IDW Jr. Member Group: Members Posts: 66 Member No.: 35,851 Joined: Jun 29th 2010 Location: Update Profile | Sega has some sort of license or trade agreements with all arcade centers for their giving out upgrade of D6 kits. Because upgrading D6 involves changing a complete new Ringbergh system, all arcade centers do not directly, buy but rent the machine and pay the rent for certain months. (This is the information I get from some arcade center's representatives that I have relations.) This is which Sega enforces all arcade centers to set certain HIGH price for each round play, to ensure sufficient profit margain. In HK, all arcade centers are requested to set the price as HKD $6 when D6 first launched. The case in Taiwan is NTD$20. But it seems after 2 weeks, the enforcement in playing fee is becoming more flexible and now most arcade centers in HK set the price as HKD $5. Our living standard is not as high like HK, it is not fair that if the price per game is more expensive compare with after conversion to Hk dollar. BTW, yesterday I had encounter twice an orange color NSX while having tag battle, but I already look in the color selection, that color is not available. Could this be the special color that only available for Japanese player to select from IDnet? And, what is the color that will be unlock after reach 10,000 points for tag battle? Thx~

It seems that price will drop in a certain extent after launching for about 2 ~ 3 weeks. Currently there is an arcade center in HK that lowers its D6AA fee to HKD $4 and all rush to play there.

My Double Aces + Rising Stars Group: Advanced Members Posts: 2,587 Member No.: 5,284 Joined: Jan 28th 2005 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia | Some info on pride points for V6: - Awarded once you reach Lv99, and you start with 10. - Pride points will only change in Online Battle SINGLES mode (In-Store Battle and Tag Battles do not affect it - and as a result the two final auras [Blue and Rainbow] must be acquired through Online Battle) - Pride points calculation are as follows (per my experience, there may be more conditions) : +6 if you win a battle at your opponent's home course : +4 if you win a battle. : - 3 if you lose a battle. (I have also seen +2, not sure how this is given) Nothing happens if your pride points hit 0.... This post has been edited by Phoenix_Cypher_K1 on Apr 17 2011, 10:56 PM |

Is there somewhere in the FAQ that denotes the different colors awarded during tag battle? I recently accrued 1000+ points and was awarded a greenish blue chameleon color for my NSX. Once you unlock a color its free to select in the garage. Not sure if it costs points to change back though? Tag battle is extremely fun though! Nice change of pace.

My Double Aces + Rising Stars Group: Advanced Members Posts: 2,587 Member No.: 5,284 Joined: Jan 28th 2005 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia | There'll be a new colour at 2500, 10000, and 50000 (no idea if there's another colour beyond that as I've only reached 10000 myself). 2500 is Pearl Pink/Purple Metallic, and 10000 is Pearl Blue Metallic. The colours from tag battle are free, so you can switch among the colours you unlock at no cost, however, if you decide to change back to one of the stock colours it will cost you a hefty 20000 points (even if you started with that colour - the game does not remember which parts you have bought/acquired previously). IDW Expert Member Group: Members Posts: 143 Member No.: 29,330 Joined: Apr 20th 2008 Location: Tangerang, Indonesia | Just wanna re-confirm, I did read the FAQ and it says that the 200km transfer doesn't count but why did I get the information of changing the car's settings in just 16x km when I've only hit 93x km? I transfered mine and started with 200km so it should be 1300 km, not 1100 right? |

You have driven 93x km with that car, the extra 200km is not included in the 93x km. The extra 200km is pointless and only reflects at your main profile page on idnet, you can just ignore it. So it is correct that you just need to drive 16x km more to change settings.
