I think the best I had done was actually not during a road race. It was for the sale of my vehicle. Was a 1989 Civic SiR. Lightened flywheel - port and polish. NA. Guy comes in after the ad and says he'd like a test drive. So I'm in the passenger seat while he does his thing. I keep telling him that the car can do more - and he keeps disappointing. So I ask if he'd like a demo. We swap seats and I take the wheel. When I launched and got going I realized this guy was frantically trying to fasten his seatbelt. I went into a drift around a "keep left" sign then shot up the incline and he was pasted on the door with both hands on the handle. I gave the driver's seat back to him at the top of the hill. He bought the car.
