Group: Advanced Members Posts: 3,921 Member No.: 20,929 Joined: Oct 14th 2006 Location: Some place in South-East Asia | What is Mountain Vengeance even doing in this poll? Another Stage is a decent GBA title, with a rather unique gameplay system, but it just doesn't stand a chance in this poll. I haven't played Gaiden, but I doubt a GB title'll get any votes either. I think these three games could be removed from the poll. |

The R34's chosen one Group: Advanced Members Posts: 804 Member No.: 27,787 Joined: Dec 13th 2007 Location: Makati, Philippines | Among the choices, only Arcade Stage 1 to 4, Special and Extreme stage could be the decent titles that ID is proud of. No need to add the rest since they don't stand much of a chance... And I agree, v1 v2 and v3 should have separate choices considering the fact that the AI system for v1 v2 and v3 are totally different, not to mention the control feedback of each. |

Now for $ saving ones, PSP and PS3 were very solid and incomparable given one's a portable one's a next gen. PS2 one sucked pretty badly and the rest doesn't even count. I'll give a vote to Extreme out of ownable games just because it had a great tuning system and solid gameplay. Plus you can use Logitech wheels with it |

The moment I reach my 500th post, I'll edit the poll. Or if an admin could please please change it for me, I'd apprecate it! The order I'd have it in is: Arcade Stage 1 Arcade Stage 2 Arcade Stage 3 Arcade Stage 4 Gaiden Another Stage Initial D (PS1) Special Stage Street Stage Extreme Stage This post has been edited by ryosuke63 on Dec 14 2008, 01:45 PM |

I only have a PS2, so if some one could tell me which game is the best that I can play, I'd appreciate it. =D |

Special Stage is the only PS2 game besides the obscure Takashi Ryosuke typing game. | ||

Well if Initial D for the PS1 is backwards compatable, then that could count too but it failed so much, it's not worth looking into. Speaking of that typing game, I've heard of it and seen boxshots but I have no freakin' idea as to how you play. Soo... whaddya do?! How is that typing game played? Maybe it's a typing game where you control the car by typing words? Somewhat like that Typing of the Dead game where you kill zombies by typing words as quickly as possible? |
