It's not the type of game that the Initial D license is best used for. Sega probably just tried it out just because they have the Initial D license. I would have given a shot if the 3DS wasn't region locked, which is an archaic practice compared to their competitors both on consoles and handhelds. Ironic given how the original DS and DS Lite systems weren't subject to the same restrictions. I wasn't going to buy another Japanese 3DS just for this game.
