And I agree it sounds like they're looking to bring it to production with how they've been talking about "hurdles" with the rotary versus today's emissions standards. Between direct injection and Skyactiv tech I think they've got a decent shot. |

In an article I read the guys from Mazda insisted they've managed to solve some issues with emissions relating to the new rotary engine that they've apparently dubbed Skyactiv-R. |
