Changing Message Board, Change from YaBB SE to IB 1.0.1

Well, the old one (YaBB SE) is EXTREMELY slow in loading. So here you go, brand new IBF 1.0.1, fast load time, and all kind of features, including file attachments, poll...etc. Take some time to get use to the new board. Your membership will be deleted after Oct. 16th, 2002 if you do not convert your account from YaBB SE to IBF. The reason for doing this is because I want a cleaner and more active member list.
