The 1st person view got rear view mirror which is good compare to 3rd person view. You can only tell the enemy wants to overtake you when he's halfway to your front bumper when you're using 3rd person view. 1st person view is also better in the way of you're driving your car to beat other enemy. I've been accustomed to 1st person view in driving games, and even in MT, I use 1st person when the norm is 3rd person. Once I use the 3rd view, I can't estimate my cornering lines and distances. Essentially, it all depends on which one you're more used to. Both yield the same results if the driver can control it. But personally, I find it illogical to view in 3rd, because you're supposed to be the driver (so it should be 1st view), not the death angel following the car... Lol. |

I play Third Person 4th view with Daytona though, guess different games different preferences. |

The camera for 3rd person in WMMT IMO, is great and easier to use than the 1st person view. |

I like using 3rd person view in other racing games than Initial D especially Need For Speed. | ||
