The card reader SHOULD be there with the game. Or else, you can't use cards.

If you want blank cards, razor is selling so many blanks for as low as $1 per card. (way to advertise hahaha)

yes, it has the card reader slot in the game, so it should work. And I read somewhere in this forum that the card function may be off, but it is easily fixed with help of the arcade op.

um, somewhat silly question about Mr Bunta Fujiwara and his challenge.

does someone actually have to pass him ,or finish under a certain time? I tried him for the first time on Myogi and he just seemed to travel at the speed of light.

Very simply, you just have to win the race.

As for what you were doing wrong, you should probably follow VERY tight lines and stick to the walls. The race is mostly dependent on the Grand Curve (the one big turn). Clearing that corner is only one part of the race, you also need to Block him... a LOT. If you don't do this then he will overtake you and fly like a rocket.

You can 15 star Myogi without blocking if you're using a top tier car for the course (R32, Cappu, etc.) Otherwise you'll have to block if your car can't hit 2'54"mid without too much trouble.

It's still advisable to cut him off at start up so you don't have to worry about passing though.

i find the rx-7 is the best car in the game

tsuchisaka = why does the tunnel keep slowing me down in LOTS? inbound or outbound, it makes my car rather heavy and shrinks my advantage to nothing!

On all the races I've done on Tsuchisaka, going into the tunnel results in my speed slowing down for some reason- the Advantage never changes and in fact gets bigger.

I did not touch the wall, I went right through the middle lane and the opponent was just speeding away despite him being right in front of me in the beginning.

thats just the way they programed it.

well, when I was travelling over 140km/h there was no rocket effect either. when behind trying to catch up the computer zooms well ahead though.

It's not bad except you hit the inside wall or get in the wrong position.
