I owned 1 when it first came out, but 2 was brand new to me because when that was released here I moved over to xbox 360. Initial D is what made me buy the first one and I was hooked on that game until I got rid of my ps2. I still play every now and then when I boot up the ps2 along with the dfp to get that nostalgia back. |

I started playing with a AE86 levin, untill to get my FC and my favorite course is Akagi, hehe. I used to do time attacks using the "record challenge" and put the results in website ranking official Genki, when he was still in the air. I have some videos of the game posted on my Youtube channel, I managed to finish it after a while and then went back to playing, but my ps2 does not work anymore and I had to leave. But yesterday, I was playing on ps2 emulator, because I knew the end of the manga and wanted to run again with my FC. http://www.youtube.com/user/TRyousuke |

No, you gotta unlock the other tracks by challenging the other racers at night in the PA (parking area). Then, the Slasher appears, and challenges you. When you beat him, you unlock either a bunch of cars and/or the other tracks. | ||

IDW Full Member Group: Members Posts: 49 Member No.: 39,722 Joined: Dec 15th 2012 Location: Update Profile | Is drift 2 pretty much the same as 1? I have the first one but didnt really like the fact of doing those day races before heading to the PA at night. It got too repetitive. I have all the txr on ps2 those are fun. Import tuner was fun on 360. Wish they made one for ps3 |
