Just wondering if there's any turbo or boost features in this game? Like using nitrous in Need For Speed. If there is, how do i activate them and is it use-able in story modes? many thanks! |

Since, you know, half of the cars are Turbocharged by default and we get faster as we drift. And yeah. *Those* features are usable in Story mode, as well as all other modes of play. |

No, there is not one in the traditional "press a button" and get faster like Ridge Racer or anything. If your talking about ID6AA: Every time you actually drift in this game to the point where the word "DRIFT" near your tachometer turns gold, you get a speed boost after the drift that will last a short while. Using this feature is integral in being fast. A blue "DRIFT" won't do, you need to get gold if you want the speed boost. |

Against another player, you may choose to hold the brakes down during the loading screen. Doing this results in boost off, which means the battle no longer has any assistance for the chaser. |

If only one player holds the brake then the battle will be boost "ON". This post has been edited by SonicSP on Aug 19 2011, 09:30 AM |
