I want to try the ISO of the game for evaluation purposes, because importing from the states or Japan would cost.... ALOT.... believe you me, and I'm not sure where I can find it. Does anyone have it, and/or is willing to send it to me?

I saw a 250 meg version on Edonkey/Overnet named "Initial D (PSX-Japanese).rar" If anyone can download this one (I am having trouble in my timezone finding anyone who isn't queued) could you please send it? I'm a believer of one good turn deserves another, and I'll try and hook you up with whatever I can, and I possibly might be able to upload the game to a FTP server so everyone can share it.

But if you are looking for the ISO's, I suggest you just keep searching. It's quite tough to find.

teach me how to make an iso file from my CD and I'll do it for ya.

O.o I didn't even know there was a Initial D PSX game! The close game was Gran Turisimo (spelling..) for me XD I suck.

I've got it. It's pretty fun. Not very realistic, but it's still alot of fun when you blast europop music from the stereo whilst driving (the original music.... sucks)

Bleem is garbage and doesn't work XP. There are others though like Epsxe
but it's just a headache to configure

wut should I uze? winrar or winzip? I have both. or are they gonna be basically the same size? prolly around 200+ megs I'm guessing.

try gzip it with winrar.

but I don't really know how you do that, I just know gzip (*.tar.gz) is the most compressed type of file.

One time I see a file is being compressed to 1/10 of its original size, crazy...

I've seen a 800mb file compressed to 17..must've been the dummy files

I'll upload it to my ftp monday night. it's 252megs compressed with winrar. 500+MB uncompressed.

publisher makes the worst files EVER, they can be compressed down to a fraction of their original size

I bought the Initial D game about 2 years ago. I bought it for about . . . $45-$55, I don't care though, Its INITIAL D!

well..I finally did it....I got fed up wif trying to get the Datsun 280Z that I just sharked it. heh

it's a DOPE car..I love it.
