Not sure how to get the others if there are more. This post has been edited by SonicSP on Apr 30 2016, 08:01 AM |

I think aside from Tag Mode, the best average way to get points without online is to do Time Attacks. |

Only thing is you need someone to play with and you have to actually win the battle to get 900 points. If you can't find someone to play tag battles with, then the most reliable way to get points is TA, since you get 600 points no matter what rank (unless you run out of time). If your car hasn't reached full tune, try not to get too used to the car physics when running TA, since the full tune physics is drastically different. It's a pain in the butt to farm points on an offline machine, but just be patient and you'll get there eventually. Enjoy the game in the meantime. |

I don't have any particularly good tips for taking on God Foot, since I don't remember the race anymore. Perhaps you can try taking the corners at lower speeds, since the game punishes you quite a bit if you wall rape. The other thing I noticed about ID8 AI is that they are decent at blocking. If you're having trouble overtaking the AI in Tsukuba, try using the gutters. In general I try to overtake the AI as quick as possible, since my speed is limited by the car in front when I'm blocked. Once I overtake them they usually don't catch up. Shinn/Sonic and the other veterans on this forum might have better tips. This post has been edited by holnivek on May 1 2016, 04:23 AM |

You might want to try doing BCBCBC, I.E. Just alternate tap Brake and Accel really fast at some of the hairpins. That's usually a thing in Tsukuba. Practice also helps a lot when you are still new to the game. Your reactions must be fast and you'll need to know what the next corner is coming in and practice really helps with this. It's also might be a good idea to play Time Attack on the course to help get you better at that specific course. With Time Attack, you won't be under the pressure of another car. YouTube videos will help in this regard because you get to see the linings, wheel movements and pedal inputs that they do. You do not need to be anywhere near as fast as them to beat the AI, but it would help you understand more about what parts you can change to help cut down your time. For wide corners, BC before you enter the corner and add on another BC during apex. The car will drift at the angle you need and without much speed lost. It works in Lake Akina, Usui, Myogi and any wide corners in other maps. For narrow ones, if you are a starter. You might want to give BCCC a try. C only max around 3-4 times, you wouldn't want to C too much as it will tend to oversteer. Remember just enough to get the right drifting angle is sufficient, don't go overboard. However, this is purely base on your effort. When you have tried hard enough, you'll eventually get better at it. So go for more practice in arcade. |
