Volume 34 included chapters 468~471. Actually (this week) in young magazine #02-03 initial d is on chapter 475 titled GT wing. The battle between 86 and MX 5 is turned to a braking match. But i think the MX-5 is similar to the S2000. Omiya Hasn't the skill of Joshima to keep the grip but with the wing of the MX5 i think Omiya could manage better his tires than Takumi. Moreover Shuichi Shigeno d'on't speak about wing with the S2000 because at Ibaraki the wind was not a determining factor but at Kanagawa is there quite otherwise. evo 7 and MX 5 have wing, so we could think that battles conditions in Kanagawa to the evo 7 and MX5 make advantage to wings. Because in the two battles we can see clearly in pages the air entering under the wing. Fd against the evo 7 wasn't disadvantaged because FD has a wing too. But the 86 without wing is clearly disadvantaged. |

For example match S2000-86 was gone from chap.371 to chap.394 (23 chapters for seven or eight rounds). Here for only the one round we have always 12 chapters. The battle evo 7 - FD (chap.453 to 463) only 10 chapters for the uphill>>Kobayakawa was a shame for team 246 . Shuichi Shigeno seems to focus more Takumi battles since the end of stage 4 The 86 and the MX5 don't have the same line at all. Omiya now the important spot in this race where attack is effective. It's true that Keisuke has a monster machine for the downhill and i don't think that Takumi could match with it actually. i thought it was only ricer if you put it on something that isnt very powerful/tuned. example, wing on civic or accord. I hope we can get some english subs before 2010. More initial D would be a nice Christmas present. | ||

Cars equiped with GT wing are monsters in mountains passes. Still something which comes from circuits and which well adjusted gives very good results in touge. THis saturday will be a great night, there is race of champion at France stadium ! Alls greatest drivers in one place ! Please Shuichi Shigeno put a tuned Lexus is350 against project D. Well, it's not that it's not being taken seriously, it's more of a lack of translators and proof readers consistently that has gotten releases for the manga to be so behind. | ||

It's considered rice on a civic or accord or any other FWD car because not only does it add weight, if the supposed downforce worked at the low speeds it travels at, it would pull the downforce away from the front where the power is being used and where the steering is most needed. Therefore, in short since I don't want to have to write a whole page about this, it doesn't add performance, it looks retarded, and just shows the lack of knowledge that person has. | ||

It's not said clearly in the manga but you seem to be right. Evo VII wing maybe is manufactured by C-West . | ||
