Damn my old man finally got the 3.5 altima. its so damn nice, Best word to describe it, SLEEPER!!! This car hauls ass for a sedan. And rides like a cloud. This thing pulls 0-60 in 6.3 seconds, and the quarter in 14.7, 245hp 246 tq!

Well test drove it, Rice kills, 3, ahahha they see a sedan and they take bait and try race! Funny thing was that the corrolla S, Integra, and the civic, all got creamed without trying, Took the car to 3k rpm and pufft it took off. On highway without being aware i was doing 115 mph, felt like going 55, but then I notice how im passing everyone, I look down, 115, OPPS!

Oh man, this thing will definitively own my Mk3 supra while it remains stock, and could definitively destroy NA Supras. I STRONGLY recomend the 3.5 Altima SE, as the grocery getter is your middle class status, you will own the lower range bmws and mercedes benz. This car kicks ass. So much faster then the POS that I use and that its in the shop.

So while all your car does 0-100 in high 9 seconds, the Altima 3.5 does it in 6.3 seconds. I wished we woulda ran for money, becuase I would of had about a 10 car length lead on the 1/4 on you. It would off been pure ownage and rapings.

o-100 kmh in 6.3 seconds the car would also top out at 235-240 kmh. The speedometer gives readings up to 260 kmh or 160 mph!!!

I estimate that the car we just purchsed

would do 0-70 kmh in 3.8 seconds, OWNED AGAIN!!

1 mph = 1.61 kmh.
60 mph = about 100 kmh

This car is faster then every honda ever made, with the exception of S2000, (which would have a small lead on it, and the NSX.)
No accord or prelude could match it. The V6 accord would come somewhat close but still lose!

Ive lost many races driving the honda, and I won some. I dont go online posting INCORRECT stats saying this car OWNS some one else, I do it when some idiot tells me other cars are faster and posting stats, only for him to turn out that he has confused the metric system with the english system.

Now I know there are faster cars, mainly the V8s, and more expensive cars from nissan, lexus, and mercedes, but on its class my dad chose a fine car, all the cars he listed would not stand a chance. Im not going to go racing a brand new car im waiting for the breaking in to begin.

And dont worry I drive an old car that happens to be a honda. But I know that my honda is not fast. I still race it. I win some, I lose some no big deal.

Haya man get the alty 3.5 SE manual, the SIR uses the same engine as the 2.5 liter alty, For the few extra bucks you could get the extra 70 ponies, there are brand new 3.5 altys manuals that you can get for as low as 23 grand. And youll have a major sleeper in your hands.

Our particular alty was completely equipped with sun roof, 6 cd changer bose system. the decorating spoiler, and most importantly ABS. Rest were just extra goodies my old man wanted. So we payed 26 grand for ours.

Btw I want to add again that this is not my car, its my old mans, He lets me use it whenever he is not using it, (just the way Bunta let his son used his 86). But is still his car since he made the purchase for himself and he payed for it. I will purchase my very own car, Unfortunately I don't have the money for a brand new decent car like he did so Im buying a older turbo supra.

For now i drive an crappy accord.

Accords have never been fast (except the Type R) I suggest you get out there and drive a proper sporting honda, ITR, CTR, S2000, NSX and then re evaluate your view on honda's. Just like Nissan they will also make the slow ass shitters for day to day driving. You wouldnt go out an buy a fucking Nissan micra and then complain that its not fast would you ?

Compared to what? In the Uk that car is to compete against the Boxster, Z3 and TT. It is cheaper than all of them, has better handling and performance. When these cars were raced on track as a comparison the S2000 romped away and put a considerable amount of distance between the other cars. Hmmmm, I would be interested in your proof, In tests I have seen the NSX has held its own against EVO’s, Skylines, RX7’s etc. The reasons why the sales are low are mainly due to the fact that its an exclusive sports car, it isn’t some mass produced car like a VW Golf. it's a big eye opener for a newbie like me i hope..

Hah! I don't see that happening! "Hey pop, can you take pictures of me taking turns at high speed seeing how I enter?!?" Were talking about a man that got off the car and scared the crap out of a pizza delivery boy, simply becuase the idiot pizza delivery driver was to stupid to realize that the light was red so he nearly slammed into the altima and came less then an inch of doing so. It was quite funny, "Do you not see the red light ahead of you idiot?! Do you want to die?! DO YOU!?!"

But actually the real reason that won't be happening soon is becuase we just got the car last week and it currently has 487 miles on it. It is nowhere near past its break in point so I guess the car must be easily driven through, but maybe once the car accumulates more mileage, and is well broken in.

Also he should be doing the driving, my old man is a much better driver I am, I do admit. Simply becuase im a college student, and he is a 57 yr old man that has been driving fast for 40 years. That is 40 years of proper speeding experience. Here is one example, at nite there is this hilly curve that is completely deserted at nite. On that double hill curve he asked me to step on it and speed trhough it. My limit was 70 mph trough it and I felt that if I go any faster Ill hit the median. So I hit d4 I accelarate I hit 70 here comes the turn, down shift to D3 rev then depress the car felt much controlled to make the stop after the curve. I thought I didn't do so bad thats a rather sharp curve 40 mph is what most people take it then slow down to make the turn into the other street. For me I felt 70 mph was my personal speed limit in which I could no longer feel in control of the car (we were using the 1986 honda accord.) If i were to go pass it. And the first thing he taught me was, never ever exceed the speed in which you no longer feel in full control of the car, but rather feel the car is in control of you. Well after I go through it he says, "not bad, but its my turn now" Now at this point I could of sworn it was impossible to take that turn above 70 mph with my 1986 accord LXi.

Well, He proved me wrong! He took that turn being in fully in control at 95 mph!! 25 mph faster, did the same steps as I did, only he obviously was much more efficient at them and relied even less on the brakes then I did! Not to put this in prespective, that is 95 mph in a steepy hilly curve, in a 1986 accord! Lets just say that I got owned. So if anyone should be showing anyone how to drive it should be him, he is just a much more experienced driver then me! Damn 40 years of continously driving fast, and fixing up cars when he had the oppurtunity to do so certainly shows! His a DAMN fast driver through the curves!

One of my older brothers he is 29, is also quite experienced and profficient at racing, and driving fast, but he doesn't match my father's skill yet, my old man is still the best driver in the family even in his old age of 57!
