ID8 arcade cab newbie owner questions

I recently acquired an ID8 cab and, even though I read the main topic, I still have some questions I hope you can answer 😊 1) I own an ID7AA license card, is it possible to use it somehow on ID8? 2) In general, is there a way to “reset” cards? I see various options under the Card Reader test menu, but I’m not sure and I don’t want to risk doing damage on my reader/cards 3) I know this is a long shot, but any advice on where to buy ID8 blank cards? 4) Being offline only, what are the contents I won’t be able to obtain? Eg. Will I be able to move up from my E3 rank somehow? 5) Which is the fastest way to obtain points needed to upgrade cars? Is there something I can do with my “unlimited 100¥ coins” situation 😊?
