Throw a whole chicken in a pot or in my case crock pot. Add Onions, Carrots, Scallions, Celery Bay Leaf, Salt, and Pepper. Let it simmer for 48 hours, you want the bones to break down so around the 24 - 30 hour mark try and crush the bones. They will be very soft and should fall apart. Make sure to keep the chicken covered with water for the first 30ish hours.

When the stock has reduced down, pull it out and strain it. Take the few laddles full out and place the rest in ice cube trays. If you place it in the refrigerator the fat will separate.

Add soft boiled eggs, scallions, pork/beef, and add some Cheyenne. You may need to add more salt.

Got 13lbs of wild apples from my brother's cottage residence. They have 2 Apple trees and I brought back a fair amount when I visited them. Tree to eat the apples the normal way but 110 small-medium apples eaten in 1 week is near impossible. I ended up using 8lbs of it to make jelly with it. Made nearly 2 liters of jelly. The first was just apple jelly, the other 3 lbs was mixed with 3 pomegranates. The pomeganate one is hopefully settling now, will see tomorow if it settled.
