not bad, eh? vs. R32 Snow UH - win - Battle level UP! - As soon as I selected this course I said "A fair course for the both of us". It was clear he didn't know the course... but then again, it's fair for our cars, yeah? Hahah... led the whole way. He asked me... "So what courses are you good at?" "Most" "What was that?" "Most" "Ohhh..." "Yeah, but my weakest is Akina" "I see" vs. AE86M Akina DHD - loss - This other guy who's been training Akina DHD lately wanted to race me. I let him do Akina... I led most of the way and he passed just after CP4. I tried to pass at the very end but the car got so unstable I stalled after a massive hit. I didn't BL down... so I didn't mind the loss. I'll get him next time since he's there just as much as I am. XD Lastly... I'll list some small TA improvements I made with the Trueno: Tsuchi OBD 2'46"6 --> 2'45"3 - I did it because this other old racer showed up. He's pretty arrogant... talking about how fun TST is but he only has 3'01" Akina. I didn't wanna say anything. He used to do Tsu OBD with the 86 a lot... I beat his old model record right in front of him. He had 2'48". Happo OBD 2'24"3 --> 2'23"245 (no techs yet again) - After pushing the Capp so much I decided to try this car for a change. The tail slides out much more than the Capp! Maybe I need a shopping cart wing for this car. I could've pulled 22 but kept messing up every run after this one. Also... lots of failed R34 no-tech TA's on Akina. Oh well... my 205 is RL 22 now. |

touge ninja dun worry I got your back. Im the cappu driver. Today me and touge ninja made a ID team and were still brainstorming on one and I think the current name is the ALL STAR DISS TEAM. IF you want to know just PM me because I can't say it here. Let' just say you have to do a certain >>ThInG<< to get in. Anyway Im racing touge ninja and everybody kept saying "cappu is the best dry car". I didn't believe them so I bought one and made it red because you need the car to be red to be in the team and something else......Anyway I'm let's say....I'll rate myself as a 6/10. My skills are normal and I can keep up with some people but it depends on my mood so my consistancy is not really good. So I raced the GTR on MYO Dry boost and I beat him. Then I raced on MYO wet and on the grand curve the car slides itself to the wall. It's not stable but I manage. I lost that round. After playing some MT2 I played on IRO and beat the 3 guys. Then a guy with a subaru raced me. He drives a GC8. PRetty good but bumps the walls somtimes. So were racing on SHO and Im ahead because you guessed it MY SIZE! I had a wide road he had a samll road. I turn easy he turns badly. I lost SHO OB though. When I raced on SHO IB I beat him on the final turn. Then I raced the same GC8 on AKAGI uphill and almost got him if it wasn't for that straightaway. All the races with the GC8 were all dry. I gotta say the cappu is fun. I feel like I can take on the pros on my Arcade when I FT the car. Get ready pros because the story of the small legend will arise  . hehehe Im just exxagerating. |

| went to the arcades today with me bro and my lil cousin. sadly, nobody. i then inspected my 180sx, changed the tune from C to B (batman wing ). i later did a few time attacks, on akagi uh, and akina dh and uh. i was actually beating up my past at akina uh by .4 with basically an N Tune 615k car (the parts haven't been installed yet, cos it's my first play right after inspection) but i locked up at the 3rd section while eraser-ing after that more tries but i ended up playing worse and worse i'll probably go there again this friday / saturday. i'm hell bent on lowering my akina dh and uh times, though they're only 3'04 and 3'16 respectively |

| Today... Yesterday... Tuesday! I went to go play ID thinking they still had the 12 dollar unlimited play promotion... It went away cause school started... So now its only 10 dollar unlimited tuesdays from 5pm - 10pm... I work during those times so no more wasting plays... anyways... I was able to light up 11 stars on BC with my AE86! I tried once more on 12 star and learned that i suck horribly on Akina Snow... I was able to also light up 5 stars on Irohazaka... my best run was a 3'06 with it... without Bunta pushing me! I learned something new because turning cleanly with minimal wall taps and shifting at the right time helped the AE86 accelerate nicely on Irohazaka! Thus, resulting in a whole second faster than my Personal Record TA! With these accomplishments... I know i need to brush up on Akina Snow... And clean up my runs on Irohazaka for better times! |

| I had terrible luck today at the arcade. The silver lining is I didn't end up losing my card. I TA'd Akina. I was gunning for a 3'06 on my RX-7, (I got a 3'06 on LotS Bunta without him blocking so I just wanted to get it on a TA). I tried and failed 5 times, mostly due to botching the RHOD. So I gave up after a while and switched to my RX-8. I tried to break the 3'04 record held by a Capp on Sho OB. As if the bad luck in Akina wasn't enough... 1st run, ran a 3'07. Let's call it a warm up, since I had just come from my RX-7, I used this match to warm up. 2nd run, 3'06, but I red lit the CP1 of the course record by -'0'0'100. 3rd run, XXX I reached CP3 and had the course record red lit at -0'0'500. I was so excited I didn't notice the guy who was about to sit down in the next cab. Before I know it, he was taking me to Akina in his Trueno. He was a noob. I won by several hundred meters. He doesn't rechallenge. 4th run, XXX Some time in the middle of CP1 this chick sits down in the next cab and starts watching. I reach CP3, and red light the course record by -0'0'400. Then she suddenly drops a token in. I try to hit the start button, but it won't turn accept challengers off... X_X. She challenges and takes me to Myogi CCW Wet... Dammit. She didn't even know which pedal was the accelerator. I gave her a slight head start, but she didn't seem to know the first thing about driving. I ended up passing her 3 times because she got stuck on just about every turn (and maybe even on the straights as well). 5th run. 3'05. Here we go again. I enter the 4th section with the course record lit at -0'0'100. I was pretty excited as I was nearing the finish line, then somebody approaches the next cab. I hastily press the start button, but it messed up my timing a bit and I ended up understeering into a wall. Well, at least I beat my personal best by a few milliseconds. 6th run XXX. My last token. I have the course record red lit at -0'0'137 entering CP3 (yes it was exactly 137). Then the power in the arcade goes out. I walk up to one of the guys working there and tell him my card is still in the machine. He tells me he can't do anything and that I should wait for the power to come back on. So I waited half an hour for the power to come back on. And when it did, I got my card back. They gave me 1 free play. Phew, at least my card was still working. I go back to Shomaru and try again. I mess up in CP1, and get a +1'200 section time. So then I got annoyed and just FQed and left. What a sucky day... |

just a horrible night for me last night, i TA'd akina probly around 40 times, and couldnt improve, i mean section wise yes i got faster on my 2nd section, but i sum how mess it up and go to slow on my third and i got back up  im so depressedmy first section stays the same, why u ask?!?! simple, i cant figure out how to clip the gutter on th e second turn of cp1, wen i do my time improves -100 sumtimes even more so... but alas thats my weakpoint, my akylis (sp) heel. i wanna cry |

| Version 2 player here! just stumbled on this forum, so I'm gonna sunnarize a few days at once. DAY 1: Driving full-tune Capp, I beat bunta in LOTS. on the last turn when I knew I won, I just kinda did a wierd laugh...too used to Bunta being really fast in V1. Pretty close battle till last bit, but why does Bunta corner so horribly? Also, won many battles against many n00bs (my arcade only has n00bs, it sucks. good for aura, though!). Idiots see my 11,000 tachometer and think it is really powerful. Funny to watch them drive it for first time! Tested out GC8V on DH Iroha and it is perfect for me. The vehicle instantly meshes with my driving style, putting me through corners more quickly than my EA11R, going faster in a straight line, and somehow automatically giving me a perfect racing line (?). Woulda bought card but arcade was out that day. Stupid arcade's special (sorry, but must be vague) allows me to play for free most of the time! DAY 2: came back to buy GC8V card, but the cards were gone. In fact, so was the machine! Tis gone waaay too much. Oh well, I'll call in a few weeks and see if it is fixed. They say it will be in 2 weeks. 30 DAYS LATER: I call and they say it will be back in 3 weeks. Well, that sucks, as I am an IDAS addict. Oh well, to the internet, AWAY!!!! 3 WEEKS LATER: I call and they say the machine is back and stocked with cards. YYYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYY! I hitch a ride with mommy (13 yrs old, don't have car) and go down to the arcade. [SIZE=14]IT'S NOT THERE[SIZE=1] Bastards! I give the front desk and earful and learn that they apologize and don't know when it will be back. Mommy buys ice cream on way home to make happy! | I decided to put in one last day of some D before I take a break until I get a few paychecks in. Did a few rounds of TA on Shomaru Outbound and Tsuchisaka Outbound. I didn't really improve. Most of the tries were FQs. Then comes along the biggest noob I've ever seen. Everyone except him understood the concept of placing your card ontop of the machine to let others know "Hey, i'm next in line." He was being a complete a-hole about it, so I just let him be. He lost 2 consecutive battles then stormed away. As the second sil80 finished a TA, I finally got to play. Immediately, I was challenged to an Irohazaka Downhill battle against the same sil80 whom had just gotten off. I pulled away after the first corner, then significantly after he reversed himself. And for once, I got a Battle Level up because of a win. So I'm not at BL 14. |

biggest noob you've ever seen? I'm jealous. In Palmdale, CA, there are some huge idiots playing. They stomp extremely hard on gas petal to 'go faster', can't tell the difference between cars that are not alike at all, think cappuccino is a dragster upon seeing it's high-RPM tachometer, and the one that stands head and shoulders below the rest, the one with not only a below-room-temperature-IQ, but a below-age-IQ and possibly below-shoe-size-IQ, the one that insists on driving in an automatic transmissioned R34 on Myogi [the noobs all do that, whether or not we admit it. I know I did ] driving with one hand on steering wheel with his hand turned upside down, and, if memory serves, stomping the gas petal!Sorry about going so off-topic. I consider this a 'story' topic, so I figure that if it is more exciting to read, it has improved. I tried to make this post as exciting as I can. Please notify me if anyone disagrees. I'm not looking to get warned or banned, but I cannot know when I am stepping over the line if I do not know where exactly this line is. |

| Did some Lots today... Alomost done the 2nd time... just 3 people left on Akina... SOme kids were there... fighting lmao... It was so funny... but it got in the way of the machine and I was pissed. | today was ok. played id3 for the first time in 2 weeks or so, 4 battles 1 ct9a(me) vs ae86t on tsuchisaka ob, i was surprised of the choice of course none theless i won by 200m 2 ct9a his freind takes his gc8 to tsu ob, smoked him badly too, both of these 2 ppl didnt stand a chance to my decent skill. 3 ct9a vs cappuchino akagi ddh, they got their freind to kick my butt with a bl13 ea11r. first section was ok until the snakes (not sure wat called) lol i passed his tiny cappo like he was standing still on his left. hit the wall on the snakes and that tiny speed demon was far ahead. i just overreved in 2/3rd gear cause i didnt hav a chance for a bit (a habit i get if im too far away to win in vs races) 4 sil80 vs same ea11r usui, played arons there, lost pretty badly though of trying to vs his cappo with evo7 on akn snow but didnt finaly took time to see the evo7 stats bl6 36races 24wins. i saw the first guy doing a run and though wat the hell ill play here and actually was chalenged by him. did some lots did sho in 1, 2 and 1 shots each win i managed to scrape by in the narow sections somehow. beat kyoko in tsu, i really hate sho. only akina and tsu left for lots 2x finaly got the evo7 within ft 50k points left, ill go bak tomorow to finish the job. edit: that took long to post |

| Pretty bad day. No real improvements... well, there's that, and I'm just greedy. Drove the Evo4 around on Iro after not playing it for about a month. I tried a no-tech approach and hit 59"906. The jumps are hard without eraser! I also threw it around on Happo OBD too. With techs... 2'23"647" --> 2'23"3 Easy 22! Kept messing up CP4... gah. The day got bad when I drove the Trueno around Akina. Let's just say I'm not playing that course for a while. I'll learn to be satisfied with my 59"666. XP Also took the RX-8 for a spin on Happo IBD no-techs. Very hard! I only pulled 25. Then I used techs... almost took my arcade record but kept messing up. I didn't even finish a run. Sooo tired. |

| i walked in the arcade today there was a asian kid..around 14 or 15 years old. surrounded by girls all saying "omg you're such a good driver" ( he was doing takumi on akina with a rx8) next thing i see is he goes into the hairpins at 148, turns, comes out at 72....and he still manages to stay ahead of takumi...-___-"...so being the obnoxious guy i am...i put my coins in...and right when hes in front of the finish line, i press I'm In... dude looks at me and yells...i'm just thinking in my mind "let's see how he does on iro.." *maniacal laughter* soooooo iro...boost off....evo IV vs. se3p.....when we got to the first turn he yelled "WTF?!?!?? how are you supposed to turn in a corner like this?!?" while he's yelling this, i pass him with my turning =) so he frantically tries to get his speed up....at this point in time im about 80m away from him. he sees the next turn, and does the same.... this wall bashing lasted for the whole ride down....and by the time i crossed the finish line i realized that i was 600m ahead of him  then he stormed out of the arcade...with the girls following him....leaving his card there..... all in all: free xp and a free rx8 with 100k points on it |

NO!!!!!! My only area record.... I go away for 3 days and this happens... Now I have to cry myself to sleep... .In other news... I didn't play any Initial D, but I did play some Outrun 2. It's kinda fun. lol I thought I was the shit cuz I ran a 4'26 with an F40 on route A beating all the people that played there. But when I checked the rankings I founc out the time sucked lol. |

| Went back to the arcade cuz I was bored and wanted to randomly try the FD Spirit. Verdict: I don't like the car. Not because it handles well... but because the tail-lights are ugly. Yes, that's the only reason why. Otherwise I'd probably drive the car. XP I also TA'd Happo IBD today with the RX-8 with techs... even though it's been a while since I've done IBD or even used techs on Happo. 2'22"894 --> 2'22"075 GAHH!!! I could've had the arcade record! I had a 21"7 going into CP4. It's that last left-right that messed me up, I'm sure... Oh well, I'll take it friday. Tuning my last Happo car tmrw at Boomers. Let's see how many points I finish off with tmrw. XD Edit: I realized today... after crappy runs on Akina and Iro... that I'm gonna specialize on a few courses and not every course. It's just way too expensive. I've said it before but now it's for real. I think I've made it to that point where I can hold my own against anyone in my area on any course... but I want to seriously attack the courses I'm strong at. So (perhaps for the moment) I'll only do serious TA on the following: 1. Akagi UH 2. Happo both directions and conditions 3. Shomaru both directions and conditions Other courses I'll leave to random TA's when I need a break from my signature courses. I could throw Snow and Tsuchi in there too... but I don't feel as strong on those courses as I do on Happo or Akagi UH. And all this mainly has to do with the fact that it's too damn expensive to be well-rounded. |

| Fishing a Rx8 noob on Iro that's sad. Should haved used a stock cappucino and raced him on Akagi downhill boost off. Ehehehehe that would haved been funny. Still tuning my cappucino but the straightline power of this car is just wierd. Need to find some parts to minorly fix the accel. |

| Whew... unlimited free play days rock! Hit up Boomers for the first time in about a month. I wanted to tune my EK up. While I didn't get that much tuning done (60k --> 424k), I did get a bunch of races and some crazy TA's in. Following races Boost OFF EK9 vs: AE86M Tsu IBD - win; it was clear he didn't know the course... so I felt kinda bad. Then again, I've raced him before on this course. Led the whole way. ST205 Akina DHD - win; the 205 actually looks pretty nice in red! His car wasn't even 24k... it still had the foglights. Methinks he tried to fish me... he did, but he lost. XD Evo4 Akina DHD - win; now this wasn't a fish! He took start-up for the first time since we started racing and I was tailing him throughout the first two CPs. At the beginning of the S-turns I forced him into a bad line and overtook him. Evo4 Akagi DHD - win; lost him at the first section. After CP2 he crashed and just gave up. AE85 Akina DHD - win; he tried to fish me again! I used him as a wall in CP2 and slowly overtook him right before the S-turns. Evo4 Shomaru OBD - win; I let him have boost off... luckily I overtook in CP2. I openly told him this was fishing and he disagreed. What a fool. Later his friend raced me: Evo7 Myogi CCWD Boost ON - win; very close one! He almost took me at the end Evo7 Myogi CCWW Boost OFF - loss; I let him have boost off since he proposed it, considering my car... it's fishing, isn't it? So after this one I let him have it. Evo7 Happo OBD Boost ON - win; utterly destroyed him. The other guy called "that's fishing!" Then we had a small talk about fishing... "You think I don't know what fishing is? Fishing is you taking my R34 to Iro DH long time ago in your Evo4!" Evo7 Iro DHD Boost OFF - win; this is fishing too! Oh well.. the race started and I actually took start-up. Almost lost since I got myself stuck at CP4... had to completely block at the end. Evo7 Myogi CCWW Boost ON - loss; AGAIN?! Man... Evo7 Iro Reverse Boost ON - win; the guy called fishing again. Can you believe it? All I had to do for this one was block at the end. Lastly the first guy challenged me again... hell, I don't even remember the races. All I know is that he tried to fish me and I still won. As for the TA's... well I'll put them in the TA thread. I wanna know if they're any good for the points I've got on the car.  |

The other 2 i only lost by 20 meters. Except one I lost by 100ish on iro DH. My first time their >.<.... Then i lost by 20 both races against 2 bro's.. On akagi... >.< |

| toady was a good day, finally ftd my evo7 did kyoko again, Ry (Ryousuke) (Ryousuke), and the evo4 in tsu, only 4 left to finish lots 2x had a good day with battles total 7 and 1 bl up to evo7 bl7 1 evo7 (me) vs ae85 AT usui, kicked his butt baddly even when i hit a hair pin and fell to 144km/hr first i though he was gonna fish me with a bad car then he chose AT so i had no worries2 vs bl12 or so evo4 on iro won by 150m. i reversed myself 2-3 times and still won fd akina snow win dont remeber much about it but i won by atleast 100m akagi fd won 2 races. both were close ones. won one of those due to passing him in the second last s turn. bl up to bl7 in one of these races lost one on akagi, not too much to say here as he clearly was better than me on akgi chose iro dh vs fd lost, didnt mind at all cause in not too good there i think i saw him run 3,00 on iro which is faster than me i seem to hold pretty wel against ppl at my level, so im sorta in the middle when it comes to relative skill, and i do get several chalenges cause i hav been there only 3-4 times since they got rid of id3 near my house |

Didn't even T.A before I raced him. I was shocked I beat him only on second try. | i got my check yesterday so ima try 2 go 2day one last time b4 skool starts since my gf has plans for journalism... i got nothin els to do... ima finish out LOTS with my mr2 [i just need Ryousky, Man in Evo6, and Takumi] then ima attempt to finish out LOTS x1 with my Trueno... i got rid of my rx8 cuz of its akina ability and i dont have the skill to run under a 3'10 with it so BC is pretty much done 4 me... i can get tsuchi with my trueno for BC so im goin MR2, Trueno combo... if the MR2 dont work out then im goin Trueno 8v and im stickin with that 4 sure [might make the MR2 battle / TA no BC and make my rx8 a revenge battle car] today better b worth it for me |

| Yesterday night: I took back Happo IBD at my arcade. The former #1 spot was held by another player who's not a regular. Either way... they were banned from the arcade and have no real way of taking it back. It was a measely 21"990. my PB is 21"965... but that was a month ago. As you know, I've been playing OB. Now that I'm on my way to FT'ing my EK9 I figure I can go all out Happo, so I went for IBD last night. Now that I've taken back IBD my other two friends and I (who are the top players in the arcade) have all the records. I believe our arcade has some of the fastest times in the area, too. |

| Go 2'24'8 on Happo OB wet with the R32 today... not bad, considering I suck on Happo Outbound XD my fastest time on dry is 23'9 with Capp XD Anyways, I think I'm done for ID til V4... I'll still play some, but I'm done really competing and trying to get records. School is starting soon, and I just don't really feel like wasting too much more money. Plus, I wanna work at my poker game some, and its too hard to fund a poker bank roll AND ID(why do I enjoy things that cost so much to be good at =_=). I'll still be around the forums tho, and like I said, I'll still play occasionally, just not like I have been the last month or so. |

| WOOOOOOO! My arcade is SUPPOSED to get Version 3. I know that pretty much everyone on this board plays ver. 3 but my arcade might finally get it. Of course they do this when version 4 is on the way. Oh well. Got about 8 races for 1$, no notable battles. I just kept getting challenged to Akina. It's pretty sad. Noone can run under 3min except me and this is version 2. Got inspection and it worked ok. I was relieved. Lowered my happo IB time by 2 seconds (yes it is that bad) it's at 2'25 now. I know I can do alot better, but I've always had a hard time with this course. I got better from watching a video of a good run on V3. If they do get V3 should i use my FT gc8v from v2 which i'll upgrade or my v3 evo 4 at about HT? |

| didnt do too much today mainyl di some ta, all very slow akina 3,17 can push it to 3.12. akagi got it fro 2.40->2.37, need to wok on that much more for cleaner runs. akagi is common for ppl to take my evo7 in vs battles, overall i dont battle much did some lots. finished the evo6 on tsu now only hav last 2 on tsu, and takumi akina for lots 2x |

OH SH*T!!!!" crash headfirst into guardrail.. this continued for the whole ride down..and i took the jumps just to make him feel bad..so when i reached the finish line..he was at the end of section 3....beat him by 1.2KM..... he gets up....his friend sits down....i get another challenge...to iro again......this time uphill what a pain in the butt....i won't get into details, but the noob's friend lost, and ended up shaking the wheel a lot after it ended, that he got banned from the arcade then i continued with my 3rd time LoTS akina =) BL up for evo IV btw..hehe |

| I got to play twice today... During the afternoon before work... And right after work... Earlier i cleared 5 stars on Akagi... Then after work... A couple of battles... mostly lost with my AE86... All on Irohazaka against my friends EVO IV... I kept reversing myself... hahaha TA's... CE9A... Akina DH/Snow... 3'34" to a 3'29" in one run... Still way too many wall taps! I can see a couple of seconds shaved easily! AE86... Akina DH/D 3'01'601 to a 3'01'2xx... Did that in one try... still lots of room for improvements... EA11R... Shomaru OB/D 3'06'xxx to a lower 3'06'xxx Then tried again and i killed my first CP by 1.4 secs... then CP2 was by 3.8 seconds... Then i forgot about a turn and raped the whole wall... I didnt even beat my 3'06! I'm going back tomorrow to finish what i started! |

actually its not as such a fish cause its a rx8. all he has to do is grab the lead and block the sh!t outta him my day consisted of a lil up and down affair: mr2 vs 8v iro dhd: win in a nutshell, i was going for the total tub of lard worth of a fisher this guy disposed of, and seeing lvl 15, decided MR2 would be a good race. he shadowed me all the way to the jumps, but watched blankly as i did a kai-esque disappearing act. mr2 vs gc8v akina uhw: I'm not going to even bother basically, after i said no tsuchi, he did the other worst option. for the record, his friend told me he "played with no ethics". I managed to not rack up too many wall taps, and figured out the way to drive about halfway through. for the record i jokingly gave him both fingers, and they both took it in good humour after the next battle.... mr2 vs 8v iro dhd: win for this i got both fingers XD same deal as before, jumps did everything mr2 vs sexy10 akagi dhd: win i was kissing his ass all the way to the end, where i took the inside on the 2nd last turn as he understeered |

| went to my arcade yesterday . battles : 1) my rx8 againts friends GDB round 1 . he took me to tsuchisaka OBD , he got the start up and block like a maniac . i passed his on the 2nd left hander . and took the lead all the way . its boost on BTW . 2) my rx8 against friends GDB round 2 . he took me to tsuchisaka OBD AGAIN . the same thing happened again . 3) my rx8 against friends GDB round 3 . tis time he took me to irohazaka DHD . he got the start up . i passed him near CP2 , i was very happy that time . but then he passed me as i turn too wide . and he blocked me all the way to the finish line . it was all great races . TAs : 1) akina DHD ae86 3:01:248 - 3:00:178 . ive been waiting for this moment for so long ! and at last i did it . i did quite alot TSTs . my RHOD speed was about 145 , after the turn im like 'WOW, im gona break 3:01' the time was red all the time . i went in ALOT faster then my previous record at the last u turn b4 the straightaway , i went in at about 148 . then my ranking went from 5th to 3rd . so HAPPY ~~!!!! 2) tsuchisaka OBW -:--:-- - 2:48:945 . i saw my fren doing this TA and after finish he called me to try so im like 'oh .. ok' so i try as hard as posible on wet coz i dun play wet at all . my friend got like 6 records on the top 10 ranking . after finishing i got number 3 on the machine . tho im can do ALOT more faster , i bang alot . 3) shomaru IBD -:--:-- - 3:08:xxx . this was my FIRST try on shomaru . i did what i can and i ended up getting 10th on the machine MUAHAHAHA . . well thats all for today . nice theard btw . =) |

| So... Yesterday was pretty cool I started finishing LOTS for the NA. RL26 Then I got to try out an Evo III At first I was dissapointed... but as I got used to the turning I started liking it. I thought I screwed up a lot and STILL managed to beat my NA time on Akagi... with a terrible run of a 24 lol. 5i4o Actually WORKS with this car! lol. Iro was pretty cool too. Got a little bit of getting used to without the wall tech... xD. I was very very very dissapointed on Shomaru with this car... Very... |

| Wow today was one of those wtf people like that exist days. Okay so from 9-12 our arcade has arcademania, which you pay 6 dollars and play for free. Mmk so this kid always goes. I mean he isn't bad, but he isn't really good, I know I'm better on majority of the courses. So we have a few matches here and there, exchanging wins and losses. It's the WAY he races that bothers me. He's always trying to block during a race, and he always takes you to his best track. I'm polite, so when I challenged him I asked where he wanted to go. He said Akina snow, I drive e4 and he drives e4, pretty fair match. But I suck nuts at Akina snow, I raced him anyways. He won that match, we shake hands. Near 12 o clock, he challenged me again, this time to Akagi with a Altezza. I'm not bad at Akagi, and I won. Here's the thing, he got mad, so it looked like he wanted to rechallenge. But the manager was going to reset machines because free play is over. We're supposed to have our cards out before he does that so we don't lose our cards. I won, so I get a free race, and BEFORE I EVEN HAVE THE CHANCE TO FQ, he rechallenges me with a stock buntamobile to Akina. Like wtf? At least let me take my card out? It resulted in the manager scolding me about not talking my card out, when I tried so damn hard to. People these days. |

| went to simi valleys brunswick bowling and defeated 10 star bunta on akina with DC2 today. Had it on tape so will have a video of it.. should be posted before the weekend is over.. =) hahahaha ahhhh snow is soOOooo much easier. And it only took me 4 tries to beat him on akina 10 star. And thats with no TA practice. My TA with the DC2 on akina is a errr below average 3'06 so the race is pretty much block raping XD. oh yah, my finishing time with bunta 10 star akina was 3'02'xxx. |

| So I went to the arcade yesterday. Played a few games against a friend, and got to try out her almost FTed Sil80. Hmm... I think I could've done better with it if the wheel stiffness setting wasn't so high. Hmm, I have mixed opinions on that car. It seems to slide a bit on corners in Tsuchi, but overall it seemed easy to handle. I didn't get to try it out on Usui though. Anyway, I finally got around to finishing Myogi on LotS 3x (I had done all the other courses but was feeling too lazy to do Myogi), so I now have my 15th racing star. Now if could only have a little more luck with Bunta on Akina... I also did a little practicing. I found a faster way of taking certain turns in Shomaru (mostly different timings for eraser and braking). If I could put everything together I could probably run a 3'03, both ways. I think I can go a lot faster though, particularly in CP3 and CP4... as in my previous runs I've been slowing down a lot in those sections to avoid screwing up. I also got around to practicing Happo IB: 2'38 -> 2'29 Mostly improvements to CP1 since I keep screwing up there. I'm finally beginning to get the hang of the course. I pretty much have a good idea where I should be braking, ungassing, or downshifting, and I'm having fewer wall contacts than I was at first. I'm having a bit of difficulty with the consec hairpins, I keep understeering the second turn. X_X Thanks to the improvements, I was able to 8 star my Happo Bunta. I think I'll have to drop by the arcade again later though. Some regulars have just gotten themselves a Trueno and have been trying to take my FD's record on Akina. I figure if I can get my records down by 2 or 3 seconds they'll give up. |

Ya, for about 80% of the cars its possible to achieve that time without techniques. Only some cars such as the BNR34/R32, the Honda FFs, etc, is it not possible. If you are using an 86 Trueno, you can get 2'59 and faster without techniques. |

| And so I dropped by the arcade again today to find some folks battling it out. It was basically a fish battle between them, I think. AE86T vs E4 on Tsu OB D- E4 wins. AE86T switches to BNR34. BNR34 vs E4 on Snow DH - BNR34 Wins. E4 switches to RX8. BNR34 vs RX8 on Iro DH D - RX8 wins (that was quite a fish, I think). Anyway, the Trueno/R34 driver got up, and no one was in line so I sat down and challenged: RX8 vs RX8 on Akina DH D - win. other guy switches back to E4 Well I didn't do too good on that match, I ran around 3'12 or so. My opponent wasn't expecting me to challenge on Akina though, and looked like he was having trouble dealing with the understeer. I kept increasing my lead after each hairpin. I had really low exit speeds, I just focused on taking the turns cleanly. RX8 vs E4 on Tsu OB D - loss. Damn, it was a pretty close battle. I screwed up on the oil turn (I accidentally ran through the oil and smacked into the wall) and he caught up and passed me as we were entering the cone turn. Later we compared times and found out that his TA records were a second higher than mine. RX8 vs E4 on Akagi DH D - win. I took a pretty big lead starting from the first hairpin. Afterwards he told me he wasn't that good on Akagi. RX8 vs E4 on Usui CCW - win. He took me to Usui, one of my weaker courses. It was a pretty close battle, we were almost bumper to bumper on the first lap. I had start up, but I couldn't pull away because I rarely practice on Usui, and was taking the turns a lot slower than I think I could have, so I ended up having to block him in the earlier part of the 2nd lap. He finally cracked on C-121 though, much to my relief. RX8 vs E4 Iro Reverse D - loss. Okay, I absolutely suck on reverse. He won by over 400m. I really need to work on reverse IMO. RX8 vs E4 Iro DH D - win. Battle Level Up! I underestimated him. He was a lot better than me on Iro. I got a huge lead from the start up dash, but by the time we got to the second hairpin my lead was gone. I was blocking him all the way down, up to the tea house turn. At this point I heard him tell his friend something like: "I can win this." I knew if I didn't take the jumps he'd pass me on them, which sucked for me because I can't take them well. So I tried my best: I feinted, braked, and downshifted... and ran smack into the wall before the jump and got stuck. I heard a lot of laughter coming from behind, and at first I thought they were laughing at me. Then I realized I accidentally reversed the other guy, so I ended up winning by over 200m. RX8 vs E4 Iro DH D loss. Battle Level Down. He got even. Nuff said. RX8 vs E4 Happo IB D - win. Battle Level Up! I figured I'd test out my Happo skills in a battle. First time I'd be battling on IB after training it the past day. At least now my runs don't look too noobish. .We stopped battling there. I chatted a while with the other players, and watched someone in a Trueno get fished 4 times in a row and win them all (Tsu OB, Akagi DHW, Happo IBW, and Snow all against an E3. I did a few TAs after that, and got my Akina time down to 3'06 on an FD. No Techs! |

i know... i think its the fact that my 86T isint that tuned yet... cuz isint it that the more tuned the 86 is the faster it goes in the gears.... like i heard sum1 say "my trueno use 2 go 84 in 4th gear in iro now it can go up 2 87 b4 i have to shift" or sumthin like that... and im thinkina bout gettin the C tune wing and trying that out... id still like sum1 2 make me a vid around 3'04 pls... i requested it and sum1 said theres a '57 in the download thread.... but theres erasers in it... i cant eraser Back on topic: so yah im gettin ready to leave to the arcade right now and play 2day... hopefully i have enough money 2 complete LOTS again with my trueno and possibly get it to at least 500k pts... wutever money i have left over is gunan go in2 TA's for akina and iro |

| my day yesterday was okay. i was supposed to go with 3 people but they all bailed out at the last minute. so i was boomers for like 3 hours by myself and no one to race. i was time attacking and set the new record for the DC2 at myogi. i was pretty happy. then some noobs come and kick me off. i had my cards up on the machines and they were scoping out my cards, and kept looking if i was still there. so i stayed so they wont get jacked. i challenged one guy with my evo 7 that has 5000 points on it to irohazaka. he was using r34. i know unfair, but he drove pretty well. i stopped before the jumps so he can catch up, and to my surprise he did the jumps. anyways on the last straight i stayed in first gear and won by 300. then some other kid comes up to me in a spirit r and challenges me to akagi downhill. i was in my rx-8. he got start up and blocked until the first two hairpins where i faked him out and passed. long story short beat him by 500. i beat bunta 5 star in my rx-8. so i guess it was an okay day. |

| Played just a little bit today. Mainly TA's. I randomly wanted to do Akagi Uphill (What?! Not Happo?!) and sadly could've had a faster time... but messed up horribly. So I tried downhill... this is with the Celica, btw: 2'23"508 --> 2'22"576 Also... tried to hit 21 Happo IBD with the RX-8... I could've had 21"6 but completely messed up the 2nd section! My main course to attack will be Happo now. I'm red hot on that course and I want the following: 20 both ways RX-8 18 OBD EK 19 IBD EG It's a long shot... but after I hit those goals, I'm gonna reduce myself to casual play until Ver4. By casual play... I mean I'll only play if someone steals an arcade record from me. That, and I'll battle people. I won't, however, attack a course for a personal time goal. Then again... after I hit those goals, I'll probably eat the words I just typed. XD |

| Went to the arcade today... Since Cow let me borrow his MR2 I gave it a few tries but I couldn't get much going. On Happo OB I ran a 2'21"9 with pretty much the worst section 4 possible. I have no clue how to take it with this overtseer lol. And IB I ran a 2'21"2 witht he worst section 1 possible. So I gave up on Happo for the day. Moved on to Iro ran a crappy 3'01"5 after about 2 tries. Should be able to low 3 it with a few easy fixes. After the MR2 I decided to see if I could beat my Rx8's Akagi time. After a few tries I do and go from 2'21"982-->2'21"599 with a really slow cp1, 41"07x considering I was running 40"8s every other run and even a 40"7 on one run.And my sections 3 and 4 were equally slow. So maybe...just maybe...perhaps...there's a chance...a slight possibility...that I might be able to 20 it. If I can ever be consistent on the weird turn in cp2. |

| got some battles against a fd3s r, lost 3 ( iro akina snow and 1 other), dont remeber much there. also 3 battles vs s2k akina boost on, damn i hate boost on, passed me at last corners cause that akinawet boost off, win, he wasnt good so i beat him cause boost was off by 170m after he said it was harder as it slide more, lol, i lied saying it was a bit hard for my evo7 too usui ccw boost on win, stupid boost kept him within 100m to 10m with me still won though. he said that last time he played was in V1 he wasnt too god and prefered boost on (cause didnt step on brake) got a bl up to bl8 finally did lots 2x with evo7, beat keisuke and takumi tsu and takumi akn lost miserably to bunta akn, itsuki, iro cleared tried keisuke tsu 2 and lost., takumi akn seemed pretty fast to beat only 3 times, a bit more for the last tsu bit annoyed cause u must race bunta (win/lose) to complete 2x, waste 50cents just to get 2x, and it wasnt even a free play withthe machines at amusement 2k. so overall a ok day, closer to my 3 goals- ft (done) lots 3x and bl 11 |

| For today, I had in the works a big day of some Initial D to get in some more runs before next weeks tourney in Rochester. When I arrived at Time Out, the machine was shut off and stripped down. So, I called up Jim to see how long it would take for me to get to Albany. Just to make sure, I did a map quest and found out it would be about 2 and a half hours. I didn't feel like driving that. So, I went to Syracuse instead. Quite possibly the biggest mall I have ever seen/been in/been to and when I found the arcade, I noticed it was next to a hooters. (xD) It was quite possibly once of the nicest arcades I've been to. Everything was spaced out, plus they had ITG2, DDR, Beatmania, Derby Owners and of course Initial D. The one problem was that the ITG machine was not in a playable condition, but I went and tried it anyway. I regret doing that. Although the USB key memory drive or whatever was placed in a unique spot, the pads were horrible. Couldn't even put together a good steeping, if you will, for Infection. So i moved to DDR for a few rounds. People can watch you from the fodd court since you can see it rhough a window. Since I was owning that, some hot girl gave me the tumbs up through the window. xD It was on to initial D. The left cabs screen was tinted green and the right liked to flicker when you used eraser. I decided to move away from that stuff to better prepare myself for version 4 anyway, even though it's a year and some days off from being released in the states. I lit 11th star Bunta on Happogahara IB with ease, passing him in CP1 and not looking back. Also put together a decent run on IB through TA. Coulds have gone better though. As for Akagi UH, if I put everything together, I could have 2'28. MAYBE '27. In all, a good day. Now, I am better prepared for the 16th. |

| defeated 14 star akina snow bunta with DC2. Took me 3 tries I assume. He kept ass ramming me into the outside wall on RHOD turn. So on the third try I just wall raped the inside and I was good. He's not THAT easy, well in my Integra at least. Onto 15 star !! =p. Well maybe not, I might try to get rid of Iro once and for all. Then as a bonus, akina snow. |

i completed LoTS for the 3rd time today... now RL10 with my trueno... i lost against sid a coupple times cuz i wasent paying attention and slamed into the wall on the M/W turn [damn sexy asians in their skirts]  lol... i did 1 battle to day and i won... wasent much my trueno vs spirit R at iro DHD ... i won i got stuck at the 1st jump and he passed me... but the turn after the jumps he understeerd and i passed him up... so yah... also did usui bunta for fun [that course is awesome]... so yah i guess im like 33% done with my trueno project... the hard part will b battling cuz not many ppl battle... tsuchi isint that bad for the trueno... the mr2 is worse @Arcy: GO ARCY... U CAN DO IT... show ppl who owns the ITR lol |

| Woo... perhaps my last unlimited free play day of the summer. I start school in a couple weeks, so I've gotta do what I can before a long inevitable break from the game. Anyway, got my EK (last car EVER to FT in Ver3) from 424k to 969k. One of the regulars took me on again, and I got quite a bit of races in. EK9 (me) vs. ST205(name: TOKEN): Iro Rev Wet - win; wow, my guess is that he didn't really know what he was getting into. I drove safely and still managed to beat him by a large margin. Myogi CCWD Boost ON - win; this was because I lost in a Myogi race last time around to another guy. I know how to take the course now, so I managed to block him off 'til the end. Usui CWD - win; haha, now he knows how to fish me! Still, I let him have boost off. It was obvious to me he didn't really know how to take this course. XD Akagi DHW - win; I thought this race was slightly to his advantange, considering his car. Somehow, he got stuck in CP3 and I took the race. Tsu OBW - win; this one was funny. I can't believe he chose this course! Either way... I led the whole time. Myogi CWD - win; boost OFF this time. He probably thought I'd lose since again, it's Myogi. XD Akina DHD - win; I don't even remember this race, I'm sorry. But I'm pretty sure he took me here because he took me to every other course aside from Shom, which brings me to my next race... Happo IBW - win; my friend said "Congratulations, Token, you just fished yourself". As he chose the course I asked "Are you sure?". He grinned and picked it. I was gone after the first section, even in the rain. Advantage: +933.4m Battle leveled up to 5... from probably 3 I think. I also did some TA's, but I'll be asking for a critique in the TA thread. |

| my day was random. It was the first time in a long time I got to play a little initial D. We took the evo out to kingston which is about an hour from here to get some races in. Well it was funny since I thought for sure I was going to be so rusty it wasn't even funny... So I start playing BS to get myself back into the groove. Happo IB Ae86 first run in weeks of absense- 22'4. So I think ok that was way to easy looks like i could do okay today! So then i made the big mistake, playing Akina DHD with the 86. First run, I absolupely NAIL cp1 and almost hit a 42 cp! It was the biggest fluke ever almost, I've NEVER done it that perfect, I bugged out and then crashed =_=... I go to start playing again and notice a bunch of asian guys starting to form a little crowd so I'm thinking ok I better make it past cp2 this next run. CP1 BAM! 43'08 again I'm feeling REAL good about things, as I'm mid TST in the second turn in cp2 I see one of the kids behind me's draw job in the screens reflection, i exit 131 clean and the kid literally jumped up and down for a second... I got a bit of a laugh here. Long story short (if that's possible at this point.) ended up beating my personal best with 57'3 on my second try of the day, beat their machine record by 6 seconds, then got applauded as I walked out of the arcade. Maybe when I get some time to T.A. by myself I'll go for 56 >.< After I came back, the machines were packed with kids trying to TST after watching me so I decided to just watch my friends play Wangan and go home XDDD edit* yeah long before the wall rape technique I beat 11 star bunta with my dc2 =_= |

| today was fun, yet disappointing... i scored some free games from a friend and me and another friend tweaked akagi today...i was beating my CP1 by 0.4 with my evo4 and yet somehow, my CP2 owns me....every time...so even with that almost half a second of advantage over my old time of 2'23'6xx, i still couldnt beat it today...oh and my friend ran a 2'22'5xx with the FC on akagi too... |

You start school in a few weeks? LUCKY! I had to start on August 27th. Yes... that was a sunday. Oh well, that whole week was just orientation and hangin out. Last time I played I almost beat my four courses time. Messed up on akina and akagi. Did good on Happo and Iro but got +2 seconds. Best time for four courses so far is 10'14" I played it so these damn noobs would stop hogging the machine. Guess it was evil for me to hog it for four courses but they got a taste of their medicine. It sucks cuz most of the people at the arcade that play don't even know what a good time on the courses are. |

| I played some today... and I think I need a break from Happo. I've been playing it so much! I hit 2'20"839 today... but it really should've been a 19. How's that work? Well, I exited the last turn at 142. That's how bad it was. After that I had a super fast CP2 which gave me a 20"3 theory, but that meant a crappier tunnel turn (I'm not used to the speed haha). Anyway... I'll probably randomly TA Happo, but it won't be with my EK. I'll be using my RX-8 to attack that course since I'm shifting my focus from Happo... to Akagi DH. Time improvement in the TA thread. |

| Past few days have been boring as heck. Only form of excitement i got was the fact that someone left behind a card for a green D-tune FD type R in the arcade i frequent. It was only 5K, and to make things even more interesting it was AT. After a few glorious hiccups trying to get used to IDAS's AT system, i got the car basic-tuned. I learned a few things from the auto-transmission FD 1) i'm taking eraser too much for granted these days (which doesnt work at all on a AT car) 2) AT forces u to be more careful with ur lining and braking, because u cant do a quick-downshift to slow the car down, especially on Iro (u cant do the 4-3-2-3-4 shifting technique). 3) Most people seem to get the impression that AT = n00b. Too bad, instead they mostly fed the FD to 600K in points |

| i finally erased the local record on shomaru IB today, feel damn happy i run a low 3'06 sho ib dry with a AUTO RX8, my car is the only car with AUTO on the whole ranking board..and it is the first one second place was taken by my friend's GC8V manual driven by me, the time is a high 3'06 i feel that i can run a low 3'05 or high 3'04 before i change to manual..lets see how it goes tomorrow my project of erasing happo IB dry/wet start today, i run a 2'31 happo ib dry with auto rx8 just now and rank number 4 on the machine.. i know my time is so slow compare to most of the people here and it is no where near any WR... if any of u might ask why i am using auto.....it is because i exchage my rx8 with my friend's gc8v..and he change it to auto |

| well i only had 4 games in my pocket and it was late so i decided why not, i tried my R34 on snow DH and UH after i dunno how many months of not playin it first attempt on both courses were to try to get back in to the rhythm i was able to get 3:26 on Dh compared t my so far best 3:24 then got challenged by another R34 first run was Shomaru IB W, which off the line i realized it was gonna b cake, he didnt knoe shift points or anything beat him by about 500 meters second match he took me to snow, again i beat him off the line due to not knowing shifts and once again i beat him by about 400 M wen he finally reset to not challenged me i was able to do my final run on UH and got a 36 so for now im happy i got some rhythm in it, i gotta go for a a longer time with more money next time thats for sure |

| I had enough for like 10 games in my pocket, so I decided to go and check Time Out to see if the machine was fixed. Everything was together, but there was a card reader error, so no one could play. Pretty crappy considering that I won't get any more Version 3 in until the 16th because of the tourney. Special Stage will have to do. So I played FNF furious instead. Started out with a Skyline and named myself MASH. The game isn't that bad actually, IMO. Also played a few rounds of DDR. A on every song I did. |

| YYYEEEEEESSSSSS!!!!! Just went to get GC8V card today and only played 2 runs, [Dry Myogi TAs] but I am extremely happy with what I saw. The first thing I noticed is that, yes the machine is indeed there [the staff sometimes lies over the phone about that] after months of absense due to repairs. The second thing I noticed was that both card things were present [only had left one before] and operational [could tell cause the right one was spewing out new card as I came in]. Twould be great to finally have V2 battles card-vs-card!!! I started up, bought card, chose GC8V as car, and hit Myogi TA. I was instantly reminded of the car's phenomenal [actually, I may be wrong cause I was just driving Basic Tune EA11R] acceleration. The next I noticed was the Steering wheel is much stiffer than before. The GC8V was excellent around Myogi's sharp turn. Driving horribly in a stock GC8V took me around the bend at 186km/h!! The final thing I noticed was that, when the machine printed my card, it was actually a V2 card--they were using V3s before. So I am very happy about my car and machine repair, but I probably won't be going that much cause I try to only go when I can play for free--a schoolday when I am stranded at home. But when I do go, it will be excellent. Wow, longass paragraph about like 5 things. writing essays for school gets me into the habit of this. |

| Played a bit today... EA11R vs. S15 Akagi DHD - win; I was sick of waiting, and he re-raced a guy while I was next in line. So I went onto the other side while for my friend (who was in line on the other side) and raced him. I took start-up (surprisingly) and was gone. EA11R vs. FD3S Akagi DHD - win; I heard him mutter "Akagi... I'm no good at this course". He should've spoken up, huh? Anyway, after CP1 I was gone. I would've picked Iro... but I wanted to bait him in order to race me, since he raced the last guy on Iro. But he didn't take the bait. XD And I did a random BC on Akagi 10star with the Capp. I had a horrible CP1 and CP2, but managed to beat him at the end with a 2'25" hahahaa. Also... tried some random TA's with my friend's 85: Akina DHD - Old time 3'07"3 --> 3'03"399 Happo OBD - Old time 2'37" --> 2'25"5 Both in one try... I had to give it back. |

| I finally got some ID in for the week... Played with my AE86... Lots of TA's... Mainly trying to reduce my time on Akina DH/D... A 3'00 is doable with just the first two CP's... but trying to enter RHOD from a 173khm is hard!!! Didnt get my 3'00 though Lit one star for Myogi on BC... then i ran out of plays! But before i renewed my card... I tried buying one just in case of a card jam after making mine invalid... Sure enough it jammed! So ill have to find another ID machine to renew it... Until then no more AE86 Played with my NA6CE!!! TA'ed... I reduced some times... A 3'10 to a 3'06 on Shomaru OB/D... A 3'03 is what i can get if i can get parts of CP3 & CP4 down... .... And a 2'53 to a 2'51 Tsuchisaka OB/D... horrible time but Man this car is hard to drive on this course... Ill figure something out next time i play... |

| Interesting day today... I did some TA's with the Trueno on Akina DHW, because I saw this guy who was trying to take the machine record... he had 3'07" and the old rec was 3'10" (w/an AE86M). I'm not too fond of the guy... so since he tried to take that rec last night I decided to try and take it today, so in the case that I do take it he'll have a a much harder time the next time he stops by. First try - 3'07", few tries later --> 3'04"9xx That was my limit for the day... well, that and I had no idea how to do CP2. Oh well. I took it, I wish I could see the look on his face when he sees that it's no longer 3'10". XD Then... I raced this random guy who I've never seen before: RX-8 vs: Spirit R Iro DHD - win; he asked me if I was any good at this course... I said "sure". I was at +110m advantage out of CP3, so I decided not to take the jumps. Surprisingly, he didn't know of the first jump, but knew about the last 4. I took it from there. Spirit R Tsu OBD - win; he said he's no good at this course but liked to race there, and it kinda showed. My gas pedal was failing on me again in CP1 so he was keeping up. After the hook turn, though, I was gone. ER34 Tsu OBD - win; he kept up even closer this time. Good thing my pedal didn't fail on me... still, I botched the first turn which let him keep up with me again. But after the hook turn once again, I was gone. ER34 Akagi DHD - win; Lost him at CP1. I treated this like a TA... and again I messed up the first turn. Then I hear him in a convo with my friend that he's part of a team in Palm Springs called "Team Synthetic" and that they'll be coming down in a few months to recruit. He then asked my friend if we're (my friend and I) on any teams. Friend:"What team were you on again?" Me: "Ace Project" Friend: "He's with Ace Project" Guy: "He races damn good" Friend: "Yeah, that's why he's on Ace Project" The guy was gonna race me again on Happo OBD... because apparently that was his home course. What a coincidence! My friend asked him what times he ran and he said "Oh well with a Civic 21 or 22". Then the guy asked me Guy: "What time do you run?" Me: "20" Guy: "Oh shit, with a Civic?" Me: "Yeah, but I don't have it with me" Guy:"What do you race Happo in?" Me: "Anything" Friend: "What time does your RX-8 run?" Me: "21" He really wanted to race me, but he had to go. If we did race... I would've used the RX-8 or Capp... if I felt crazy confident, maybe the Celica. Either way, I hope he's at the arcade next time I go... he's one of those players that won't stop racing. And then I tried Akagi DH with the RX-8... couldn't beat my 22"4 so I gave up especially cuz I kept messing up the first turn. I'm beginning to hate this car on Akagi again, so for the moment I'll use another car to attack the course before going back to the RX-8. As I drove home I convinced myself that a 20 with an RX-8 won't be as respectable as a 20 with another car say a Celica, GC8V or even... a Capp. Besides... only recently my RX-8 time beat my Capp time of 22"458. Let's see what happens when I return to the car after a long while... |

I tried each level once... Shomaru I love this car... NIce understeer Plus awesome start up makes it nice for battles... Not to mention it has a fat ass Tsuchi... | I WAS SO CLOSE TO A 2'20 AKAGI TODAY!!!!!!!! After my first 4 runs I beat my 2'21"599 and got a 2'21"562. I wasn't satisfied especially since the cp1 was 41"215!!!!! So I kept at it and every time I would beat my cp1 by .2-.4 but always lose it in cp2 or cp3. Then after about 15 tries I had a horrible cp1 v a 41"018 but I ended up beating my other sections and getting a 2'21"318. After that I said oh well and thought it was good enough...for now. Total I have -.5 so maybe I can "8 or "7, I hope. After that I raced Cow 2x on Happo and Myogi Wet. And I won both lol. POS Miata lmao. |

lol I dunno how to TST the first turn. Everytime I try i end up raping the inside wall or trying to take it at like 135 lol. I just eraser it. And recently I learned that my line was horrible so I started tightening it and I've been getting sub 41 cp1s almost every run. But after getting better at cp1 I got worse at cp3 and 4 lol. |

| I decided to play today before I had to go to work at 2:30. The left cab doesn't accept cards anymore, so you have to play stock on that side, but the right cab is perfect. I decided to start a GDB. B tune. So far, I'm loving it. Other than starting the GDB, I didn't do much of anything else. I just cleared Akina Snow with ease, and started Bunta Challenge. EDIT: 1 week until Rochester. |

| I actually had a bad TA day yesterday. Bad news first: I'm trying to attack Akagi with the Capp and 4 times the right cab messed up on me. The pedal died twice and the wheel wouldn't turn all the way when I locked it to the right... right before the V-turn, too. I was so furious that took some time to cool down by just watching people race... then I left the arcade. For the rest of the day I thought of just saying "f*ck it" and retiring right then and there.. but towards the end of the night I realized I need to go out with a bang... so I'll decide on a huge time goal, hit it, and retire from ver3 (as inspired by cx1). I'm still iffy on Ver4, but yeah that's besides the point. Anyway, onto the good part! I got there and saw an old friend...we raced Tsuchi in stock S2K's (okay mine had around 40k so not exactly "stock"). I beat him and then his friend raced me. He took me to Usui in his... FD. I almost forgot what it was, but when you forget to see what car your opponent is using before the race starts, just assume it's an FD. XD I won that race using one hand. Why? I was randomly talking shit about how driving with one hand is cool since "Jou-chan drives with one hand!" mainly because there were a bunch of little kids there... who I assumed drove with one hand. Low and behold, I was right. As soon as they went up they were driving with one hand doing Iro's wall tech on every single course. I just wanted to be mean that day. I raced some of the little kids using my itty bitty Cappucino, and rocked 'em. I didn't like the way they were acting and they were really annoying me. This other kid was really messing with the shifter and kept losing to Kenta with his S13. After his last try he started to walk out, I called out to him "Don't blame the machine cuz your driving sucks." I was just being mean that day... and it led me on a negative track to thinking of real early retirement. But I'm not done yet, I know I'm not. Well, at least I know what I'll be doing to fill in the void when I do retire. |

| Ok, so it was a basically a TA day for me. (I also wrote down a few of my times and posted them on the IR). Only 2 noteworthy improvements though: Iro DH 3'13 -> 3'06 (RX8) (no erasers) Oh well, it's the first time I really ever TA'd Iro seriously. I started out slow at first, I took all the hairpins in 3rd gear and shifted up to 4th on exit. I was a bit surprised when I got 3'08 time, just by focusing on keeping the run as clean as possible (heh, all turns in 3rd gear, after all), even though I was going rather slowly. Then I tried to speed things up a little. After about 4 runs I tried taking some of the turns in 4th gear. First try had me making a few more wall taps, but on the second run I redded the course record (3'05'8xx) by 1'8xx entering section 4. I managed to get a 3'06, I'm still pretty frustrated because the record holder must've run at least 2 seconds faster on that section alone. If I can match his speed I could probably run under 3'04 with no techs. Akina DH Wet (RX8) x'xx'xxx -> 3'10'8xx (no erasers) Wow! I never realized just how good the RX-8 was on wet. On my first ever TA (with an RX8 anyway) of Akina DH Wet I got a 3'10'8xx. I was getting just about the same exit speeds as my FD Akina DH Dry for some of the turns. I got a 141 exit on the turn after the RHOD, and people watching were like,  Succeeding TA's didn't net me any improvements though. |

| Yesterday I went to the arcade and theres 2 twin machines 1 twin machine was up and the other twin one of them were out of order and the other was working so i put my skyline up to do some LOTS and i go to the other twin machine to watch ppl race then i come bak my card is gone.And theres these 3 kids and one of them put like 7 of their cards up and like every 2 plays he makes a new card. his friend: wat car should i make? him: make a skyline those r the sh*t and that was when i went over to the other machine then i came bak and my card was gone so they probly stole it they were the only ones there. so then i had to make a new card. |

| Well me and my friend had to get new cards(his mom acidentally destroyed both our cards before we left). So I got a Integra type R(yellow because its unique), and my friend got a red E86. Well I wen into HardI and beat everyone, then did the first HardII battle and won, after that this new kid came in and we raced on Iro. The first thing to piss me off was that he kept saying to brake to turn Boost off(I do it, but it annoys me when people tell me to do it). So and the begining it was good, I was gearing up well but at the first turn I shifted down too soon and he took the lead. A while into the game I was about to overtake him on then jumps(like how Kai did to Takumi), but as I was bout to start we slammed me into the wall and I had to turn around, and lost the race. Next Time I go I'm going to try and get a time trial on all maps and Finish Easy-Normal, then finish off HardII. |

| so today i went to the arcade.. just like any other plain day in a arcade except for the fact that some dude was giving away his rx8 card. so i figure 'wth' and decide to enter to win it. theres like 6 other people there, and it all comes down to the classic 'guess the number im thinking and ull get it'....(from 1-100) so he writes the number on a piece of paper, and we go in line, guessing the number.... we go around the line 3 times, and i guess 86 for no darn reason..and it just so happened that was the number because that was the year the dude was born (1986).... so i get my new rx8...and i see 27 rl stars lit up oO i put the card in.....he beat LoTS 3 times, beat most of the bunta levels, bl 29, and a total of f-ing 6.2 million points O_O!!!! then i battle a dude with the rx8. he brings us to tsuchi .......i end up with start up, and throughout the entire course im always getting farther away from him......(maybe he was noob iono)..ended up winning by 1000m =)after that, took teh rx8 card out and continued with my current project, the evo IV. finished LoTS the second time around. finished bl 1 for all the courses. =) not too bad a day MUAHAHAHAHAHA |

| juice is a bizarre name, but i guess mines more bizare, the sil80 named b, was gonna put baal (some god in some countries) but hit the gas 2 soon. evo7 named b also too lazy to change it. i like usuing b, it could mean few things depending on the situation ie bad, best etc lol |

| A great day today! I finally got to renew my AE86!!! TA'ed a lot with it... Lowered my Irohazaka time... 3'07 to a 3'06... almost a 3'05 Took another couple of stabs to lower my Akina DH/D time... Like ive mention before... CP1 & CP2 alone have improved enough to get me a 3'00 but i keep messing up! Still stuck Then my buddie started playing next to me... Killing the Snow UH time with his GC8V... I commented him about how nice the car was turning... He looked at me and started to tell me about how great it was... Then he went straight on into the WALL!!! hahahha Then he hooked me up with tokens... About 80+ dollars worth!!! |

And besides we're driving the same car... and for the most part I'd say we're about on par with each other. You'll see a 15 15 15 soon from Cows Miata lol Anywya... Today the right side was broken... so no chance of battles... I did do a few BC's and failed at 15 happo... I CAN SO BEAT HIM I just f**k up at stupid parts I would never f**k up durring a TA... | cleared happo, shomaru, and snow akina today. started on tsuchi, but i just cant seem to beat ryosuke. i really wanted to battle, but there wasnt anyone who wanted to. except for one newbie. i didnt want to make him feel bad so i gave him a head start and played below my normal ability. couldnt turn off the boost, the machine was messed up, so i just upshifted alot. he won 2 out of 4 times then i TA'ed on iroh cause my record was cleared off, couldnt beat the lowest times(3'11) kept on getting 3'17 (i really suck ) |

| got a good TA day today... after a few days of driving course cars, ive learned to take a better line with my evo4...so for akagi UH, i see a mid28 soon...and i finally improved my akina time after doin akina with the trueno...i pulled a 3'02'6xx with my evo4 now and i still see big margains of improvement that i can do...and working towards 23's on happo both ways...maybe later ill test out my evo on tsuchi...but yeah the highlight of my day was hitting 3'02 on akina... |

| just come back from arcade place...nothing special today when i reach there, our local akina champion was there, he run a 3'04 akina down dry with a gc8v..he was the fastest guy here TA shomaru ib dry and got a 3'05 yesterday, i want to try erase the record on another machine (the fastest record on another machine is 3'04) today, CP1 was -0'00"6xx from the machine time, CP2 was -0'00"4xx, CP3 become +0'01'xxx because i mess up at the M turn..nothing turn out..sad.. gave up..so i ON the accept challenge while slowing the car down..the 3'04 akina guy challenge me, he is a nice guy, he understand that i never race on akina(i will never win at akina battle with him and he will never win shomaru racing with me), so he ask me is tsuchi ok? i say sure his GC8V just 700k, BL14 GC8V vs RX8, tsuchi ob dry, boost off i lead all the way from the start, but i wheel lock at the V turn, distance become smaller but i still leading, then i crash hard at the roller coaster turn, he overtake me, he won by 80M+ great battle.. |

| All these were between me and my friend. Akina Snow DH AE86 vs. Evo VI Lose! I did a donut in front of the finish line and missed the finish line, then my friend came flying by. Akagi D/DH AE86 vs. Evo VI Lose! I was in AT and my gears wouldn't shift right. This prompted me to use my Manual car. Shomaru D/OB GC8V vs. RX-8 Win! I got blocked for most of the race, but at one corner he slammed into the outside and I flew past. Iro D/REV GC8V vs. RX-8 Win! This course is hell on manual. I took pretty much all of the course at 3rd gear. O_o Usui W/CW GC8V vs. RX-8 Win! I know Usui better than him, so it was pretty easy. Messed up once on that narrow turn; [Is that C121?] but so did he. Happo W/IB GC8V vs. RX-8 Win! Battle Level Up! This course is getting more and more fun. I used to hate it, but I love it on wet. Also, I can drive MT now! I'm still not too good at it, but I'm adjusting. Anyways, my GC8V has only cleared Myogi, but I'm gonna try to BT it next trip. TAs Well, umm, I did some TAs, but the times are real bad [3'37 Sho OB] so I'm not really gonna post them. Plus, the Sho OB and Akina Snow UH times are the only ones I remember. But I'm really trying my best to get better. |

| Interesting day. I watched one of the new players (an acquaintance of mine) going up against Kai (is that his name?) on Iro. He was on his 5th or 6th run, and was in the lead on the straight to the finish line... But then this guy who was playing in the other cab challenged him all of a sudden. It wasn't much of a match, the other guy won. It pisses me off to see that kind of stuff happen. Challenging newbies who leave accept challengers on is okay (especially if they're losing in LotS or just doing a TA), but challenging them when they're about to win in LotS where they were previously stuck is just being an ass. Anyway, I did some TA's today. Iro DH 3'06'1xx -> 3'05'1xx no erasers. just feint! Same old story: I had the difference time at -1'8xx as I was crossing CP3, but my CP4 was terrible and I only managed to get 3'05'1xx. If I had only matched the CP4 time of the previous record I could've gotten a 3'04.  Anyway, I didn't have any luck on any of my other TA's. I was practicing Happo IB when someone challenged me to Iro DH D in an E4, so I finally got to test out my newfound Iro skills in battle. I took start up, and steadily increased the lead with each hairpin. I had a 300m lead when I hit the finish line. Damn, Iro DH is getting pretty fun now that I can actually run it under 3'10. |

| I was in a mood for some Akina Uphill a couple days ago, so I whipped out my 34 and did some runs on wet and dry. This thing handles almost the same on both conditions, which makes me wonder how the dry record is 2 seconds faster than the wet record. X_X Unless there's something I'm really just not seeing on dry. Anyways, I ran a 3'12 on both conditions, about exactly .5 faster on dry though. | Well, the thing was the other guy was sitting in the cab to begin with, and only challenged few meters before the finish line. I'm pretty sure the challenger was aware that the newbie beside him had made at least 5 failed attempts against Kai before almost winning. He actually waited for them to reach the final stretch before challenging. Anyway, I challenge anyone who has accept challengers on, unless they have a red TA or look like they're stuck on LotS and about to get their big break. (If they're in the lead in LotS but look like they're having an easy time with it I go ahead and challenge). |

| Played Akina uphill AGAIN today in my R34. Dropped both my times....by alot. XD 3'11"8 on dry. 3'12"1 on wet. Didn't move up the ranks in the dry rankings, but moved up to third in wet. | Played quite a bit today... SpaceCowboy took Akagi UHW over the weekend with 2'32"484"... so I figured I'd try and take it back today. I inspec'd my 32 and after getting used to the car again (haven't driven it in a while) I pulled a 2'32"3 something... lots of mistakes and I accidentally downshifted to 3rd in CP4. Could've been an easy 31. XD I also did BC with the 32 before inspec'ing... something I haven't done with this car since 200k. I hit 14stars Tsuchi with this car around and stopped around 200k because I couldn't hit the 15th star just yet. So today I tried it again... but didn't really care about hitting the 15th star since I just wanted to inspec the car. To make a long story short I lost... but I will state that I learned something new after experimenting: Sometimes you go faster if you talk to yourself while doing the run. Think of it as part of the anime/manga where they talk to themselves out loud before taking turns. I had the best CP1 (sadly don't remember it cuz I was too excited) and the best pylon turn. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to beat him since I was too reckless in CP2. I might go for the 15th star when I'm bored... oh well. I randomly tried to throw the car around on Happo since there was a guy with a 21star MR2 at the arcade (who for some reason wouldn't race at all ) doing Happo IBD... I would've thought he had a pretty fast time since it's an MR2 and the 21 stars shows he's somewhat experienced with the game... but the guy had 25"0 with it. Oh well.Afterwards I hopped over to another arcade at a mall and took some more records from this kid who used to play a lot... like, a lot. I'd like to think he had a lot of cars to play with, but only a few were FT. He wasn't that good, but set lots of arcade records because he was one of the better people around here. Still, I took some records from him: Usui CWW: 2'53"3 (PB 53"0) - I don't do this course enough XD Akagi UHW: 2'33"3 (PB 2'32"3) - meh Tsu OBW: 2'46" (PB 2'45") - another meh. Then I tried the RX-8 on Iro DH and only improved by like .061... the last time I played this course was well around a month ago. But... watching MSM's Iro RX-8 vid inspired me to play this course again. |

| To better prepare myself for this Saturday, I did some LOTS with the GDB. Went through Happogahara and Shomaru easily, and beat the harder characters on Usui, Akina, and Tsuchisaka. Now up to 119k. A long way to go, but I'll get there eventually. Goal is to get to BL 11 with 100% win percentage along with it being FT. The FT will probably come first. |

I have a new theory of Sho with a 3:02:5xx I almost beat my time but I screwed up CP2... which seems to be my WORST CP... everything else I do better by about .3-.5 but CP2 I do worse by about... 1 second lol I beat my Happo Time to a Lower 24... Nothing special... Akina I pretty much matched... That was it with the TA's... 2 Battles 1 win 1 loss... 1 LOTS person left to RL 27... Freaking guy wouldn't let me face Miya and Simone (Sayuki)... Anyways, I beat 1 star Bunta on Usui, by like a billion meters with wall taps and at one point I came through one of those hairpins at like 130 km/h which is like incredibly slow and I still won. I was like WTF???!?!??! I also noticed that a guy I have played against there who is a real jerk had a time up on the usui top 10.. so I went and set like 5 records on the machine for different courses... plus I knocked his time down the list just because. so I set like 5 new top 10 times and made 3 cars and beat a 1 star bunta. and played some WMMT.. and some other games that were not noteworthy. |

| Am I the Devil? Or is it me? Whooo what a day! Got a nice load of battles and some good TAs. I love it! Anyway, I started with an Akagi UHW TA R32 then this guy challenges me. From then on the frenzy ensued. R32! vs: FD3S Akina DHD - win; he wanted boost off... and was a newbie. I tried to direct him through the turns but I completely forgot he was an AT driver! Crazy. Anyway... I took a call during the race and managed to clear him by 500m. I felt bad... but he chose to race me. What was I gonna do, go easy on him? MR2 Akagi DHD - win; another guy... this was the guy with the 21star MR2, but he wasn't using that car since he hasn't played in forever. I took start-up and won it from there. He was stock... I dunno why he raced me. R32 Akagi DHD - loss; an old friend! I was on his ass the whole time... it was boost off. Very fun race! R32 Akina DHD - win; took him back here just to see if he knew how to take this course. He kept up in CP1... but I lost him after RHOD. Still a good race. XD Then after that I finished the wet TA... my last two CPs were upped to a total time improvement of -.6 but my first two CPs were so slow it had no effect. Theoretical 31 UHW. After that... my friend raced this other guy with his Capp. After he won the MR2 guy I raced took him to Happo IBD and won. I had to go back into the fray! AP1 (stock) vs: MR2 Happo IBD - win; I took him back to Happo IBD. I was listening to Kevin Johnson "Never Gonna Give You Up" and it felt quite good with this race! I was reckless in the first 3 CPs... but unleashed on CP4. Took him on the wide high-speed turn. Sexy wheel jerking ensued and the race was over. After that he took off for a while... then came back and took his card. Then my friend (who lost) started racing me... this is where it gets better. Capp Akagi DHD - win; he never passed me. I took CP1 slow and CP2 wasn't much better. But it was enough to hold him off. --- Capp Usui CCWD - win; boost OFF. Song: Lolita - Heart Attack Here's the best race I had because I actually tried something. I wasn't sure if he knew the course since I've never seen him TA it... but as I led through the first lap I showed him horrible (or rather "false") lines. Upon coming into the wide high-speed turn before the tight pin, I completely forgot to eraser it and my tail grinded the wall. The highspeed turn inevitably was slower and he was far faster than me going into the goal to finish the first lap. Since it was boost off and I messed up real bad he penetrated through the blockage. Second lap begins and he's about 50m ahead going 10km faster than me. But the crazy: he took the same wide lines I showed him in the first lap! I took a better line and caught up gradually. After the wide pin I was 30m and gaining. Before C121 I'm on his tail. Well-placed erasers and an off-gas and I nudge him out of the way and fly through the checkpoint. From then on I go on to win the race. Crazy! I never thought doing that would work! Does that remind anyone of any other race they've seen??? ---- Capp Usui CCWD - win; boost ON this time. Let's just say it's a good thing he wanted boost on. Otherwise I actually would've lost. XD Onto the TA's... I threw the AP1 around Happo OBD because I felt like it. Happo OBD - 2'26"603; I accidentally used eraser on the last snake pin when I didn't want to at all. I have no idea why... but that's how it happened. The car is just so weird I feel that I have to use techs with it in order to make it stop being so unstable. XD After a while... I pulled 2'25"522 with it. That's as far as I can push it for now... since it's only 100k hahah. Then here's where the real insanity began. I took my RX-8 out and tried Iro DHD with it. I listened to a bunch of songs while attacking the course but it wasn't until BeForU's "Scenario" (on RACRX's Iro RX-8 vid and JIKEX's Akagi 19 vid) came on that I improved! Went from 3'01"309 -->http://ranking.segarosso.com/inidas3e/n2_rankview.php?view=2&crs1=16&crs2=1&num_2=0&area=70 Wow. Hence the title. This is the 3rd TA I've had ending in ".666". First is my 8V Tsu IBD 2'43"666 then my 86M Akina DH 2'59"666, now this?! And I don't think I should even mention that the card key number for one of my cards is 666. What the hell? | When I'm doing TAs, I try switching songs every now and then. I've found that if I keep on listening to the same song I lose focus and tend to mess up more often. |

I also got the run before this one (a 3'11'087) on tape, but I don't think I'm gonna release it. I think I'm gonna try to get a 3'10 run on film. Wish me luck. | a soso day did test bc with sil80 usui 1, iro 1 (3-4 stars r posible atm 4 both) as for the rest, potentialyy sho and happo. happo stops me with those 4 consec hairpins, sho, if i can keep ahead then maybe get 1-2. all the rest are out of reach atm, akaki's possible if i drop by 2 seconds. also cut down time on sho 3.30-3.24 extremely slow but with some erasers i got a cleaner line. ill do bc with evo7 after i do lots 3x |

| Pretty okay day for ID! I get in and there's an in-game card read error on the side I was playing on. Simply put, there was no card but it was stuck and the guy who took it out forgot to press view change! This meant free game! I stick in my S2000 and start warming up through LoTS. Then random races come in... S2K vs: Player AE86 Iro DHD - win; he was like "damn man you're good! pro!" He wanted boost off... so I could tell he's played this before. GDB Iro DHD - win; his friend comes in and races me. Person A (AE86 guy) makes a bet with Person B on who's gonna win. I lost start-up and Person B bet 5 bucks against me. I pass at the 3rd hairpin and announce "Hey, you just won five bucks" to person A. XD GDB Snow DH - win; Person B raced me with the same car. I even told him how to take the course: "Don't turn too much!" but he didn't listen... I won by around 300m. GDB Iro DHD - win; the owner of the car raced me here again. This time... I took start-up, and was gone. Then I did a bit more on LoTS with the S2K and threw it around Akagi UHD because of the two guys race on Akagi UHD. Against them... I pulled 2'31" mid, but in the TA... I only hit 2'32"000. And put more time into reaching my end-of-summer time-goal of a sub 3 Iro with the RX-8. Almost there! 3'00"666 --> 3'00"134 GAHHHHH I'm driving smarter now and not being so flashy. It's the way to drive! No wall-tech until I hit 58 or something. Bobobo. Bobobo. Bobo! |

| Today was pretty cool RL27!!!!!! Anyway... Only 1 battle today NA6C vs BNR34... Akagi DHD Win Nothing special... passed him at the butterfly and that was it. Bunta... Happo 15 is done! Special Stage is definatly helpful no question about it. I flew though this course like never before... I just wish it was a TA... lol. 11 Myogi is done too... I had a little struggle but I still beat it on the first try 11 Usui done too... *Yawn* TA! I finally did some TA's... Iro 3:04:1xx... That is so going to be a 3:03 very soon. I nailed the turns pretty nicely into the wall... I screwed up the last turn though... the most important turn... So stupid... Shomaru... 3:03:444 Yep.. Once again special stage is very helpful... I beat my old 3:03 in my first try... then I tried again... And this is what happened... CP1 I was .5 ahead!! That's right! .5 in the red! WOOO CP2 I was .7 ahead!! Cp3 I was .1 ahead?! And I finished and beat it by .2ish... I can so 3:02-1 that... Just needs some perfection... lol That was really it... So now all I have left are battles... WOOO |

| Woo... okay well I'll try to make it short since my posts are so damn long nowadays. XD I dunno what drove me to do this but I tried to push the my R34 around Happo IBD. My first few tries were FQ's but the first completed run was a 26"6. After much frustration and complaining about the how the damn car won't turn I finally figured out how to do some things faster and pulled a 2'24"830, which is JUST a smidge faster than my OBD time. I could push to a low 24 or even high 23... but that's with crazy. Then after I hit it my friend wanted me to show him Iro in an E4... something I haven't done in AGES. As you know I've only been driving Iro lately with the RX-8 and nothing else, so I might've forgotten how to drive the E4 there. Anyway, all he wanted to know was how to take the 3rd hairpin... and it turned from me showing him how to do that third hairpin to me attacking the course all over again! In short, I finally hit 58 with my own car, and it's faster than the 58 in the borrowed car. 2'59"009 (done in June) --> 2'58"433 Easy 57... maybe I should focus on potentially getting a 56 with E4 instead of a 59 with the RX-8? Bombs over head, but eagles save the day using their paws of might! |

| Today sucked... I played Akina Snow for the first time in Ages and beat my time of a 32 to a high 29... I suck at snow lol Shomaru... Don't even talk about it... I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE HELL I DID ON CP3!!! Let me put it this way... CP1 I sucked at... I know that... I've been consistantly .3-.6 Ahead of CP1! CP2 I've been constantly .05-.2 ahead making it a total of .4-.8 ahead... but somehow... CP3 I do NOT screw up... I don't know what I did... at all... but somehow I lose all that time... ALL OF IT! I had 1 run where I had .6 ahead... and at CP3 was .001 in the red... God damn this is so stupid! I'll get it though... I will... I beat my Iro time... by another... .1... | Today was weird. I entered the arcade with 700k on my eg6, and decided it was time to get that thing FT. So i just bunta happo'd for like 2 hours to get that thing finally FT... So i went to T.A. first run 20'2 with a crappy crappy crappy run second try BOOM I got it pretty easy. http://ranking.segarosso.com/inidas3e/n2_rankview.php?skey=3&view=2&crs=25&car=17&area=68 Had a super crappy CP2 and CP3, theory time for now is 2'19'4 or so, probably push more but all my best cps as of now result in that. After that, I decided to play iro with that same EG6. 1 try- 3'03'2. Hahahahaha. Wow. Playing iro with a FF made me remember how fun my integra was, this is where things started to get bad. I put my integra in to play forgetting it was due at inspection. So I say ok my last dollar is here I'll inspect it do my iro run then go home. Sure enough, the machine spits my card out, then errors. I wait for 20 minutes flipping out since this is my favorite car and the most well known of all the cars I use obviously- I actually convince the attendent to let me play with the card reader. Man I was relieved about 15 minutes later when I FINALLY got it to inspect and give me a new card. If I had lost that card, I may have quit forever. Lost waaaay too many cards in my day. Oh wells =D |

| right my day: mr2 vs sxe10 iro dhd win I lost the start, but he decided to pull my favourite trick on me. too bad i've pulled it off enough to see whats going to happen. he lost heavily mr2 vs sxe 10 shom obd lose FISH AND A HALF!!!!!! mr2 vs sxe 10 iro dhd win incenced, went back to iro. this time he was smarter, and kept the lead. tailing him all the way to the consec jumps, which i messed up heavily still managed to put me on his ass. the fourth section was pure frenzy. me going around 10ks faster through every turn and him desperately trying to block me out. in the end, i got him on the 2nd last turn, where he went too far wide and i snuck in, ramming him into the wall in the process. one battle to remember! mr2 vs sxe 10 tsuch ibd lose not so much a fish, but fk, weakness of MR2 EXPOSED. this thing can EASILY 180 here if not careful. did it twice, once in 3rd section, and again at the oil >>__<< |

| FUN DAY!! i gave away my EK9 to a small kid...beginner..he wanted to buy a new card, but he dont have enough token, so i just gave it to him then come this adult...the kid dont know how to turn accepct challenge off, so the big fella challenge him...obviously the small kid will lose..everyone with a functioning brain will know the kid wont have a chance because he is just a beginner after that guy select map, i ask the kid "i battle for u ok?", the small kid was very happy i sit down, the adult guy know that he is fked!! this is wat u get for fishing a noob!! tsuchisaka OB, EK9 vs FD3S, boost on...wow he didnt want to turn off the boost..fine..gave him a 100m head start...the EK9 accelerate like a RX8 i was knocking his tail all the way, but dont want to pass him too early because he might catch up later, i pass him in the tunnel..he dont see me anymore after the roller coaster i won by 100M he is not very happy because i help the little kid and he want a rematch... akagi downhill dry, EK9 vs FD3S boost on he almost win but because of the boost, i catch up at the last part just before the finish line obviouly i was at disadvantage all the time..EK9 on akagi and tsuchi is very understeer  my own battle : RX8 vs GC8V happo ib - lose, my friend catch up at the last CP because of the boost..plus i am not very good at happo RX8 vs ER34 hapi ib - lose, he is too fast i cant catch up |

| Well, I got to the arcade and saw the guy who kept fishing my other cars to Myogi in his RX-8. Actually he's done it in the past with my FD and GC8V, he'd take me to Myogi, then I 'd take him somewhere else, then he'd take me back to Myogi, etc. Actually, he's not even good at Myogi. He was just relying on his acceleration and top speed advantage over other, underpowered cars. Anyway, he was at it again. He had just finished fishing an MR2 there, and got a battle level up to 13 in the process. So I sit down and challenge: RX8 vs. RX8 Akina DH D win- I wanted to make him look bad. And he did. RX8 vs. RX8 Myogi CCW W win- I took start up because he missed his shift points. It was easy after that. I hit 205 and stayed at that speed for the rest of the race. RX8 vs. RX8 Tsuchi OB D win- He kept up, I'd have to say. I lost him on the rollers though. RX8 vs. RX8 Tsuchi OB D win- I lost him on the oil turn this time. Then he ran out of tokens. Aww.... After that a newbie friend of mine asked me to teach him how to do Usui (he's stuck on the Sil80 on LotS). I told him I wasn't any good at Usui either, but I tried to do a basic tech run and tried to show him which turns he'd have to brake for, and which ones he could just ungas. I was a bit startled when I ran a 2'53. I beat my personal best by a few seconds I TA'd it some more and did a few erasers here and there. I managed to get it down to a low 2'52. EDIT: Did a few more TA's after that. Sadly, no improvements. There was an interesting battle against a noob, which I've posted on the "Noobs say" thread. |

XD (yeah cheap but i was pissed). go to akagi DH Boost OFF(he told me to put boost off for some reason oO) -start- give 300m headstart -end win by 700m son: ...................you're mean im gunna tell my dad and get you banned from the arcade!! me:.......gay the kid brings the owner. the owner knows me cuz im a regular customer. i go there every week at opening time hahas. he says some stuff in russian, then smacks his son over the head XD it was priceless. then he says hi to me at that moment, his dad turns around and im like  OWNED!thats the only thing interesting in my day today..hehe |

| Warning: Very long post ahead. I wrote it in my journal on a website, so pardon me if it sounds a little strange. Okay, so I went on my own. I've been waiting all week to go to the arcade. And I got to go. $30 in my pocket. $.31 when I left. Okay, I got there, sat down, and did my first TA: Happogahara Inbound Wet. Pulled off a 2'53'770. Dropped in 4 more quarters. Really improved my CP1, and got everything down to 2'48'806. Did it a last time, and did a 2'48'322. Then I went to another course. Oh yeah, about my car. GC8V, Manual, N-Tune. It had about 40,000 points when I got there. I have 180,000 points now. Then I decided I'd do an Akina Snow Uphill TA. I've been having trouble with Akina Snow lately, every time I go around a hairpin I scrape my rear bumper on the guardrail and end up exiting at about 108 km/h. And it kept happening. D: Pulled a 3'56'013, then moved on. I don't know Shomaru that well, but I tried it anyways. I screwed up, alot. Ended up with a 3'36'013 on Shomaru Outbound Wet. :[ I'll work on Shomaru another time. I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with Tsuchisaka. I love the course, but I suck at it. I did a Tsuchisaka Outbound Dry TA, and ended up with a 3'05'756. Alot better [3 seconds] than last time, but still not very good. Then I did it again, on Wet. Got a 3'08'694, 2 seconds faster than what I could get in my Evo VI. Then I did another Happogahara Inbound Wet run. I didn't record the time, but I know it was at least 2 seconds slower. The only real reason I did this run was to get Basic Tuned. After that TA, my car was basic tuned, so I figured it was time for something different. Since I had only cleared Myogi, I jumped into Legend of the Streets mode. I was going to finish clearing the remaining 2/3 of Usui, but my wheel went too far and I ended up on Akagi. So, I raced against the Two Guys from Tokyo. I was winning, and just about to cross the finish line, when someone challenged me. I like battles. Well, this guy didn't have a card, so he raced me in a stock FD3S on Happogahara Outbound Dry. Note: All the battles I did today, boost was on. >:[ I beat him pretty easily, then his friend comes to take his place. This guy had a card, but he accidentally picked continue and was too impatient to wait, so he just raced me in the Stock FD. This race made me so f**king pissed. And I hate boost so much now. Before this battle I had a 6/6, 100% win streak. The guy picked Happogahara Outbound Dry just like his friend. I was in the lead the entire race. Then, right before the finish line, he passed between me and the wall and beat me by 2 meters. I was so mad. Sooo mad. So I took him back to Happogahara, and raced this time on Inbound Wet. I was real angry, so I don't remember much of the race, but I know I beat him by alot. Now, he used his card. A 20k S15. I almost lol'd. I forget where we raced, I think it was Happogahara Inbound Wet again, and I beat him real easy. So, he just got off the machine and let his beginner friend play again. His friend used a stock S15. [Master/Apprentice, amirite?] Raced me on...Myogi Clockwise Dry. Soooo boring, he passed me in the second lap, then I repassed him in the third and won, then the two left. So I went and cleared Usui and Akagi, and lost twice against that guy on Akina Snow. I did a few more TAs, nothing remarkable, and I don't really remember them either. So, I had $1.75 left, and a game is $1. My mom was also heading over to pick me up. I figured I'd just do a quick round. But no. No no no. I started to do another Happo Inbound Wet TA, and a guy sat down next to me and challenged me, right before I finished the course. Very good timing. He had a 20k FD3S1, and was a real newbie. No offence to him. He tried to take me to Myogi, but he slipped, and accidentally picked Tsuchisaka. Confused, he picked Inbound and Dry, and we raced. BTW, I now love this course. He was in no shape to race on Tsuchisaka, so I beat him by 500 meters or so. He races me again, and this time takes me to Myogi Clockwise Dry Night. Thank God it was night. I beat him in startup and went roaring off. He passed me in the middle of the third lap. I thought I was going to lose. But boost was on. I turned off my headlights and just drove the best I could. At the final left turn, before the finish line, I squeezed in between him and the wall, and passed him for the win. He was a real good sport about it, even congratulating me on it, then he left. I ran an Irohazaka Downhill Wet TA, I think I got a 3'17 or something around there. I don't exactly remember. Now, I only had $.75 left, so I thought I was done. But, fate smiled on me. Some man came up and was about to race me, but he put money in the wrong side. :DDD So, he had put $.50 into my side, and I had 3 quarters left. I used 2 of my remaining 3 quarters, and did one last TA. At Tsuchisaka Inbound Dry. I was very proud of myself. I ran a 3'04'268, about 10 seconds faster than I ever did that course in any of my cars. Out of money, I hurried out of the arcade and got picked up. And then I wrote this. Damn arcade techs won't bother fixing it... but then again it could've just been a bad day. The wheel actually has good days and bad days. Because of the condition of the wheel I can no longer TA Happo. It's okay though... I'm satisfied with 20 OB/21 IB at the moment. If it's working well one day, I'll try to up the IB time. XD The wheel, however, works okay for Iro. So for the last week I'll be down in SD I'll be focusing on upping my Iro time. I'd be satisfied with a 57... but if I get a 56, I just might retire from serious TA. |

| bad day....i was stripped of drastically lowering my 57 on iro...so i did iro for fun since i havent TAd it in a while....so everything seems about right, im about .1 from my usual time....then i pass CP3 goin into CP4....and im hit with a red 0.23x....im like OH EM GEE at this moment...then my friend tells me not to mess up, and guess what?...i mess up....i did a 58.03x....i was pissed...but bleh, so much for that....at least i can push it lower now... oh and before that, i went to another arcade i almost never go to, and took first place on about 6 courses with my evo4....and one of the courses was akina....lol...how can an evo4 stand number one on akina?...lol...well yeah...that was my day... |

yea dude...i think u just had a bad day...but then again the condition of the wheel is definitely horrible for TAing happo... well i had a pretty good day overall...had a couple of battles with my friend which i won...then i did some BC on akina and no success there(i just hate akina so much)...so i just did some TA with my EK... Akagi DHD: 2'27''3xx -----> 2'26''2xx...my theory is probally a 25'7...still slow but im happy with it... |

| Well, I went to the arcade again today. I did a little Bunta challenge on Usui with my RX8. Wow, I never knew it was so freakin easy! I got it 12 starred (up from 2 stars) with no losses. I think I could've gotten 15 stars if I had kept at it. But I ran out of plays and the arcade was out of cards >.< I had accept challengers on during the Bunta runs, and this guy sat down in the next cab and started doing BC Myogi. I think he beat the 1st and 2nd star. Then he decided to challenge: RX8 vs FD3SI Iro DH D win - He kept up at first, but steadily kept on increasing my lead. RX8 vs FD3SI Myogi CCW D win - I don't know what he was thinking when he brought me here. Easy win. Battle Level Up! RX8 vs FD3SI Akina Snow DH win - I hate snow... But I managed to win this one. Anyway, I had some business later that evening in Manila and I got there an hour early so I dropped by Robinson's Galleria for a few minutes intending to have my car inspected. Turns out they have a really weird thing going there. Apparently you have to buy the card from the front desk. Then they open up the machine, load 1 card in, and let you play. I didn't want to go through all that trouble so I decided to hold off the card inspection. So I bought several tokens and did a few battles: FD vs EK9 Akina DH D loss- The other guy complained that he was at a disadvantage, so I gave him a head start of 4 seconds or so. It turns out the wheel on my machine was "broken". The regulars at that arcade said it was working fine, but it was weird. I was holding it steady and the car would go left and right by itself, and sometimes the wheel would jerk to the right by itself. Stock RX8 vs EK9 Akagi DH D loss- Damn, I played horribly. I would've won but the guy left boost on and passed while exitting the turn before the long straight in CP4. If he had left boost off he would never have gotten that close though, and he probably wouldn't have passed me if the WHEEL DIDN'T TURN ITSELF TO THE RIGHT ALL OF A SUDDEN and send me right into the wall. Stock RX8 vs EK9 Iro DH D loss - Same issues with the wheel. But what really killed me was the shifter. On the first hairpin I downshifted 3 times to take the turn, then when I look at the Tachometer it said I was in first gear. On succeeding turns I'd downshift, and it would sometimes downshift twice. WTH? Stock RX8 vs EK9 Iro DH D win - Well, It happened again. on the 1st and 3rd hairpin I magically found myself back in 1st gear. He passed me again, but I managed to catch up and stay on his tail down to CP3. I passed him on the last jump and held the lead from there. Stock RX8 vs Evo V Shomaru OB D win - I don't know why he decided to take an RX8 to Shomaru in a 5 gear car. Stock RX8 vs Evo V Akina Snow DH win - Okay, so I got fished. I managed to "win", but I had a meeting coming up in 15 minutes, so as I was about to cross the finish line I reversed myself, came to a stop and got up from the machine and left. |

BL LVL 35?? gdb?... anyways... playd akina uh wet wif my e3... pb at the time was 3'14"4... he like finished wif 3'15"0 first go... and i was like wtf ... he was like like +1.3 coming into cp4... then went like minus almst a second... so had 2 beat it ... so playd 2 games... finshed up wif 3'13"3xx on akina uh wet... then got fished my sum guy to usui ccw wet wif a 180sx >_< ... yea got raped.. so took him bak to iro up wet... returned the favour... yea... |

| asaki i think you have a fan boy anyways my day yesterday was so freakin random... i was helping brian with iro for his gc8v some guy I've never seen before decides to challenge me I think great. So akagi DH i held the break surprisingly he did as well without me saying anything. Sure enough, he wasn't that bad at all, ran a 24'2 *cough* shitty as hell *cough* but beat him by like 140 meters. This is where it got funny. I continue to go back to bunta challenge, and I get challenged again. This time by a girl driving a FT evo IV. She FISHES me to Iro Reverse Wet! I'm just looking at her like Orly? I couldn't believe she knew to fish me that bad. I still decided to give her boost off, I'm not gonna pull any weak crap. Her screen pops up and she has like 100 something wins so I know she can't COMPLETELY suck... she gets start up, as expected and all I can think is well damn, passing is gonna be hard here. All my friends were all laughing and screaming at me thinking for sure I was gonna lose. 3rd turn on the course, She went too far outside I took the inside, and that was GG. Ended up winning by 175 meters, then going into BC, force quitting that, and leaving. Too bad I got no time attacks accomplished yesterday, just BS and played my new car on a few random courses... the fastest, easiest, most reliable ice cream cone. |

| not a bad day or a good day (not sure atm) for me, but one best times ive had in a while. i go before class and finish shomaru, best time 3.23 sucky but i hate sho and rarely play except for lots chars on sho. took 2 tries to beat the celica, first i lost by 130m (dont know how that hapened), 2nd i smoke him easily, beat the 32 on akina after class ended beat first 2 on happo. now only 4 in akina, 1 happo, and all tsu left for lots 3x. as i enter after class i see a freind that i forgot he played id3. this was before doing the 2 happo chars. he takes his skyline 34 vs my evo7 to akina snow boost on, i lead for the most part then understeer badly in 1 of the last turns to lose. (hes not too bad in id3, completed ateast lots 1x or so) bl 5 for him, did trade leads b4 understeering went on a fishing trip to iro winboost on. not sure if he took the jumps or not. then a evo4 takes me to iro i beat him easily boost off then he takes a bl11 evo4 iro again boost off. did fairly well until the 1st jump. git stuck on the apex. and happened to reverse him. for the next few turns we traded leads but finished it at the 2nd last hairpin for the win bl up! to 9 rl up (12stars) 2 bl away from 1 of my goals only used 6 dollars so i guess it can be called a good day |

| Whew, okay well... Lots of TAs on a dying machine. EK9: Akagi DHD - 2'26"3 --> 2'25"6 or something. I'm not quite sure. I just did it because Blah! on here was doing it and I wanted to see what I can pull. He doesn't use eraser in his runs, and I did on these runs. I pulled 26"1 without eraser, but it was crap anyway. Tsu IBD - 2'47"5 --> 2'45"6. My hook turn was slow, thus resulting in a slower CP4 than I should have gotten. Could've been 44 even! R34: Akagi DHD - 2'26"1 Damnit... Could've had 25 easy but the pedal died on me at CP4. GAH! R32: Iro DHD - 3'05"6; oh well. I just wanted to try it cuz one of my bros was telling me about how he has 3'19" on this course... hahahahha And I actually battled... dying pedal resulting in one loss with the S2K, but I gave it another go again and won. Both battles were on Akagi vs an Evo7. As you can see... I had an okay day. But what's real bad is the quality of the machine I regularly play with. On both sides the pedals randomly die on any course, and the wheels aren't much better. The wheel on the left leans to the right, and the wheel on the right is completely random and makes you swerve in either direction. Also, if you full lock it to the right real fast, there will be a delay before it actually turns! Lastly, the left shifter requires you to fully grip the shifter just to downshift, which isn't good since I don't make much of a motion to downshift. Well yeah... because of this I'm going to "retire" from serious plays until they're fixed, or until the arcade gets Ver4 *crosses fingers*. There is a Boomers I can go to for playing, but I don't want to take the time to drive there and dedicate a full day for ID like that. I'd much rather come to a place closer to home. There are other machines but none that used to be as close, cheap, and good as this one. If anything, I'll stock battle if I feel like it. I'll still be here to help as your mod, though. I'm probably gonna get into a different racing game. I started playing Ferrari F355 Challenge. It's so much harder than ID, but I think I'm up for a new challenge. |
