Group: SITE OWNER Posts: 8,014 Member No.: 1 Joined: Sep 15th 2002 Location: San Leandro, California | In order to handle heavy load of traffic, we have no choice but to move the forums to a different server where more bandwidth and webspace are offered. Switching host require change of DNS (Domain Name Server). The process usually takes up to 48 hours. Which means the forums will be down for approximately 2 days. The expected DNS change starts on 3:00 AM PST December 8th, 2003 'til 3:00 AM PST December 10th, 2003. Expect intermittent downtimes of the forums during these time. Sorry for any inconvenience. I'll keep you all posted. |
