I'm just happy it's not 90 minutes 90 songs on a Super Audio CD. 1 minute songs aren't my bread & butter one bit ~  & you'd think Avex has more important things to do with their sound engineers than beating a dead horse... Like, ya know releasing all their unreleased hypertechno trax in WLTP 7 ~ or in extended versions ~ or commissioning more hypertechno ?? ♫Ohh Avex you crazy bastards you!  <3 | ||

⊙ Yep ~ HyperTechno's kind'a funny cause it sounds like techno through a eurobeat filter. Regular techno like back in the 90's was really hard ... so hard it felt like you were in a scene in the Matrix & couldn't really TechPara to it. ⊙ To quote a convo with DJ Flint from Slash Traxx; he basically said that HyperTechno's always been about that melodic Eurobeat rhythm ~ then it's sped & made gritty ~ but always retains that very catchy Eurobeat melody that makes TechPara so fun to dance to. ⊙ In my personal opinion, it's like practicing Kamen Rider moves to techno samples over a hard Euro-track. Sometimes I can't even tell if I'm listening to a HyperTechno or a Eurobeat track until I hear the wooo! somebody's cream let's GO! samples ~ ♫~ This is the 1st HyperTechno compilation, and it sounds nothing like modern HyperTechno ~ ie. WLTP & SinclaireStyle HT or DJ katsu ~ so I see what'chu mean.
