I have been playing a beat up Initial D 2 at a bowling alley but was wondering if there was a place to play Initial D 3 or 4 anywhere in San Diego. Thanks! |

From what I know the right acceleration pedal is sometimes a tad irritating sometimes. Plaza Bonita Mall at Tilt IDAS3 1st floor inside the mall, but the last time I was there (like 5 months ago), the machines werent working, but the IDAS3 here is probably the best machine to renew or get cards. 32nd Naval Base Bowling Alley IDK if its still working, but both machines are down. You can probably check it out if there available (last time I was there was last year), but everytime I play before cards were always in stock Should hit me up on AIM, we maybe even get to play each other =), havent played Initial D in a while though |

You thinking of going there? I might go there sometime this month or nex month. |

I think it's ver1 now. Other places that might have working machines: Parkway Plaza Tilt - $1/play... last I went it was broken (months ago) Mission Valley Tilt - $1/play. Both sides have wheel issues and minor screen issues, prints cards though. El Cajon Boomers - on $12 days both sides couldn't read cards Vista Boomers - same goes for El Cajon You get any better DC2? I haven't played in forever. |

Read it again, I said El Cajon. I tried going to Clairemont a couple months back and the right side reader would always be messed up so the machine never started. Yeah I don't care anymore to play seriously, it's nice every now and then to see if the technique is still there, but even then I get bored just watching.

Never been to that arcade, lol that sucks, reminds me of the one in the movie theater at Chula Vista Initial D Arcade where their was no card reader lol Plaza Bonita and Clairemont Boomers is probably the best for IDAS3 that i know of in SD BTW, where in SD do you live?

The card I got didn't even say initial d. Edit: Just to add, does your card look like these http://initiald.sega.jp/english/ac_ver03/card03.html ? Mine doesn't. lol i know what u mean like a blue card with a viper or a red card with a Corvette or a green card with a Ferrari F40 lol They dont have those in stock anymore. Sega stop making those cards. But I did saw someone here in the forum who has a whole load of blank Initial D cards.

I remember you from initial-d.com forum haha Last I recall Edwards 18 no longer has it and Nickel City has ver2. I played at Mission a couple weeks back. Right side is bleh and I haven't played the left. Might stop by sometime soon to renew a card and make a MR-S for fun
