I thought shenny93's Thread was in Initial D 5's Thread, the one about Record Times.. So I'm making that similiar Thread, but this one's for D5 Let's share Records, and asking each other whether You have a Good Time/Record, LOL |

Posted by: chin571 May 4 2009, 08:21 PM
heard you're already capable of getting a 3'10 in akina dh. but your favorite gutter at the end of 4th section ate you up again. |
Posted by: J]-[UN May 4 2009, 08:47 PM |
lololol I wonder if he knows the 'shortcut' method of taking that particular turn... |
Posted by: DamienWolf May 4 2009, 08:55 PM |
Lol, looks like I'll be asking you a PM about it... @Chin: And I dont know if I can reach 3'10 with the S2K. Maybe a 3'11 low. If I can just fix that 4th section. |
Posted by: J]-[UN May 4 2009, 09:05 PM |
Well an 'easy' way of getting a low 09 (with 86) or a high 09/low '10 with other cars is just do the first 2 sections obscenely slow, cp3 do it as normal and you'll still get a 45'5 - 46'0 timing for that cp, CP4 just do it as normal and it'll still be obscenely fast lol, plus you can do that simple full lock drop gear for the last corner without any problems. I say its easy because since 2nd/3rd gear accel is so strong in Akina, you really don't have to worry about corner speeds at all and just need to concentrate on lining (if ur just looking to do a '09) =\ Obscenely slow CP1 : first left curve off gas slightly, following right curve off gas, do all the corners around 65 with early braking, drop to 3rd and brake to about 130 for the right curve before cp2. Obscenely slow CP2 : Do the first 2 corners at like 65, take the first S turn in 2nd gear around 90-100 off gas for the following right-left (you must use the gutter for both S turn lefts), off gas for the following right-left before RHOD, take RHOD about 70, stay in gutter. Then watch CP3 fly by =3 Oh btw, dont get greedy in CP3 or you can kiss CP4 boost goodbye, and don't crash into anything either. |
Posted by: *j*j* May 4 2009, 09:09 PM |
yea i saw u doing that n it was a damn fast cp3 as all the lower time u did in cp1 n 2 u will get it all back in cp 3 at 1 shot ... wth ... argggggg ... i reli hate this boost thingy ... |
Posted by: J]-[UN May 4 2009, 09:14 PM |
But but but without the boost then its going to be harder to get a good time you know...cos you need to watch your speeds AND watch lining I haven't been able to get lower than a 08'8 with the lazy method....which is just 0.2 slower than my real run which is so stressful sigh. Keep hitting walls |
Posted by: *j*j* May 4 2009, 09:23 PM |
yeaaa i know but but hor u see this boost method thingy which u wanna do the short cut reli doesnt reflect the actual way of playing is like so cheating ... sighhh |
Posted by: DamienWolf May 4 2009, 09:36 PM |
I feel you jimmy. Although its not really what it is, they did put a "tire management" system in the game, LOL. Save your tires and it will be worth it. |
Posted by: *j*j* May 4 2009, 09:41 PM |
yeaa for a slow driver like me i don't think i will be wasting my tires much ... |
Posted by: J]-[UN May 4 2009, 09:59 PM |
Actually your tyres get roasted because you are a 'fast' driver lolz XD |
Posted by: *j*j* May 4 2009, 10:02 PM |
hmmm or u meant FAT driver ... |
Posted by: J]-[UN May 4 2009, 10:07 PM |
Errr I meant 'fast'....as in CORNER SPEED TOO HIGH =D Remember lor...even if your whole CP is slow, if you take just one corner too fast it will affect your boost later on wan =\ |
Posted by: *j*j* May 4 2009, 10:12 PM |
ohhhh ... yea i know u guyz told me bout my corner speeds n i have checked again with the .08.1xx video compare to mine i believe mine was way slower in the corners as his speed at corners were like high 70s n mine was low 70s ... they were some where they have already accelerating at 80 after he cm out fr the corners ... hmmmmm i really believe my corner speed was way slower ... |
Posted by: J]-[UN May 4 2009, 10:19 PM |
You just need to make a mistake at one corner and it will spoil the boost for the rest of the CP which in turn may affect the rest of the map. You tend to take the cp1 2nd corner too fast, and the 4 hairpins in cp3 too fast as well. Also , must not bang stuff =3 |

Posted by: chin571 May 5 2009, 06:31 AM |
@wolf a 3'11? nah.. i think you'll be able to get at least a 3'09 with your s2k, IF, you decide to use it again even after your 86 is FT'd. but anyway, have you updated your akina dh TA already? won't be coming back to mega for a while, since i'm sick. but learning a lot while m at home. can't wait to try them out nxt time i go back to mega. anyway, saw a couple of things we forgot to take into consideration. already know why we're having trouble getting that 47 in cp4. but knowing you, you probably already know why. still gona try to fix that problem nxt time @jhun thanks for the tips. have been wondering so bad on how to get that 45/46 on cp3. also, still have a problem on that last turn on cp4 though. is it alright to ask for your 1st and 2nd cp times to get a 45 3rd section? just so we know what we'd be aming for. |
Posted by: J]-[UN May 5 2009, 09:42 PM |
Lol I can't remember my cp2 but if your CP1 is something like a '47-'48....ur on the right track =D =D =D Just do CP1 and CP2 obscenely slowly, you'll get strong boosts in cp2, 3 and depending on how u did ur cp3, CP4 as well. |

2'56 myogi dhd STOCK EG6 is this a good time? |
Posted by: chin571 May 6 2009, 08:07 AM
hmmm, have been getting low 45's for my cp1 recently, so i keep getting a 47 and 49 for cp3 and 4. that would pretty much explain a lot. gonna try out your style 2mrw. can't wait to try them out! just found out wolf set another punishing time for me to push in akina dh. can't wait to find out what time he set. it's gonna be a pretty rough day for me 2mrw. thanks again for the tips! they've really cleared things up for me. |

didnt play much already lol , here's the only 2 timings of mine worth mentioning. AE86 Trueno Irohazaka DHD 3.08.6xx Tsukuba OBD 3.04.9xx |
Posted by: Heron May 7 2009, 02:35 AM
Wow...that was a thing I have been wondering...my CP1 is consistently '46... 86 Levin Akina DH 3'10'617 (a little improvement over my old run. Very little) 86 Levin Akagi DH 2'48'892 (one run...quite surprised at this since I don't play Akagi so much) 86 Levin Nagao DH 3'19'9 (Finally realised how to get the boost in CP4. And still keep my CP1 and CP2 slightly faster) 86 Levin Tsukuba OB 3'08'996 (A few runs to get it right. Believe can be faster) |
Posted by: J]-[UN May 7 2009, 03:26 AM |
A 46'3-5 cp1 for akina dh with most cars is 'normal' slowness....'47 and higher is what I meant by 'obscenely' slow. IN does cp1 and cp4 fast for Nagao, cp2 and 3 are done quite slowly. Its imperative you get the Strong boost for cp4, anything weaker and you'll waste heaps of time in the last 3 turns. He's running '13"5 Nagao btw. |
Posted by: Heron May 7 2009, 03:35 AM |
Obscenely slow huh...ok. I will do that. And thanks for the tip on Nagao...btw IN is driving a MR-S right? If I remb the CP timing for my Nagao DH is something like... CP1: 55'1 CP2: 57'x CP3: 45'x CP4: 42'x My Akina DH CP timing should be something like... CP1: 46'1 CP2: 48'1 CP3: 47'2 CP4: 48'8 Something like that, if I remember correctly. |
Posted by: J]-[UN May 7 2009, 03:40 AM |
I can't remember CPs usually but I do remember a '47 cp3 for akina is very very slow (and its not a good thing in this case =s).... You usually will want a cp3 boost and it with it, the cp time shouldn't be any higher than a mid 46. Its possible to get fast CPs with lowwww speeds using superb lining....theres not much point 'artificially' slowing down your cps, and just doing 1 of the corners too quickly will mess up the rest of the run =3 |
Posted by: Heron May 7 2009, 04:02 AM |
Thanks for the info there...I will try the obscenely slow method once I get the chance. |

Posted by: stormfox May 8 2009, 07:49 AM
is this stock or tuned? if its stocked... then akagi you can still go faster... Akina you are starting to get the idea of how it is run |
Posted by: clown321 May 8 2009, 08:34 AM
eh ... my tuning is [7-0-0-0-0] for now. im now learning a new map, akagi. and for akina, im still trying to figure out some linings in some parts of the map. |
Posted by: stormfox May 8 2009, 08:50 AM |
still considered quite stock. =) go ahead and experiment... thats the spirit! ----------------------- i noticed something about the IR even for the Japanese. 1. The IR does NOT update TA timings instantly as it is run. 2. The model ranking list is seperate from the main Top1000 list. The Top1000 list is updated first followed by the model ranking at a later time (dont know when) i noticed this when i spotted this oddity on the ir... ... 2hrs 55mins ago in Japan.. 9・6!!! just set a new model record today for the EA11R. (back tracked from his 22:55 timing. i'm assuming tokyo time. ) a timing of 3'18:820 Nagao UH Dry good enough for 8th place in the Top 1000. the EA11R model record is as of now still showing the old record of 9.6!!! 3'20"710 2009/04/25 at 1st place |
Posted by: Heron May 8 2009, 09:43 AM |
Between 4am to 7am the website seems down so I would assume that it is only corrected at that point of time. |
Posted by: DamienWolf May 8 2009, 07:02 PM |
All good but when is OUR IR coming up? Damned Gaijin discrimination. jk! Anyway I do hope we get a "PHILIPPINES" area this time. (although I doubt it). C'mon two versions have gone by with countries where not a single player has posted a time. How about giving the distinction to countries who do. |
Posted by: stormfox May 9 2009, 12:00 AM
updated over night. so i guess you are right. so now... when are we getting our IR!!! =.= still have to wait for the Eng ID site to update to V5 first before we get it i guess... zzz |

i guess that may be part of this patch thing odie mentioned a while back which is supposed to come out around july i am hoping for some passwords for TA, physics fix for this boost... and aura xD and i doubt we will get 2 things out of that, all i am really expecting is the ranking password |

In all seriousness I didn't push Akagi UH as much as my Akina DH. But the MR-S vid for Akagi UH really helped alot. Now is my Akina DH...T_T... A lot of maps I still quite bad at it. Note the 'messy' maps like Happo and Nagao I still like 6 seconds away from IR. So sad. |

THANK YOU half depressed pedal tekuniku. Now I know how to keep my speed up in Tsukuba's long curves. Tuskuba OB 3'22'xxx Iro DH 3'19'xxx(might as well be 3'20) Akina DH 3'26'xxx Iro I dont get. I'm cornering usually at about 50-55; and I dont have any wallbangs to speak of...what could I be doing off? Is it straightway acceleration that's killing me? Akina, I have little trouble with except the final stretch where that horrible, wide looking left hander comes up. I either end up braking too much or turning the wheel waaay too much and getting that stalled drift, AND lose speed. That may be the reason I'm getting times of 3'2x. As for Tsukuba...bleah. I just know there are certain corners I can really open the throttle on, but the problem that crops up is downhill. I can't judge what distance I have to start braking as i come up at 160-ish, and that's likley going to get me bad. Lining is pretty tight, so I'm over-braking maybe? |
Posted by: Heron May 31 2009, 06:00 AM |
Your timings aren't too good. I think you might have a problem with the speeds and acceleration points because you stated Iro DH cornering 50-55. I do it like 39 to 45. Iro DH timing, 3'09'0. |
Posted by: Phoenix_Cypher_K1 May 31 2009, 06:26 AM
You have more than just that left turn in Akina to worry about if you're running 20s. |
Posted by: DigiBunny May 31 2009, 07:33 AM |
Am I going in corners too hot? Akina speeds are usually 80-ish, and I tend to accelerate as soon as I see the car straighten. I'm not trying to make use of boost, just getting through the map without it to see how well I can etch it's new physics to my head. Then again, I'm always drifting heavily when I watch a replay; rarely can I find a section wherein I dont have noticeable tailswing. Edit: After watching some vids, I am INDEED going in faster than I need to. Small issue though. Has anyone noticed the brakes stop being effective once you get lower and lower on your 2nd gear? |
Posted by: chin571 May 31 2009, 07:49 AM |
i think akina corner speeds are usually low 70's. i'd even drop down to 60's sometimes if i have to just to maintain my line. i usually only go 80's to 90's speeds at soft corners where i want to conserve "boost'. |

so that means if i turn at 70-80(or maybe low 70), i can get a better timing? my car is 7-6-0-0-0 with 3'16"3xx timing and i usually turn at low 80s |

HAHAHA I CLAIM THE FASTEST NAGAO DHD TIME ON THE GALAXY WORLD MKT CITY ARCADE! 2nd from the left btw, 3:24:4XX MR-S. |
Posted by: chin571 Jun 1 2009, 07:22 AM
i guess so. with my line, i think i remember only two hairpins where i'd go 80's. the 2nd hairpin of 4th section and fireworks. but that's just my line, my time's still pretty slow. already FT'd but currently have 3'10'106 only. don't know bout your line right now, but my only advice is, based on my own experience, you have to really clean your 2nd section. i think it's where everything else depends on. well, again, based on my experience only and is completely opinionated. |
Posted by: ?wha? Jun 1 2009, 09:44 PM
Bring it I enjoy having someone to fight over times with running probably half a second slower, but I got my 2nd suspension, and now the car turns smoother and less squirrel-y. WE'll see after saturday no? |

Akagi is good, maybe a 48 flat. Akina should be at least an 11 in my opinion. Your Happo is just the same as my 86 so no comment really. Tsukuba I dont know but the Nagao UH is pretty ok. |

[i thk damien meant ur nagao dhd is fine wit .20 n is not wat u thk that he meant .11 ... akina the #1 is .06.8xx so if u can hit any where around .11 u shd b doing fine ... ... there's no where u can hit 3 min flat at this moment i played both akagi n akina map both down n up hill dry ... m still trying very hard to get the best out of my cp4 coz i always lose my boost at the last corner if not i chd hav break below .09.4xx ... still stuck at .5xx with my cp3 -.6xx ... is reli getting on my nerve now with that stupid last corner ... sighh i can only giv u my thoughts on akina dhd as with all the videos available your corner speed muz b relevantly slow averaging nothing more than 75 n some below 70 ... especially your consecutive u muz stay in gutter while releasing off your accel ... once out u can only accel if u r too early accelaring your end speed will not increase ... as usual try early braking n like wat my mt8 (YIAN) told me try not to steer too much ... keep ur line tight n b really patient reaccelaring as u have to make sure your car is really out of the corners n your steering straigthen ... good luck i hope my 2 cents can help ... |

IVAN isn't really big on battles though, that's sad wha, Might post up a 3:23 on the morning so hurry and finish the tuning! Am gonna try to take all akagi~nagao DH records for timezone george st cuz i reloaded on double dollar day |

I think I remember.. what cardname did you use again?? I find the machines at Galaxy better than the TZ ones. |
Posted by: Glocker Jun 2 2009, 04:59 AM
Haruhi in Kanji, black MR-S with CF bits. Yeah the wheel on the right machine is a bit dodgy, and they have switched the sound off for replays, which kinda sucks. It's cheaper to tune though! Should be FTed by the time I'm through with the card. Which track did you have the top times for in Galaxy? IVAN is fricking TA mad; he just sits there for hours just pounding the track again and again and again. |
Posted by: spl Jun 2 2009, 05:08 AM
Yeah I remember you, how you going man Yeah, I had all the records at galaxy then IVAN came and took alot of them, I will take them all back though this week probably since I only get to play about once a month or so. |
Posted by: Glocker Jun 2 2009, 05:30 AM
Pretty good, haha, but still nowhere near your devastating times Never see you around anymore, eventhough you're one of the first cars to get FTed! We should set a time and meet up; I wanna have a go with your Capp! |

Yeah, as I said I don't get alot of time to play nowadays due to work etc. but I will be going probably Thursday night to Galaxy + TZ. |

apart form IVAN. He has two cards, exactly the same name. Saw him pumping the machine for a good 1/2 - 3/4 hour playing Tsukuba IB only. I think his time on there is running '08 or something the last time i checked, but the man is made of a magnetic swiper and infinite credits! |

Hi there bro. I'm from Kuching, Sarawak, East Malaysia. Well, not to be arrogant lah... I dominate all the courses, position 1; Y-N-W (ID Card). Hehehe... Coz here don't seem to have pros playing. So all these while, I just watched youtube clips and try on the next day, challenging my own time. Other courses though I'm fastest of all in the arcade but don't have a really good time. |
Posted by: stormfox Jun 5 2009, 09:01 AM |
a tidbit of news from the Jap IR... the person/group of people attacking Myogi have succeeded in dominating the track with all cars. as in.. all the car Model records for wet and dry myogi both directions belong to them all their car names start with くおん@?? ... the ?? is replaced with whatever code they used for the car. so its easy to see that its a coordinated attack on the IR. their own Project D(omination)? Kudos to them --------------------------- Car Model records currently under attack Akagi Dh Dry by タカヒロ Iro Uh Dry by KANI Happo Ob dry by ニュート |
Posted by: sdlahz Jun 5 2009, 10:03 AM |
My My, DOMINATION indeed! Dun u sometimes wonder where they get their money from? tuning each and every car and competing for top times. hopefully this person/team release some videos of miyogi dh/uh runs with different car types. cos i'm kinda stuck at miyogi. |
Posted by: stormfox Jun 5 2009, 10:14 AM |
actually since they have ID.Net with multiple tunings... its certainly doable assuming they started with no ID4 cards... say 5ppl.. each person 6 cars. with ID.net subscription and all they need to do is earn pts in as few games as possible to tune the car.. if they have existing ID4 cards... they dont even need to bother about earning points!! (but is suspect they started from scratch.. they took extremely long to get an Evo4 timing up.. which i guess puts down tuning the car) scary! |
Posted by: sdlahz Jun 5 2009, 10:21 AM |
i wouldn't completely rule out wat u said since it made sense. but i really admire or rather jealous of the amount of money they spend on e game and get such fast times. wish i could do tat too. haha. wishful thinking... oops, getting a little off topic here. sorry. anyway, do anyone here in the forum noe where can i take a look at HK's timing? heard there's one. maybe like wat the s'pore and m'sia forums are doing... |
Posted by: J]-[UN Jun 5 2009, 10:46 AM |
There are plenty of people who spend damn a lot on this game and still suck... I've seen alot myself... Money (or lack of it) really isn't an excuse for sucking, I remember my v3 days when I was on a shoestring student budget and still managed to get good times, usually about 2 secs or less to the WR before the TST was introduced(though admittedly I did a lot of practice on the map in battles in which the cabs were set to unlimited wins). Though admittedly you'd need to burn a buttload of $$$ to get any model/world record, getting to within 2 secs of the MR in this game really shouldn't be a problem if you understand the basics =x |

hi, hmm not bad for a solo player like u at least u managed to learn how to play fr the videos n put it much on practice n got good times ... can u please list down the arcades in kunching/sarawak which have v5 macs ... if u have any time to come over here in KL do give me a pm may b v can come out to play a few games n share pointers ... good luck |

+1 I see a lot of guys that FT cars, but only a handful know the potential of them. Case in point: I know RO~OSJ (sp?) runs a 3'12 on akina dhd on FT 86T, and using his car I can run '14 ish ('15 with a HUGE wall slam in CP1). Compare with another guy I've seen with a FT 86T and can barely run '26 on Nagao, and not even 20's region for akina. |

Hi bro. Sadly to say, so far there is only 2 machines in the same shopping complex. Though there is another arcade place but they do not have V5. Well, I'm going over KL during end of November this year. By that time, I'll SMS you when the exact date I'll be going over. Back to topic, today I able to do two more new personal records at Akina, still with my GC8V (7-7-7-7-7) Akina DH Dry = 3'11"186 Akina UH Dry = 3'15"998 Can do much better on these two but lack of time. Latest updates for my Akina course still using GC8V (7-7-7-7-7). Well, going to stop playing for a while coz wasted too much money and time already. Hehehehe! Here's my time... Akina DH Dry = 3'10"673 - Kinda stuck and did pretty bad on my 3rd CP time. Akina DH Wet = 3'20"067 - Haven't push much yet. Can do much better next time. Akina UH Dry = 3'15"227 - Still got lots of errors to be improved. Akina UH Wet = 3'25"230 - Haven't push much yet. Can do much better next time. Bro himura, I just watched the video posted in youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KYSpG_ctD8) and tried the way he used. Kinda successful but some haven't succeed yet. |

lol you know there's only a handful of drivers over here that can mix it with each other (me half included so nub with HT MR2), everyone else is trying too hard or think they're too good (which is kickass, as it makes for great baiting.) Akina dh into 17's region, nagao dh still floating in 24's. Hopefully I can crack '14 on akina dh by the time I hit FT, then work from there. |

What's an 'axele'? New times are only 3'07"2xx on Tsuk IB with S2K and 3'09"2xx with Akina DHD Just played a few games to get rid of some rust. Damn, 3'08 still out of reach... |

Back in V3, there's this dude named AXELE who asked J]-[UN to run a 19 or 20 Happo OB with EK9, and then he claimed it as his own time when telling it to others if I'm not mistaken. |

RX8 at 4-4-4-0-3 Iro DH: 3'16 ( WOO YAH ) Tsukuba IB : 3'18 Tsukuba OB :3'17 Nagao DH: 3'30 (First time taking it seriously) I notice Nagao gives me a sort of delay between 2nd and 3rd; it's like the speedometer builds up, but i dont feel it until a split second later, and I think that's affecting my times. Also, she's really. really. narrow. Speed from 4th-5th will fall to the point I dont notice myself not accelerating in 5th until I take a corner and see the speedometer blipping down. Cant decide whether to use 3rd of 2nd on the first part, second loses speed faster but accelerates a hell of a lot quicker; 3rd keeps speed steady but has some kind of lag. That and the gutters. OOOOH the gutters. |

I was confused before; now I'm just desperate. I cannot understand why I cant achieve a time of less than 3'20 in Akina. Speeds on the hairpins are all averaging out to 74-78, and the snake curves dont give me much lip. I never feel the boost though. What is it about my driving that's killing my times...? Happo improved a bit; 3'17. Since I dont play much, I guess that was a relatively smooth run; could have gone better. Outbound's last snake hairpin seems to always force a drift though; anyone notice that? Iro improved, 3'14, also satisfactory. Tsukuba's being stupid, so I'm not touching that or Akina until I can pinpoint what exactly I'm screwing up on. Nagao...well I did learn something. I refuse to brake when it seems I can make it just gliding. I'll have to remedy that. Intend to make a video and let you good people criticize my driving. Seems like the best way to get answers. |
Posted by: Phoenix_Cypher_K1 Jul 19 2009, 02:23 AM
How much do you turn when you clear the corners? You might be able to exit at those speeds but its not going to help if you're turning far too much. |
Posted by: DigiBunny Jul 19 2009, 02:25 AM |
I enter with the wheel around 45 degrees, turn it to 60-75 in the middle of the corner. I did just realize that I may be attacking the inside too soon. I noticed in Iro turning late lets me take the inside alot tighter. |
Posted by: Phoenix_Cypher_K1 Jul 19 2009, 02:50 AM |
Try to turn less...I think 60-75 is quite a lot. Also, your line has to be tight..if you run wide with 70-ish speeds you will definitely be slower. |

Very happy and surprised to make faster record today using GC8V (FT), Akina UH Dry = 3'14"729 - Just on second trial and unexpected to make new record. Tsukuba IB Dry = 3'07"202 |

jia you.. u can win over my record de.. =) i now trying new method.. mayb u can go try it out.. for corners i divide it by 4 parts. so is 4/4 1/4, 2/4 (Brake) 3/4 (Let go) 4/4 (Slowly step towards ur gas to prevent ur car suddenly unbalance as well as ur steering) Tsukuba IB dry very sad, cos youtube nv post how to play.. but i try to use Tsukuba OB method and play reverse way. and i randomly got 3'06'xxx i think.. 4got le.. anyway now GC8V and FD3S fighting over akina UH .. cos i use my frien FD .. his car got much more protential than my car =) |
Posted by: QAE8687 Jul 27 2009, 06:56 AM
Now the main courses that I am pushing is Akina and Tsukuba only... Tsukuba mostly also OB Dry and IB very seldom just played few times today. And based on the IR Japan, the GC8V is the course car for Akina UH Dry but not the FD and you can also compare both of their times. |
Posted by: Rei.G Jul 27 2009, 06:56 AM
bro, FD type R is akina UH 2nd homecourse car. no need to fight, sure lose. |

i noe..now my AE86 haven full tune almost beat my gc8 akina dh record 3'10'618 (AE86) ai zai .. |

Only one improvement. Nagao DHD = 3'14"6 (MR-S @ 7-6-7-7-1) Actually I'm not in a mood to TA as much now that I know a new patch/ver is coming because we don't know what will happen to our current TA times :/ |
Posted by: QAE8687 Jul 31 2009, 07:51 AM
But those times we have will keep in our cards right? So no worries... Hehehe... |

wow you got lucky numbers hahaha i still remembered my Nagao DH time is 3'21"321 xD |
Posted by: Yaoi Jul 31 2009, 11:28 PM
Yeah, IF there is a new version, they said that our EXP cards will transfer over. Still, everything is just speculation at this point. They are simply "location testing." For WHAT and IF that will even mean an update remains to be seen. |

My best times in TA so far: Akagi DHD: 3'09"xxx (R34, 2-0-0-0-0) Akina DHD: 3'34"xxx (R34, 3-0-0-0-0) Iroha DHD: 3'33"xxx (R34, 3-0-0-0-0) Somehow, using my stock Capp I only get 3'34"xxx in Iro DHD.. Lack of practice will do that to you... Edit: a little correction: my best time in Akina DHD is 3'32"xxx. I think 3'34" was the time for my second try.. |

maybe the ID machine that u used was uncalibrated yet (yes, main problem in indo) so accel is very slow |
Posted by: *j*j* Aug 12 2009, 02:47 AM |
the V5 machines in Phil r all calibrated but is oni the steerings r not aligned ... anyway there's oni 4 V5 machines in the entire country n oni 2 machines is considered functioning ... hmm y the V5 cabs in INDO r not calibrated ??? u juz hav to inform the technicians bout it n moreover ShinRei (Indo) never mention bout it in here ... McKwack > u juz hav to learn playing the game the correct way thats all n u will surely improve your times n since your car is not FT u won't c much differences ... |

Yeah, his time attack are all at the upper level for ALL courses. To remember all the courses in UH and DH and Dry and Wet, that guy must have more than 10 Terrabyte memory on his brain |
Posted by: -ShinRei- Aug 13 2009, 11:24 PM |
Thanks Jimmy It sure is hard to Practice on the Touge while coping with Work @Hobin (JAKRTA) What the heck?! No lah, it's all Average, and I'm sure there's a lot of Guys out there in the Singapore or Malaysia who play on all the Tracks, Dry and Wet Upper Class is for the Japanese only |

well he's the GOD in Initial D in Indonesia (no wonder that his TA are Godlike)
well not all of it , there are few arcades that have calibrated the machines, but other arcade don't (main problem in ID4 = calibration issue. they upgrade it without calibrating =_=) |

Akina DH: 3'16 Iro DH: 3'12 Tsu OB: 3'13 Finally nailed that ONE irking corner and can now exit above 130 thanks to turning early before I even get into the straight section. Theory. The boost is not exactly you turning within a 30-60 degree radius, but how smoothly you do it. Perhaps the meaning of the instructions was more along smoother movements making 30-60 as the initial turning radius...? It's definitely more evident the boost kicks in stronger when you turn into a corner rather than pull the wheel suddenly before you enter it. |
