IDV5 is much more challenging than IDV3 and IDV4.
IDV5 is more realistic and the acceleration is faster and you can choose to play grip or drift when attacking the corner

V5 seems easy to play once you get the basics down...and hard to play when you don't know any of em :/ Just my two cents.

V4 SUCKS really bad & most of us agree with it

V5 SUCKS AS WELL, but not as bad as V4, V5 is like battle gear but i really don't feel it (maybe cuz we got it online with the key so u can change ur own setup, cuz that make a difference), while a friend on facebook said 2 me this

maybe that might help some of u guys out there

V3 is still the best out of all

Cant really compare v3 and V5, v3 is like the final version of that system, while v5 still not. Unless we compare v2 and v3. It's matter of preference, as for now I prefer v5, Customize parts, better graphic (and Happo is more like actual happo now). And no flooring all the way x)

ID5 has a steeper learning curve than ID4, but in the long run, it's more fun than ID4... the braking point, steering inputs, and accel control (knowing when to step on the gas and when not to) allow for more challenging gameplay...

based on the 3 arcade stage versions i've played, IDv3 > ID5 > ID4...

I like the way they change the physics in the id5 , cos it make the game much more interesting in a sense. While id4 onli sort of focus onli on the turning.

I like ID4.. Cause its really easy, my cars just drive themselves.. Its like impossible to lose. :/
But then again I havent played 5 yet..

ver 5 is more realistic..the cornering speed and the physics make sense compaire to ver4..its all clear now that VER 5 RULES! (at the moment)

ID4 has some good things that stood out like PC which made the game fun. Maybe PC should have been kept.

I have to say though, that in order to compare, you ought to try the game.

@Seitok: I don't think that's a good idea. If they did keep PC, I actually believe that you wouldn't be seeing the number of people coming back to play ID5.

Maybe PC was not like by everyone but for some, PC made the game more fun so it was sad when version 1.5 came out since they took it away. PC was like a special technique, like eraser, than allow some to do better than others, if it was just brake can accelerate, it may not always be good since there is no hidden secrets that put the best seperated out the group.

Agree as well. Its like "Auras". Having it makes you stand out better that is why some are into auras so much as well. Game with more choices are better.

i was damn glad that they took out PC.

the concept of PC to cancel the car penalties and making the world a safer place is just... in a lighter sense.. odd.

i'll pass. even TST is better than PC.

Auras is different. Auras dont make the person faster.
And they are not a secret. lolx.

ID5 for me is that it makes ur driving experience much more realistic.

Instead of cornering at high speed like ID3 and PC-ing ur way to the finish line like ID4, ID5 corners at low speeds and accelerates on straights.

I hope this version stays for awhile.

Hidden secrets? Eh...I gotta say that it isn't the best way to endear a game to the crowd.

Besides, this version has secrets of its own. Boost is key, for instance, and lining becomes a lot more important. People who are not aware will push the car hard in all CPs, not knowing that there's a boost mechanism.

ID5 is better in this respect IMO...but who knows? Maybe there is some secret thing involved that we still do not fully understand as yet.

Do u PC when driving real car?? ID5 gameplay more realistic when they take out the PC...some sort of BG4...
